Ótima localização, equipado com fogão, geladeira, o que facilita tomar um café da manhã antes de sair, não tive nenhum problema com absolutamente nada, tudo funcionou perfeitamente!

A beautiful flat in an amazing location, we would not hesitate to stay here again!
The flat was so comfortable, we felt right at home from day one. The location was incredible, metro, cercanías and bus stops were all just a few minutes walk away. The neighborhood has amazing shops and restaurants that are away from the usual tourist attractions. Housekeeping was courteous and thorough.
The only improvement would be adding basic cooking items. There was plenty of cookware, but no pantry essentials like oil or simple seasonings. We were able to buy these easily at the market, but it would be helpful to have them available in the kitchen.

Emplacement parfait pour un séjour à Madrid
Nous avons adoré l emplacement idéal de l appartement, tout est accessible à pied, la rue est très calme, l appartement est vraiment spacieux et très propre ( ménage chaque jour), nous avons pu laisser gratuitement nos bagages avant notre départ, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse de notre hôte, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Juste un point d amélioration : le confort du 2ème lit

Very elegant and comfortable and ergonomic.
It had radiant heat and could get too warm. Plenty of windows to open to cool off but then you had noise.

مكان ممتاز جداً لسكن وسط مدريد ، نظافة الغرف ممتازه ، تعامل الموظفه راقي جداً ، الغرف واسعه وكبيره الاثاث كامل ونظيف ، انصح فيها وبقوه ، وايضاً عندهم خزائن لشنط اذا رحلتكم متاخره وبترجعون تاخذونها بالليل ومجاناً ، الواي فاي جيد ، عندهم تسجيل الدخول الكتروني ونظامه بسيط بسجل تمسح الجواز وتدخل ، للامانه كان كل شي بيرفكت ، انصح فيها وبقوه وباذن الله لو رجعت مدريد بيكون خياري الاول

Location
The heating system was not working or even didn't exist in one of the rooms. We have to move all the mattresses and lkids to the living room which is noisy and there is no way to avoid the light in the morning. The support staff was kind but the company didn't offer us to move to another apartment nor refund any money. We have to move our kids to a friend's house.

Central apartment but needs serious work
Clean and relatively quiet
Bathroom is dangerously designed requiring a step on to the slope of the bath to exit the shower. There are no towel rails and minimal storage space.
The basement bedroom has brick dust raining down from the ceiling and power points are on opposite side of the room to the bed. The stairs are steep and narrow.
No tea was provided or milk.

The elevator wasnt working the first day. Going up the stairs with luggage and a stroller wasnt easy.

Atención personalizada
Se rompió el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que cambiar de apartamento siendo este segundo menos cómodo al tener una cama doble no demasiado grande donde tuvieron que dormir dos adultos. El contratado inicialmente tenia dos camas individuales. Se trataba de un duplex.

Key machine after hours
We arrived at 7:30pm and needed to access the keys by self checkin which includes scanning your passport. The system wasn't working, we were able to call and get someone to manually enter our information so we could retrieve the key cards. Took about 20 minutes.

Property was clean however in need of repairs. Bathroom had water damage and shower wasn’t sealed. Difficult to keep water from spraying out.
Property was safe and walkable. However, street was loud and noisy with workers, people until 2 am every evening.

Beautiful apartment with tons of space and we loved the location too, very charming
The machine to retrieve our key in the front didn’t work and it was stressful to have to call repeatedly when we all were tired after a long drive and needed a restroom.

Receptionist had an attitude. We couldn't figure out how to get in through 1st door and she was sitting behind a windowed office watching us and never got up to help. Then we couldn't figure out where our room was and she rolled her eyes when she had to get up again to POINT to the direction of the room. She was extremely rude and not helpful.

Would rather stay in the hotel with all the services provided but it is a personal choice.
The apartment is big enough to facilitate up to 6 people. As We were just 3 adults we prefer the bedrooms to be a bit bigger with proper windows. The apartment is clean but tired, especially the bathrooms.
