Het ontbijt kon iets gevarieerder,het was elke dag hetzelfde aanbod. Wat gesneden fruit zou ook een goede aanvulling zijn.

Excellent séjour.
Hotel bien situé pour découvrir Londres car on peut rejoindre facilement les principaux quartiers touristiques, à 5 min d’une station de métro (qui se trouve elle même à 1 station de métro de St Pancras), arrêt de bus tout proche. Le quartier est très calme mais non dépourvu de magasins, de pubs et de petits restos. L’hôtel propose aussi une carte de bons petits plats. Chambre petite comme souvent à Londres mais bien agencée, literie très confortable, propre (comme tout l’hotel) et bien insonorisée. Personnel sympa. Très bon petit-déjeuner varié.
Un rien trop cher.

Jättebra hotell med hög standard och bra läge med gångavstånd till allt. Jättefin utsikt från hotellrummet. Smidigt att kunna åka tåget direkt från Heathrow flygplats till Faddington. Jättenöjd med vår vistelse.

Checking-in is fancy but a bit cumbersome (and impersonal). Rooms are small, even for European standards. Glass bathroom, again, fancy but not very practical.

Overall, our stay was comfortable, but there are several operational improvements.
For a couple, the room would have worked fine. The fridge in the room also helps a lot.
The triple room did not feel suitable for three adults, as the available space was quite limited and there is no privacy in the toilet (glass walls which allows you to see the shadow of the person inside). The bathroom lacked basic conveniences, such as hooks or towel racks near the shower to hang towels.
Breakfast quality was good on the first morning. However, on the second day, by 8:00 a.m., several items such as croissants, cream cheese, and Nutella had already run out and were not replenished. We also found the breakfast staff to be quite inflexible regarding the consumption of food items not offered by the hotel. We were working from the hotel's common areas throughout the day, so a more accommodating approach would have been appreciated.
Finally, we would like to highlight a concern regarding the baggage storage process. When we left our luggage in the baggage room, we were not given the required claim tags. Later, when collecting our bags, the receptionist had to rely solely on our description of the luggage before releasing it to us. This creates a potential security risk, as luggage could easily be handed over to the wrong person.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Yotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Very modern, clean, bright and cheery hotel. All the staff were friendly and approachable staff, especially Natasa(sp) and Sree (sp). Breakfast was very good. Again, the staff on duty set a great vibe. Hotel room is small, as expected, but well set up. The bed remotely moving back was a definite plus.

Good location, the bedroom was clean
The bedroom were really tiny, it’s too expensive for what the hotel offers. The shower was damaged, they were rust, and there was a leek too.
The worst thing is the toilet. It’s impossible to have intimacy as the door doesn’t shut and the toilet is so closed to the bed.

Other yotels I’ve stayed at (3) have all had complementary coffee/tea stations either in dining area or on each bedroom level outside the lifts (due to rooms not having kettles), it was a shame this Yotel didn’t offer the same service unless paying for individual drinks

Ticks all the necessary boxes
The room was simple but ticks all the necessary boxes. I picked the hotel because of proximity to a work event and it had a gym. I appreciated the gym set-up and simple check-in and check-out procedures.
I was in an 'accessible' room so not sure this is true for all rooms but the sink in the bathroom was tiny and low which made washing my face particularly complicated. I'm sure this is the type of inconvenience individuals with disabilities face on a daily basis - so not a problem, better to have a room available when they need it and perhaps it was the last available when I checked-in but if I came here again I would request to be in a different room for this reason.

Good, but never again due to no privacy
Perfect location. Very clean. Staff are friendly and supportive. Comfortable bed. We only ate breakfast one morning and opted to go out other mornings, but the one time we tried it was good. Not amazing, but well enough. Coffee was good (rare thing in my opinion).
The designer who designed the room layout and glass walls should be put in jail. We were husband and wife and even us felt uncomfortable. Let's imagine if you would be sharing the room with a friend, or a kid. You have absolutely NO PRIVACY. I have seen how much toilet paper my husband uses to wipe his behind. Do I need to tell more? You should at least have though of putting shower as the wall in front of the bed, but not the toilet... Even if the location is amazing, the hotel is really perfect in any other sense, I will never stay here again.

Lovely hotel with lots of technology and nice decor. Location was great as round the corner from station and loads of shops and bars nearby.
Rooms do not have a separate bathroom. The toilet and shower were contained in cubicles in the bedroom which had opaque/see through walls. This was not ideal when staying in a room with friends.

Overall a nice place but the rooms & bathroom layout too small
Bar area was great, rooms were clean and cute.
Rooms were tiny! Very challenging with the bathroom basically in the room with only 1/2" of glass separating.
Location was so-so. I wish I booked closer to activities and action so we didn't have to take uber so much.

Decent for business trip, maybe.
Staff are friendly and chilled and are really helpful. Location is superb to walk everywhere in London. Breakfast and the range of tea and coffee is decent. Room is really clean.
For a four-star hotel, there is no window (window is tinted and sealed so there is no sunlight in the morning). The room is cramped and the default room lighting is not brilliant. Too dark in the morning, and too bright in the evening.

L’hôtel est moderne et propre, bien situé à côté d’une ligne de métro.
Les chambres sont sans fenêtres et un système de ventilation tourne en continu donc il y a du bruit toute la nuit.

Super, met perfecte locatie.
De kamer hadden we ge-upgrade naar een Premium, dit is zeker een aanrader, hierdoor heb je echt iets meer ruimte. Ontbijt was goed, niet super uitgebreid, maar gewoon prima. Personeel vriendelijk. Locatie was perfect, dichtbij een groot metrostation, hier kon je alle kanten op uit.
Prijzig naar wat je krijgt. Het was goed, maar verhouding klopt niet echt. Bijna 1000 euro voor 4 nachten (met 2 personen), mag je wel iets meer verwachten. Badkamer was echt bijzonder, schoon maar een soort glazen hokje in je kamer alsof het er nog even ingepropt moest worden.
