Convenient to Sagrada Família, needs a few changes
Location was excellent and AC was out of this world! We were actually cold during the heat wave! The street it is on was also very fun for gelato, restaurants, etc.
The beds were hot (no thin blankets, only thick ones) and the mattress itself felt hot even with AC at 18! Also no facecloths (washcloths) were provided, only hand towels and body towels, and no hook to hang the hand towels in the WC.

L'emplacement, à côté de la Sagrada et à côté des boutiques et restaurants. Propre, nous avons bien dormi. La petite piscine sur le toit avec vue sur la Sagrada.
La première nuit, il y a des gens qui ont fait du bruit dans la cage d'escalier, le son résonne beaucoup. C'est très bien indiqué, de ne pas faire de bruit entre 22h00 et 9h00 mais malheureusement, il y a des gens qui ne respectent pas les règles.

It is a bit inconvenient that you have to go to the office quite far away to leave bags when you arrive! We arrived in the morning and check in isn’t until 3 . We were lucky enough to get late check out though which helped enormously!

Tolle Lage mit bestem Blick auf sie Sagrada Familia
Ein wirklich tolles Apartment in bester Lage. Pool mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia. Alles war sauber. Man ist in zwei min. bei der nächsten U-Bahn und bei der Sagrada Familia. Alles sauber und auch die Kommunikation bei Fragen und Anliegen ist schnell und unkompliziert. Frühstück war reichlich.
Durch die zentrale Lage ist es auf der Straße nachts leider sehr laut und die Fenster sehr lärmdurchlässig.
Da das Frühstück immer am Vortag geliefert wurde, waren die fertig belegten Brötchen am nächsten Tag nicht mehr ganz frisch.

A wonderful place to enjoy all things Gaudi!
I liked everything about this property. It is in a great location. The Sagrada Familia is about half a block from the apartment. It was very neat and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop deck is an added bonus which we took advantage of as much as possible. Imagine sitting there and looking at that beautiful basilica! On top of all that, we received cleaning during our two week stay. I can’t think of anything negative about this apartment and we stayed in several during our 7 weeks in Spain.
We loved this property and everything about it.

サグラダファミリアからはほんとにすぐの場所にあり立地が最高です。
部屋はサグラダファミリア側ではなかったので私の部屋からの景色はあまりよくありませんでした。

Drunk guests from other rooms banging at midnight
Location was great.
Roof top viewing the Sagrada Familia was simply amazing.
The facility (location and view) is cool but full of problems.
To open my room,
the note on my door said turn to “right” 3times.
When my door should’ve said “left” 3 times.
Crazy mis information posted on the door.
Had to call enjoybcn.
Later explains that some of the doors are "right" and some are "left".
If you had that info you should’ve informed it like that in the first place.
On The RIGHT Door.
Had me spending 30 mins trying to figure it out.
Note to users, call them via “whatsapp”.
They definitely have to put the “right” instructions on the right doors.
Maybe a YouTube tutorial link on “how to open your door” (private link) would be nice because the door itself was hard to open for a first timer traveling from another country.
There were drunk guests from other rooms.
One thought that my room was their room and tried to open my door after midnight.
When he couldn't open it, started banging on the door several times really loud.
Woke me up with my family scared inside.
You drunk people can be really loud and aggressive.
Can’t call the front desk for help cause there is none.
Had to call enjoybcn.
But only told me to calm down.
Tell that to the other guest.
You usually know that other keys can’t open your door but hey I couldn’t open my door for 30mins so it was pretty freighting to talk to the guy trying to open the door to come in.
He thought it’s his room. And he really believes it because they’re drunk.
So to people thinking of making reservations here,
You might have a drunk person banging on your door after midnight.
Picture this.
16hr flight + 1hr from the airport then battling the door for 30mins.
Or this.
Waking up to the Sagrada Familia.
Having a wonderful day and falling asleep in a nice kept room.
But F-ing getting woken up with a crazy banging on the door after midnight from drunk guests from the same apartment.
I'm not staying here with my family again.

Polecam jako cicha, komfortowa lokalizacja do zwiedzania Barcelony.
Lokalizacja bardzo dobra przy 2 liniach metra i oczywiście z widokiem na Sagradę.
Co ważne za oknem jest deptak, a nie ulica. Jest relatywnie cicho i spokojnie, zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy.
Apartament świetnie wyposażony, czysty, z windą, pralnią i dostateczną ilością miejsca, aby pomieścić 4 osoby.
W odległości 5-minutowego spaceru kilkadziesiąt restauracji (w tym kilka do polecenia) oraz markety spożywcze, sklepy z pamiątkami, sklepy Barca i Real etc. etc. Naprawdę wszystko blisko i dostępne.
Taras na dachu był nieczynny ze względu na remont. Udało się tam jednak wejść pierwszego dnia pobytu przed remontem. Widok jest wspaniały. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy, bo to był luty. Śniadań nie zamawialiśmy.

The apartment was truly fantastic.
Ideally located with a magnificent view of the Sagrada Familia, and with all the necessary comforts. A nice bonus was the included breakfast and the rooftop terrace.
We had an excellent stay and if we return, we'll definitely book the same apartment again.

Fantastic location with view of the Sagrad Faimilar.
The location so close to the Sagrad Familia was phenomenal. Having free access to a washer and drier was axcellent. The roof-top terrace was pleasant and would be wonderful in summer. The staff was in constanc contact via WhatsApp and was very responsive throughout the stay. The curtains that can be used to give privacy to the fold-out bed in the sitting room is nice touch. My neicer who joined us appreciated the privacy.
It would be wonderulf if the swimming pool had a solar heater to wam it up for winter use! Also the drier in the basement took twice as long as it should do dry cloths. i reported it and the Maintenance people were asked to look into i. I also reported that our doorbell/phone was not working, and the staff sent the maintenance man immediately to look at it, although it was unable to fix it while we were there. H

Apartamentul are o pozitie excelenta langa Sagrada Familia iar vederea e foarte frumoasa. De la locatie pana la Parc Guell sunt 30 minute de plimbare iar pana in centru 45 minute de mers pe jos. Pentru 4 persoane este destul de confortabil. Sistemul de colectare a cheilor, comunicarea cu proprietarii sunt facile. Exista numeroase variante de mancare, de la restaurante la supermarket sau fastfood.
Faptul ca nu am putut sta in balcon sa admiram privelistea, atat din lipsa de spatiu dar si a vremii, a curentului. Fiind frig, nu am incercat sa vedem cum e pe terasa de la ultimul etaj.
Poate ma insel dar din fotografii eu crezusem ca e un tv si in dormitor, probabil a existat candva dar acum nu mai era.
Am gasit chiuvetele infundate, geamul se deschide foarte greu si miroase rau a canalizare daca nu se aeriseste.
Una peste alta, inconvenientele au fost minore si nu au umbrit decat in mica parte confortul sederii noastre.

Skvélá volba pro rodiné ubytování. Lepšímu hodnocení zabránillo celkově slabší odhlučnění.
Skvělá lokalita apartmánu. Všecho čisté. Dobře zařízené. Jednoduchá komunikace s hostitelem.
Celkově špatné odhlučnění. Je dost slišet sousedy i když někdo kráči schodištěm Koupelna bez odvětrávaní a úložných prostor. Postele v druhé ložnici jsou kvůli nedostatku prostoru dost krátké a vhodné spíše pro děti.

شقه مكونه من غرفتين نوم نوعا ما صغيره ،مطبخ مفتوح على صاله صغيره مجهز بكل الادوات والمحمصه وسخان الماء وماكينة القهوة مع كبسولات للقهوة وفوط لكل شخص وكذلك ادوات التنظيف والكوايه ،الحمامات نظيفه جدا لكن ضيقه ،المرحاض مع مغسله عزكم الله منفصل بباب آخر ،والدش ومغسله بباب آخر ،بلكونه صغيره كنا بالدور الاول .في مصعد لكن شقتنا لا يتوقف المصعد عندها فنظطر للصعود درج للوصول لشقتنا وكان الأمر ينهكنا مع الحقائب، الموقع ممتاز كل شي حواليك مطاعم جمعيات سوفينير محلات ملابس كلللل شي ومحطة المترو اللي تاخذك الى بلازا كاتالونيا ،الطاقم ممتاز سريع الاستجابه عبر الوتساب شكرا لهم نيتو وماريو اقدر جهودكم المبذوله لجعل إقامتنا ممتعه وكامله
للاسف كنا بالدور الأول وكان الإزعاج الخارجي مزعج خاصه أوقات منتصف اليل والفجر ،اتمنى وضع زجاج عازل للصوت .

La atención fue espectacular, ubicación inmejorable. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente, llegamos antes y nos recibieron las maletas al igual que cuando nos íbamos por lo que pudimos aprovechar todo el día en Barcelona sin las maletas. La limpieza e higiene excelente, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. Genial todo.

Location location location! Easy to get in the property, safe neighborhood, parking was close and safe, apartment was immaculately clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the rooftop shared area and pool. Kitchen stocked with everything needed for simple meal preparation. Laundry facility on first floor and easy to use.

위치가 사그라다파밀리아 바로 앞이었고, 걸어가면 바로 볼 수 있었어요. 그리고 객실이 아주 깨끗하고, 그들의 응답은 아주 빠르고 친절했어요. 일찍 도착해서 카탈루냐 광장 근처에 있는 사무실에 무료로 짐을 맡길 수 있었고, 아이들에게 사탕도 주었어요. 아주 친절하고 완벽한 직원들이에요.

Super hotel i super pobyt
Świetne miejsce. Blisko Sagraga Familia. Dosłownie 200 m. Z tarasu, na którym jest basen, leżaki, krzesła i stoliki było widać bazylikę. W apartamencie było czyściutko. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Na wszelkie pytania i wątpliwości reaguje bardzo szybko. Obsługiwali nas Katerina i Pietro. Wszystkie informacje były przekazane bardzo dokładnie.
Śniadania, a były to: hamburgery albo pieczywo tostowe z dodatkami, które były w środku pieczywa. Do tego soki, kawa kapsułkowa, herbata tylko zielona organiczna, kakao, jogurty, mleko i owoce (niezbyt świeże). Nie otrzymaliśmy płatków śniadaniowych, które miały być w menu śniadaniowym. Ponieważ nie lubimy pieczywa tostowego, więc wszystko wylądowało w koszu. A szkoda. Według mnie jest to marnowanie żywności. Wystarczyło kupić bagietkę, wędliny paczkowane, ser paczkowany (żółty i biały), małe masełko oraz pomidor, ogórek, sałatę i byłoby ok. Rozumiem, że nie ma gdzie serwować śniadań, co jest niewątpliwie utrudnieniem. Podpowiem jak to wygląda u nas. Po przyjeździe do hotelu otrzymujemy do wyboru zestawy. Każdy z gości wybiera sobie swój zestaw i wówczas jesteśmy w pełni zadowoleni.

Perfect
Amazing location just a 3-minute walk from the Sagrada Família. The apartment is well equipped, with a kitchen stocked with plenty of appliances, plates, pans, and glasses. The bed is very comfortable, and the toilet being separate from the shower is a great feature, especially when staying with more people as it saves time.
The rooftop view is fantastic and was one of the highlights of the stay. Communication with the management team has also been great quick, helpful, and friendly.
There are supermarkets, bars, and convenience stores nearby, and the connection to the rest of the city is excellent.
Would definitely recommend!

God beliggenhed, hyggelig terrasse og god service
Lejligheden ligger i et fint kvarter tæt på metro og bus. Fra lejlighedens balkon kan man mærke byens puls.
Tagterrassen med pool var god at komme hjem til efter en lang dag i varmen. Deroppefra var udsigten fantastisk.
Lækker og rummelig lejlighed.

Locatie en faciliteiten.Balkonnetje met uitzicht op de Sagrada Familia. Handig ook dat er een aparte toilet was met een uitgebreide wastafel met spiegel.
Eigenlijk niks, alleen een beetje gehorig als andere gasten hun appartement in kwamen of uitgingen.

We had a 2 night stay before our cruise and this location was absolutely terrific in everyway. With the language challenges, we could also ask Taxi to take us to "Sagrada Familia" knowing we are one block off. Knowing there's a taxi stand nearby helps with planning. Despite being one block from one of the biggest tourist attraction in Barcelona, our block felt very cozy and got more a local vibe. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. We ate right outside at one of the restaurants and it was fantastic. The check in was a little challenging as you don't get the code until 3pm on Whatsapp. Once checked in, we loved the apartment with separate room for our kids. Balcony view of Sagrada is breathtaking. The elevator is small and slow but we were only on the 2nd floor. We checked out the pool but were too busy to really enjoy it. The apartment is clean and love the separation of the toilet and shower with 2 sinks. You could hear some noise outside late at night but nothing too crazy in a city. The staff at the office were very helpful before, during, and even after our stay. The physical office is not close but they are very good at getting back to us with help and recommendation. If we ever go back to Barcelona, we will definitely stay there because of the location, room type, and the feel of luxury. Thank you to everyone at BCN

Not a good value for what they offer but clean.I was disappointed .
The location of the propriety it’s really great and the apartment it’s well equipped.
The staff was really rude demanding us to leave the flat in 3minutes because we asked for a late check out and paid extra €150 for 3h but the payment was not visible in that very moment ,only after 15min.
The swimming pool it’s not safe due to the sharpe metal edges

The apartment is beautiful, there’s a small pool at the roof rooftop but it’s not heated and very cold. But the location is perfect right in front of the sagrada Familia and there’s so many dining options right in front of it. Taxis were really easy to get just owe two minute walk down to the street. I’m 100% staying here again when I visit Barcelona, and management were very communicative through WhatsApp.

Excellent Location and Set Up for a Family

These apartments are situated in a great location and easy walking distance to main attractions.
They are very well kept with everything you would need. There is a small supermarket just a few yards away.
The roof top pool is very small but ideal for what guy need. The view is incredible.
Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Retour à Barcelone
Emplacement idéal avec une vue sur la Sagrada familia incroyable, appartement agréable et bien équipé. Le service de ménage qui passe très souvent. Le personnel à distance mais qui reste en contact. La piscine pour se délasser.
Un peu bruyant que ce soit la rue où l'intérieur de l'hôtel : la cage d'escalier résonne beaucoup.

Absolutely great location and fantastic view from the terrace of the church of Sagrada Familiar. Modern, air conditioned, clean apartment. Everything that you would require for staying in a self catering apartment was provided, though you have lots of restaurants within minutes of the apartments so need to cook. It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment when the doors to the terrace were closed considering the location.
The staff did respond to questions I asked via WhatsApp in the lead up to arriving in Barcelona and offered useful tips and advice.
There was a problem on gaining access to the room bwcause the directions on opening the door were incorrect but we did gain access after asking another resident for help, who also had the same issue when they arrived. Also, it would have been helpful if it was made clearer at booking that the key codes required to access the apartment building and door key would only be provided, via message, frrom the 3pm check in time.

Great property and great location, sagrada familia visible from balcony if you book a city view.
Apartments are good size and have everything you need. Pool is small but still a good size just to cool down at the end of the day. Plenty of seating on the roof to enjoy view and chill on an evening. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Busy area but great location if you’re looking to go to the Sangrada. Other people were having issues also with accessing the room with the keys. We also had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning staff even though we confirmed arrival time. Relatively expensive compared to other places we stayed in Barcelona but overall fairly good experience for our family of 5.
