Bonito lugar, cómodo y completo
Nuestra estancia de una semana en este hotel fue, en líneas generales, buena. Tratándose de un hotel con un precio aproximado de 650 € por noche en Ibiza, esperábamos que algunos detalles básicos y la capacidad de resolución estuvieran más a la altura desde el primer momento. Hubo varias incidencias que, aunque finalmente se solucionaron, tardaron más de lo que consideramos adecuado para un establecimiento de esta categoría.
Dicho esto, también creemos que es importante destacar a las personas que realmente marcaron la diferencia durante nuestra estancia. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Yaiza, del departamento de Guest Experience, por su profesionalidad, implicación y atención; a Wafa (u Oafa), del equipo de limpieza, siempre amable y haciendo un excelente trabajo; al equipo de valets, que en todo momento fue atento, educado y servicial; y a Alex, el barman de la piscina de la azotea, por su trato cercano, simpatía y excelente servicio.
En definitiva, es un hotel con mucho potencial y un gran equipo humano, pero creemos que debe mejorar la rapidez y la gestión de determinadas incidencias para que la experiencia esté realmente a la altura del precio que se paga.
El aire acondicionado debería de funcionar con mas potencia ya que en nuestro caso se sentía insuficiente.
La rapidez cuando se piden cosas como una plancha de ropa por ejemplo o un arreglo por algún desperfecto o simplemente unas toallas, junto con el trato y la profesionalidad al responder en caso de no poder solucionarlo al momento.

Will definitely be back
Really nice quality with good facilities in an excellent location. Recommend going for a corner suite overlooking marina. Make sure you eat at the Peruvian restaurant on the 5th floor.

gorgeous location and facilities
The spa was good. The pool and area was good. Breakfast was ok but not in any way as good as other 5 star hotels.
Reception staff such as Gabriel were really excellent- cannot say the same about any others....

Heerlijk zwembad, fijne ligbedden, fantastische hotelkamer voorzien van alle faciliteiten, handdoeken en chocolaatjes en water (extra) rond 18 uur. Zeer hygiënisch. Fantastisch restaurant voor lunch (jammer dat de fauteuils weggehaald zijn). Heerlijk en ruime keuze aan ontbijt. Geweldig restaurant op de rooftop! Attente medewerkers ♡

We loved this hotel, the short walk into town was perfect and just what we wanted. The pool area is beautiful and quiet.

Amazing hotel and would definately reccomend to others.
The hotel room was amazing - beautiful decor and very well thought out. The overall hotel was a very nice and the facilities were great. The hotel rooftop pool, bar & resturant were amazing with great views from every table.
Parasols not sturdy and would eityher fall over or be leaning to one side constantly.

Good location, but would not stay again.
Walkable from lots of nice restaurants in the evening. Nice cabanas by the pool, which was lovely for our family (though a shortage of umbrellas when cabanas are unavailable, which is not ideal with young kids). The rooftop was nice, as was the rooftop restaurant and food. Nice fresh fruit selection at breakfast. The kids club was nice and our daughter enjoyed the crafts.
The rooms were not set up for families (no bathtub, no proper sink to wash bottles or laundry). The service was overall ok but the people who let us down really ruined it for us (especially one actively unfriendly waitress, but also a “concierge” who texted us ahead of our trip to say he’d be there to help with whatever we needed, and then never responded to texts, very slow service by the pool). We did not love that tips were included in everything we bought, and then we got poor service (with a line for us to leave an extra tip!). Everything was over priced for what it was, and would recommend just going out to one of the many lovely restaurants close-by for better quality and price). Both treadmills in the gym stopped working mid-run every single time my husband or I used them during our stay (despite us letting staff know each time that the machine malfunctioned).

Würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen.
Reinigungskräfte machen einen guten Job.
Personal z.T. nichts für ein 5-Sterne-Ressort. Servicekräfte z.T. unfreundlich und überfordert. Hotel als solches hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich und befindet sich inmitten von Baustellen, Vorsicht hier auch vor Baulärm. Wir hatten zudem Schimmel im Bad, der schon länger vorhanden war und keinem auffiel. Guest Management unprofessionell. Frühstück kein 5-Sterne-Erlebnis. Diskussionen mit den Kellnern am Pool da der QR-Code mit dem Menü andere Preise aufwies als die haptisxje Variante, die teurer war, man zwang und die teueren Preise zu bezahlen, räumte aber ein, dass die QR-Codes an den Tisch veraltet sind, wurden aber nie dennoch nicht entfernt. Alles in allem würden wir jedem empfehlen sich zweimal zu überlegen dort zu übernachten, da die Bilder auf Booking nicht der Unterkunft entsprechen. Lustig ist auch, dass Urlauber in solch einem Ressort schon morgens alle Liegen mit ihren Handtüchern reservieren.

We had a lovely time because we chose to ignore all the disappointing elements to the hotel but we were disappointed by
I liked the facilities but everything was very tired and needed refurbishing given the rating of the hotel and how much we paid.
It didn’t look like the photos anymore. We also mentioned on booking and on arrival that it was our honeymoon and none of the staff did anything to celebrate this. A simple note in the room or a complimentary drink would have been nice. The attention to detail overall was poor.

Für uns das beste Hotel in Santa Eularia.
Wunderschöne und grosszügige Juniorsuite mit tollem Bad und Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Lage und das Frühstück waren einfach toll! Schöne Rooftop Bar.

Un peu bruyant. Mal insonorisé. On entendait une porte coulissante plusieurs fois dans la nuit sans savoir d’où ça venait. Et on entendait vraiment beaucoup les gens passer dans le couloir.

Lo staff super disponibile e gentile, sempre sorridente e attento. Bello il rooftop peccato che i bambini sopra i 10 anni non possano salire ma devono avere 16… ci sarebbe piaciuto.
Menù del bar in piscina un po limitato, inserirei qualche piatto del giorno. Alcuni dettagli nella camera devono essere più curati in un 5 stelle, tipo la macchia sul divanetto, il tavolino usurato, etc

Lovely stay and would definitely return
Whoever is leaving this place rubbish reviews must need their head reading. I’m very picky with hotels and usually find an awful lot wrong with places but I can genuinely say that this hotel couldn’t really be faulted in any way. The staff were lovely, super clean, good food and drinks, great breakfast, lovely pool. Decent enough gym for a holiday and good spa. Yes the spa is aging a bit but everything works perfectly and there are loads of things in there. I’ve been to new spas with things broken but this place didn’t have any of that. Good massage too. Our room was massive with the amazing bath in the bathroom (huge). Beds so comfy. Cleaners did a great job and had turn down at nights with little chocolates too. Had a great week with my 11 year old daughter in half term - always got a sunbed which is a major plus.
Very few gripes
- our TV didn’t work properly - no English cable channels were working even though they were supposed to and the maintenance guy couldn’t get the screen mirroring to work either. No issue for me but when there with a child it would have been nice later in evening to watch a movie together but she had her iPad so it was fine.
- a little noisy if people came back late in hallways or decided to clop around in their room with high heels on (as did my next door neighbour at 1am). However it wasn’t really the type of hotel where you get clubbers so only happened the one night.
- asked for a few things from reception (extra blanket etc) and didn’t show up until I asked again the next day
All really minor things that didn’t spoil the overall feel though.

It’s an ok location although lots of building nearby. It is tired now and the lack of an adults only area meant you had
The room although balcony and hot tube were visibly tired with paint peeling off. Old subbed no umbrella working on top floor.
Service was poor apart from reception and concierge who were excellent.

Hotel confortable
Pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire compliqué.
Appareillage lumineux d'une complexité étrange pour un hotel de bon standing, avec une salle de bain, certe immense ( double douche et baignoire familiale immense) mais avec un maniement de la robinetterie trop compliqué. Impossible de se connecter à la télévision et malgré nos demandes multiples, personne pour reparer le coffre-fort qui ne fonctionnait pas

An aesthetically pleasing hotel with excellent staff in a good location, but some room design issues

Spacious room
The design of our room was impressive to look at but totally non functional. The sink by the bed, no bedside table, glass panel by headboard which covered the air conditioning vents, therefore air couldn’t circulate.
Curtains that opened by switch or every time you entered the room with no ability to be partially open or closed. We had a south facing corner room with lots of glass which we couldn’t keep cool by closing the curtains so was always roasting on our return to the room after time at the pool or beach.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Unser Zimmer war großartig, in der 4. Etage als Eckzimmer. Wir waren begeistert. Das Fitnesscenter und der Saunabereich waren ebenfalls toll und wurden auch von externen Gästen genutzt. Die Dachterrasse war der Hammer. Wir finden das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.

Es war okay aber wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.
Lage war gut. Aussicht war gut. Frühstück war gut.
Der Service war katastrophal. Alle waren super faul. Die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Auch die Zimmer wurden nur sporadisch gesäubert.

Een goed hotel op een zeer goede locatie. Het is alleen geen 5 sterren waard.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Niets was teveel gevraagd. Wij hadden problemen met iets in onze kamer en zijn dit op een beleefde manier gaan melden. Ze hebben toen direct iemand gestuurd om het op te lossen, maar toen ze dit niet klaar kregen hebben ze ons zonder problemen een andere (betere) kamer gegeven. Daarna ook een technische ploeg gestuurd om het probleem grondig aan te pakken. Vonden wij toch een pluspuntje.
De kamers zelf zijn mooi, ruim en bezitten alles wat je nodig hebt. De fitness die er aan is is ook zeker voldoende.
Wat wij nog een grote troef vonden? Je kan er met je huurauto héél makkelijk en gratis parkeren op een grote parking ernaast.
Iets dat wij in Ibiza niet vanzelfsprekend vinden.
Bij aankomst moet je een waarborg van 300EUR betalen voor de kamer via creditcard. Iets dat wij vrij apart vonden om te doen. Onze douchekop in de kamer hong vol vieze kalk & er stond schimmel op de muur van de douche. Niet iets dat je verwacht van een 5 sterren 'luxe' hotel met zo'n hoge waarborg..Maar zoals hierboven vermeld is het personeel er wel prima mee omgegaan.
Verder is dit iets dat steeds terugkomt in het hotel: alles ziet er mooi uit, maar veel plekken zijn slecht onderhouden, zijn slecht afgewerkt of missen wat liefde. Ook de wifi werkt maar matig. Op je kamer valt het nog mee, maar op andere plaatsen valt die vaak weg. Over veel zaken zou ik doorgaans niet zo streng zijn, maar wél wanneer je jezelf profileert als een luxueus vijfsterrenhotel — én daar ook de bijhorende prijzen voor aanrekent. Prijs kwaliteit vind je in onze ogen beter in Ibiza.

Las instalaciones son maravillosas, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias y luminosas.
El personal de recepción no nos atendió como se esperaría de un sitio de esta categoría, muy poco amables. El resto de personal muy atento y amable, desde los conserjes (mención especial a Vicente) hasta los camareros.

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean, and the breakfast is very good. The staff is also very kind and friendly.
The only issue is that the phones don’t work, so you can’t call the reception — you have to go downstairs for any request. Also, if you order something, it takes quite a long time to be delivered.

Entrar en Aguas de Ibiza es como entrar en el paraíso. Todo el personal, desde su encargada Alexandra son Increíbles: Sebas en el rooftop; Jo y Sonia, en el desayuno y restaurante con Agustin encargándose de que este todo impecable; Salva y Vicente para ayudarte en lo que necesites.
El mejor lugar para quedarse en Ibiza, hemos ido ya dos veces y repetiremos
si hay algo que falla, el equipo se encarga de resolverlo al instante!

Schöne Lage, aber für den Preis zu teuer.
Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer sind groß. Es gibt große bequeme Betten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Toller Blick auf den Hafen und die Bucht von der obersten Dachterrasse.
Im Zimmer wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Haken für Garderobe. Schlechtes Licht im Bad, Ausblick vom Balkon auf drei Riesenbaustellen, total überteuertes Frühstück (40 Euro pro Person),

Les chambres sont très bien décorées et très confortables. Le spa est génial et les bains piscines top, seul point négatif le hamam ne fonctionnait pas durant les 5 jours, sinon le reste parfait.

A bit disappointing
The location was nice - with a 5 minute walk into the town and a lovely coastal walk in the other direction. The breakfast choice was good. The room size was good. The rooftop bar area was lovely and adults only.
Some of the staff were not very friendly or helpful. The hot water fluctuated while having a shower. A fire alarm went off early 2 mornings of our stay and loud music was blaring out on 2 mornings. Our room did not get cleaned one day. It was hit and miss whether the tea/coffee/milk/cups were replaced every day. It took forever for the staff to bring coffee at breakfast some days.

The amenities were great - Quite child friendly which was a surprise for us and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and offered so much assistance.
The room controls were not functioning correctly via the control panel. They had to call in the handymen to resolve but effectively could not get this fixed permanently. It worked for 5 minutes after they left so we struggled with the cooling in the room. This was minor as it was comfortable enough but would have been better if we could cool down the room a bit more.

Could be a good hotel but needs investment and better staff
Good location and nice to have a free spa access and roof top pool.
Property is quite tired, staff are not the most welcoming or attentive and there is quite a bit of noise in the morning.

Instalaciones amplias, modernas. Oferta gastronómica y situación muy buenas. Desayuno excelente. Habitación amplia familiar con baño grande y terraza con jacuzzi.
Para niños ofrece sillones cama (en mi caso niños alrededor de 10 años, ya no tan pequeños). Es verdad que son individuales (peor es cuando, aunque grande, hay un único sillón cama) pero creo que es un aspecto muy mejorable, más aún en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
