All was very good. Excellent service and beatific and clean property. Very well organised on all aspects.
However the coffee machines in the restaurant are really really bad. That cannot be called coffee. The Starbucks opens at 10am so it’s a long wait for a decent cup of coffee at breakfast. My last few days I discovered the Panorama bar which serves good Turkish coffee and cappuccino.
Please change the coffee machine in the restaurant area with something more drinkable such as Nespresso or similar.

Where do I start ! We arrived a day late as there was a big motorway accident in uk , so we missed the plane , refused nights refund ! Doesn’t cater for autism , after speaking to guest relations was advised they would bring chips for the autistic child at 10:30pm every night without charge happened once we were charged for room service, the room got a quick once over daily the sheet was ripped but still on the beds , we between us had at least 35 bites child included , mainly when we were in bed , I slept with cold wet towels around my ankles to get some relief , went to chemist for antibiotics and steroid cream, as usual sunbed wars ! Dining areas were worse it was utter carnage , should be a one way system in place people barging around pushing and shoving ! Booked the cabana bed for a birthday was informed they would decorate the cabana bed …nothing ballon’s a few hours later was told we bring champagne and cake nothing …. The service down there was appalling waited over an hour for a coffee , not worth 95 pound ! Mini fridge not filled up no water in room , staff are rude ! We heard still asking guests for good reviews , there was around 3 members staff that we spoke to were good that was Pablo, Jimmy and the guy on Rollar skates all polite and well mannered.All the staff looked to be working very hard all the time , All in all if you looking for 3 to 5 star with the money you pay don’t go there

Hotel service, cleanliness, water slides are excellent. If you are the type of person that you like go out and explore where you are including local areas markets restaurants then it won’t be the right location for you. This is nothing to do with hotel. As I mentioned earlier the hotel is spot on.

As a family with a young daughter, we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, food, and variety of activities available. The shuttle service to the private beach was quick and frequent, making it easy to get around. The beach area was spacious, with plenty of room for all holidaymakers, and featured several pools, a children’s water area, and snacks, drinks, and ice cream available until 5 pm.
You definitely get great value for money—and more! The food selection was incredible—we found ourselves eating throughout the day. There were lots of British guests who were friendly and welcoming, alongside people from many different cultures and backgrounds, which created a lovely atmosphere.

Pros: The hotel entertainment by the pool is really nice, super fun, the staff bring the energy! Rose (one of the ladies super sweet lady) and love the DJ at the main pool! Cocktails are amazing they will make strong if you ask. Buffet had lots of variety but honestly the fries were the best as they were super fresh and the panga fish outside - would suggest to try! Mandarin for A la carte was amazing - super super tasty food. The hotel itself is beautiful, busy and the spa is also amazing. Had 3 amazing massages Where I felt much lighter and less tense after.
Cons: The female staff at the reception have a very unnerving (false) smile and greeting. Did not feel like female staff at reception were genuine and had good hospitality skills. First night we were booked into the same room even though we had separate rooms - but we were offered a complimentary Cabana and A la carte. But have not experienced Overbooking in a hotel before which was a bit of an inconvenience and not something you would expect from a 5* resort - nevertheless we agreed to stay in the same room for night 1 and were given two separate pool view rooms. We were happy with the Cabana and A La Carte so this was a nice gesture on the hotels part.
Overall, was a lovely resort and happy to have experienced Aska Lara but would stay elsewhere if I were to visit Antalya in future.

This is our second year. We were there last year as well. It is so big and has so many things that it takes 4-5 just to try each one of them. Since we were there last year, we were able to enjoy more this year for the things we like more.

Lovely hotel, great for families and small children in terms of the pool facilities. Good slides. Nice beach area and evening entertainment .
Great activity team, engaging with all and good games.
Beds super comfy and lovely walk in showers.

Food was ok, this is personal choice though, variety but at times cold , fresh fruits and ice creams in abundance . Food was better at the water park though, burgers, chicken and rice and jacket potatoes daily
Nice Starbucks on ground floor serving selective drinks , was never to busy for us
Bus to water park works really well, never waited more than 5-8 mins for it to come and if want to walk takes 5 mins.

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Food was delicious. It was surprising water slides was not in the hotel, needed to use bus shuttle up to there, but very short journey as 3 mins up to them.

I enjoyed most of my stay except the few items listed below
1. The room was not clean on our arrival. The shower was leaking and we had to ask the staff to fix it. The cleaners did not clean to a high level, i have two young children and it was not a nice experience. The room itself seems very old and not what the pictures looked like.
2. Limited dinning options in the buffet, they had the same food everyday, the only thing i noticed that would change is the food on the terrace in the evening.
Overall the experience was good. The kids enjoyed the water park alot.
I would probably not visit here again and would try a different resort.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. We were two families and asked for rooms next to each other’s which was provided. A nice travel cot was also added for our child. The variety of food and desserts were very generous. Having Fresh grilled fish, ice cream, cocktails were bonus. I do recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Food is okay, nothing much to rave about, its always cold, best thing is probz the unlimited drinks.
In locations wise theres isnt much there.
Shops inside say one price then increase it on checkout so watch your recipt
Theres an unlimited starbuck which is good, however for the day we were there most things hadnt been available.
Cleaner and restockers for mini bar are very friendly and helpful.
Overall okay, but would pick a better resort next time.

Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy.
Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort.
Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra.
I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros pick and drop off from the hotel. Was worth the money for me as it was a must see place especially in the night with all the lights.

*** AVOID HOTEL*** THIS IS NOT A 5* HOTEL***
On arrival at 5am – reception staff not very friendly, didn’t explain anything to us; For example there is a shuttle that can take you to the beach or you can walk there approx. 5 mins across the road.
Room - Looked very spacious – on closer inspection the room was VERY unclean, we had to wipe the dust off the shelves!! Before we could put our clothes in the wardrobe, the floors were dirty and dusty – walking around in bare foot; your feet shouldn’t be coated in dust!!! Bedside table – 7 nights in we happen to run our hand over it and it was thick dust!! This was also the case when checking the sides of the sink/vanity area in bathroom – this is not 5*standard!!
Balcony – very dirty, glass not cleaned at all – this was never cleaned the whole entire time we were there!! There was also construction working going on across the road, what we didn’t expect to hear/see about 10 strays dogs barking, especially at night / early morning.
We did complain 3 times – no one seem bothered and no apology, even took the video footage to customer service – looked very uninterested and no apology.
Food:
Was very samey the whole time we were there, on some of the food on the hot food section, the lids were left constantly up – food was cold!!! My friend had food poisoning on the last afternoon from the lunch she ate and was very ill on the flight on the way home!!
spa - would recommend Emer and Baki very good and professional

It was amazing, great place , clean , good service and good food, they need to come up with an idea to fix the shower, anytime you take shower the whole bathroom area gets wet. And 2nd negative point was ,to access to the beach you had to jump on shuttle but the good thing was they have their own private beach with lots of fun and water park. Good job Aska Lara ????

This is a well worked and operated hotel. It's huge and i didn't experience a mishap from anything. Everything worked amazingly well. So much to do for every age. Wide variety of food and was delicioius. I could highly recommend this hotel for families. If you want a quiet, kids free hotel this is not for you.

It was supposed to be all inclusive resort, but you have to pay for a lot of the activities there including kids activities, colouring, zip line etc...
the entrance of the main resturant smells awful, it's understaffed, we always had to ask for cutlery
Evening entertainment staff are not qualified at all, it was really funny watching them dancing - no experince at all
Kids water park section and adults slides were shut due to people had pooed into the pool for 2 whole days
The WiFi was really poor, rarely connecting even in the bedroom
some of the staff are rude
It's good if you paid for a 4 star hotel but definitely not a resort

The rooms are not clean, although there is daily cleaning of the rooms, but I don’t give it as a rating more than 2!
Also, The main restaurant smelled very bad. Not once or twice but unfortunately ALL the time!!
And for the Internet, it is very poor and covers a little space. There’s rarely internet at the swimming pools!
Most of the activities you should pay for! Zipline, daily kids activities from painting and others are not free! Only the night show are free. So what is the meaning of All inclusive!
There is a lot of dirt and garbage on the beach!! It is so dirty that you can't swim and relax on it.
And last thing, the snacks which is available at every resort like pizza, potato and burger are not allowed at swimming pools and beach. you have to go to restaurant to order and you are not allowed to take out the food! only drinks, ice cream and gozleme are available.

They said to us it’s all inclusive but they charged us for room services and restaurants. The Main restaurant always smelled bad and bad quality food. The staff most of them very aggressive and not friendly. I won’t back there anymore.

Good resort for a family.
Beach is at a walkable distance. Hotel also provides a shuttle which runs every 5 mins from the hotel. Beach is 2 mins away in the shuttle.
A very good and maintained resort with a lot of restaurant / bars.

This is not a 5*, we paid £1,000 for one week and paid extra for a partial sea view, the room was tiny, and the view was awful, all there was in front of the balcony, was large buildings, very small,sea view, went straight to reception and asked to be moved, no availability, called Expedia, absolutely no help,from you, and was told i could not receive a refund and they would not move me, as this is the room i booked, it was not, it was not the same as the photos.Thank you, i will not use you again.

it is less than expectation. a little old hotel with normal food and bad smell in restaurant. most employees were nice and some were not. one girl in Panorama bar was agressive.
i dont think i will repeat it again especially against this high value paid for it.

Service and hotel grading
The main hotel building is great big enough rooms and great service but the outer buildings the rooms are very small and should have a 2 star rating instead of the 5 and there should be a wide price difference between the 2 types of accommodation. English being a universal language I would have expected more English understanding hostesses. Further the kids menu should be considered. Due to an option to have breakfast lunch and dinner included what I experienced is that there was plenty food which left room for wastage - I would suggest providing options but limiting it a 5/6 options at a time so the menu is varied everyday not to see the same food and deserts everyday.
Lastly though noting that people have choices, for the 8 days I was there there was a lady cleaning part of level A I saw her cleaning my room, the days I was there for lunch she was moping the floor at the main restaurant and the evenings she was still there and she did look tired which was a bit of a concern to the labor laws.

This was our third visit to the resort & as always everything & the staff were superb. Nothing is too much trouble. There is a great choice of restaurants catering for every taste from snacks to high quality cuisine. Also the amenities are vast including a chidren's fun park which is only a 5minute walk away or you can go via the free shuttle bus.
We will definately be visiting again!

Bad reviews from start to finish about Aska Lara hotel and spa, they put us in a annex room which was 5/10mins walk to the hotel and was inconvenient for us as I got to the hotel ill and was really poorly, the staff did not want to help me at all, we called Expedia but got put through to Expedia US instead after waiting almost an hour talking to Dave from the call centre in India. So annoyed and angry we had to put up with the staff been rude and I whole holiday got ruined from the start, it was our honeymoon and we told this to the staff aswell and nothing was organised or done for us to have a better stay at Aska Lara Beach resort & Spa.

The reception was really rude they even didn’t smile, the room wasn’t at good condition there were lots of mould and dirty things. Lot’s of nosing even meddle night . The food was ok but every day same we stayed there 5 nights there is same food for every day. The hotel facilities maximum is 4* hotel. Then it’s very far from city centre if you take taxi to city centre you have to pay $50 each way or with bus you have spand 1.20 minutes to rech downtown. Do not trust the photo on the booking website it was for many years ago now hotel is old.

Loved this stay. Staff could not help y I u anymore. They do a fabulous gluten free brown seeded loaf which is amazing. I was very grateful for that especially in Turkey where gluten free bread is hard to get. Thank you so much to the restaurant manager and chef for my super leaving gift ????

Lovely resort, 5 min walk from lara beach. There is a taxi station just outside the main entrance.
Bus services are regular to the city centre with the bus stop 2 mins walk from the main entrance. The hotel provides bus tickets and these can be topped up at the store next to the bus stop.
So many shopping centres, walking and driving distance.
The hotel was very clean. The all inclusive pass was great and the receptionist was very friendly when we arrived, providing us early check in free of charge.
The spa is amazing, with great deals offered if you speak to the woman there.
Its a great place for kids.

Nothing unique at all for the area, except an overabundance of Drunk Russians. There is no direct sea view, as this property is located on the wrong side of the street for one.
The food was very well below standards for the area. It was often bland, unseasoned or low quality. The snack area too was a total disappointment and featured below average tasting cakes and hobbled together sandwiches.
We have stayed at 3 other resorts and this is the worst food we have had.

LOCATION- Great as it is not far from the beach which is beautiful. Can take a free shuttle or 10 minute walk. Bus stop not far if you want to venture out and also a taxi ranch. Close to the airport too which helps with taxi costs.
FOOD- There is so much choice with the food and it is delicious. We had all inclusive and it was a good choice!
ROOM- The room was very nice and clean. Towels chanhed daily and toiletries provided.
STAFF- Friendly and helpful.
HOTEL AMENITIES- Hotel includes many facilities like a range of pools, spa, salon, cinema etc. There is always something to do at the resort so it will keep you busy.
I would recommend this hotel but I would advise to stay in the main building rather than the River Suites. They tell you a shuttle will come every 5-10 minutes there but it does not. Few people were waiting for ages for a shuttle during heavy rain despite calling the main desk. There is a marble slope which makes it dangerous during rain. The rooms are dingy and dark. The generator kept turning on and off which was very loud and disrupted sleep. On the plus, the pool is always empty at the River suites.

Good resort for kids. Everything is there to keep them enterntained. We wouldn’t stay at this hotel as a couple without kids, sure there’s much better resorts for couples. We were with 2 young children and it was perfect for such a trip
Our only complaint would be the amount of people in the hotel. It was PACKED. Queues to speak to reception, queues to get the shuttle to the beach, and back, queues to get food, elevators full. The worst part was the main dining area which was like leaving a stadium after a concert, it was so busy. Going for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main dining area was frustrating as there were just far too many people. Long queues to get food, taking away the fun of family meal times. There was however a good selection of food, but as with most buffet style food, the standard wasn’t amazing. It was ok. There are various restaurants on site that you can reserve a table, it’s 10 euro a head, and the food and service is better.
Pools - if you want a bed you will need to get up at 6am and put a towel on one, as that seems to be what everyone else are doing. Wet and wild park is great for the kids. Same issue with beds.
Top tip would be to take one of the ‘pavillions’ On the beach for a day. It’s 50 euro, gives you complete comfort and much needed shade for the kids. The best part is that there are waiters bringing you drinks, snacks, fruit, ice cream etc all day long. All included in the ‘all inclusive’ accommodation.

Nice hotel, super busy
Very nice hotel but would not go back again. Very busy by both the pool and wet & wild area, if you were not up early you would not get a sun bed. Also disappointed that after spending a considerable amount of money for the holiday I had a connecting door in my room so I could hear everything the family next door was doing. I did complain to reception but they had no alternative room to move me to. Also they said I had a better room because it had a pool view, I would rather of had a room not connecting to a family I didn't know ensuring a more peaceful stay, although the door was locked.

Aksa has amazing hospitality and in all inclusive package almost everything is included. The facilties are amazing and the variety and quality of meals and snacks is also up to the mark. For the price it is a bargain.

An absolute disappointment!
This hotel is not a 5 star at all. Service is terrible...food is horrible and the overall hotel facilities are not that great.
We arrived late at night off our flight and the room had little bugs all on the walls ,side tables & even the bed! Asked to move rooms and they were not bothered at all until I had to go down and beg them to change the room because of my little boy. Such a let down, not impressed at all and very sad our trip was overall rubbish.
