The staff were so friendly and helpful!! The room was absolutely gorgeous and so clean. They accommodated my request for a nice city view. The complimentary drinks, coffee pods and biscuits were such a nice touch :) location was perfect for me, close to everything and on a really lovely street with lots of little bars/pubs

Generally good, but breakfast staff need to try harder. Bar staff were good however.
Nice communal areas, laid bake vibe.

The One Breakfast
The cooked breakfast was good but should have been called the one breakfast. You only got one piece of bacon, one sausage, one tomato and one mushroom etc.

Amazing & unforgettable
Hotel itself was exceptional. One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. My daughter and her friend loved their stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they all always took the time for a chat. Will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel and attentive staff well located to the dock and Liverpool.
Positioning of our room on floor 3 meant it was loud with music and people until about 1am from the venues located next to the hotel.

Not great value for money as paid around £750 for 2 nights!

Great the gym has pelotons but weights were limited only one cable machine.
Full English breakfast was very poor quality ingredients badly cooked looked and tasted like it been kept warm for a couple of hours even though it was meant to be cooked to order. Continental selection was good

We've stayed at the Halyard before and loved it, so knew what to expect. And the team delivered
The obvious stuff is that it's a lovely venue, good location for central Liverpool but easy to get to and park close-by too. But the more memorable bit is that the staff there are really friendly, helpful and that makes the halyard feel realy welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail that made it feel really welcoming and stylish. Perfect, clean, modern, relaxing stay. 100% recommended and nothing not to like.
What amazing staff. So friendly, greeted with a smile and a welcome; nothing too much trouble and super helpful with knowledge of the local area.
The hotel entrance was welcoming and very calming, that was the general feel of the hotel, very calming and almost spa like. That was probably the lovely smells and clean environment.
Our room was lovely, everything we needed and more. The little but important things like USB sockets next to the bed, small dressing table with mirror plus a full length mirror and coat hooks (surprisingly many hotels don’t have these basic things when proper stay often to go out and want to check themselves out in a large mirror before leaving the room!)
The shower was lovely and the toilettes included smelt amazing, adding to the spa like feeling.
The bed was huge and so comfy: the room was very clean and the TV very informative with al everything included in there about the hotel.
Breakfast was lovely, so much choice and cooed to order with waitress service and as much tea/coffee/juice as we wanted. Both cooked options and the Continental choice had us in a quandary what to choose there was a fantastic choice.
The location is only a 10 minute walk all from all the shops at Liverpool One but the surrounding area is also lovely and some great bars around.
Perfect stay and would recommend to anyone. We will definitely stay again now we have found this gem of a hotel.

Lovely and comfortable stay
The staff were amazing and very welcoming, they helped me set the room up for my girlfriends birthday. She absolutely loved the room and so did I, everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. The view from the terrace was amazing for sunset and sunrise.
An improvement is there could’ve been more seating on the terrace.
Another improvement is making the entire terrace accessible to all customers.

The genuine Scouse friendliness from the staff.
Peter ( the Porter) went out of his way to help with my personal mobile phone issue. Harvey was fantastic at checking me in and arranging a free drink from the bar during my stay.
Jed inquired if everything was ok during my stay and he told me humorous stories during our conversation. We laughed together.
Restaurant staff were also friendly and very aware of customer needs.

I went out of my room for four and a half hours and returned to find it still hadn't been cleaned despite the sign on the door and the trolley in the corridor a few doors away.
When it did get cleaned it was done to a very high standard but it was an initial let down to have to go away again, to allow more time to get it serviced. But I wouldn't lower my score because of that. The job was done and it was done beautifully.

Really great near the train station and had a look around in the city centre lots to see there plus they had hire for scooters and bikes nearby but that belongs to bolt if you want to hire them and breakfast was nice as well

An incredible stay from start to finish and such a wonderful place to celebrate a special birthday!
Fantastic views and amazing location. The balcony was incredible with a dock view and access from both the bedroom area and living area. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, the lady who checked us in and Ronnie the head concierge were fantastic. Complimentary drinks in the suite were a lovely touch too. Lots of parking areas close to the hotel too.

Poor nights' sleep for premium price.
Good location, easy check in.
Air conditioning rattled throughout the night, making sleep very difficult. The dressing table light didn't work and the room was rather dark, so it meant it was difficult to get ready. When told about the issues upon check out, staff just said "they'd look into it".

The property is in a convenient location for the city centre as well as the inside being stylish and modern. The hotel was easy to navigate as well as comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, explaining all of the important information that we needed to know. The room itself was fantastic! Very very clean , spacious and modern. We will happily be going back!

A super hotel in an excellent location.
Staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, keen to provide information about the city, the locale and the hotel. Room was comfortable with excellent bed and bathroom. On the 4th floor overlooking Parr Street it was very quiet. Breakfast is reasonably priced given the quality of food and the range of options. Location is very good, any easy walk to the centre and the Albert Docks.
