Curat în camere și am primit apă rece pe tot sejurul
Camere foarte mici și înghesuite, fără aer condiționat, personalul care făcea curățenie era foarte gălăgios pe palier, în camere se auzea absolut orice, ventilatoarele erau foarte zgomotoase, zona hotelului mizerabilă, plin de oameni dubioși, mizerie pe stradă și nu m-am simțit în siguranță

Ants in the room. No apology from owner and I was not happy with their solution so we left.
The hotel itself was okay. The room was a bit small but nicely decorated and the bathroom looked quite newly done. Breakfast was fairly standard.
As soon as we arrived in the room we saw ants. They were already in the room and climbing on everything. We went straight back to reception and the person on duty came and sprayed and mopped them. We left our cases closed and went out to eat. We came back and there were more ants so he came and sprayed again. I asked to change room and was told they were fully booked so it was not possible. He advised to see what was available in the morning. If it was not so late at night I would have changed hotel right there and then. My daughter and I had a terrible nights sleep as she was scared and uncomfortable. The next morning we went to reception with our bags. I asked about changing rooms and the answer I got was so strange. She told me the rooms were all booked, but what she could do, is give me someone else's room who had not arrived and they would just give my room to someone else? That did not sit right with me as its just passing the issue to someone else, so I asked if we could just cancel the next night of our stay. She said yes and went ahead and got it cancelled while we went to breakfast. We went back to reception and the owner was there. He had very little English and wanted me to go up to the room to show him what the issue was. I went with him and a cleaner who spoke English to help with the language barrier. I showed them the issue. There were still ants there. He didn't even really look at the ants. The owner was more concerned with the fact that I had cancelled my booking rather than go to another room. He repeated 5 times that he was doing us a favour and that no other hotel in France would just cancel a booking halfway through. He was annoyed at the receptionist for doing the cancellation. No apology or even mention of the ants. I did not ask for a refund as I could tell from his attitude there was no point. I stopped trying to speak with him eventually as it was not helpful. I don't normally write reviews, but I hope this helps others.

В номере чисто, есть сейф и чайник, фен.
Остутствие кондиционера. Есть вентилятор, он немного улучшил ситуацию, но он очень шумный. Наша комната выходила окнами во двор-колодец, поэтому ветра не было(
Рядом местная улица красных фонарей и поэтому рядом обитают интересные личности и не очень чисто. По соотношению цена-качество все устроило.

De uitstekende locatie
Het ontbijt is in een warme kelder en zeer karig, brood was oud en hard. Kamers hadden geen airco. Er zaten grote vlekken in het dekbed en heel de badkamer stinkt naar riool. Het is zeer gehorig, en een rumoerige straat. Het matras is hard en niet comfortabel waardoor we heel de dag rugpijn hadden.

Lokacija je dobra jer me blizu Montmartre i par ulica dalje ima jako lijepih kafića i pekara za doručak. Blizu je i jako lijepi park za djecu.
Ono sta mi se nije svidjelo je što iza ugla, najbliža metro stanica je u dosta nesigurnoj i opasnoj četvrti, tako da svakako preporučam ici na metro stanicu Anvres.

Convenient and comfortable. What you expect with a good two star hotel.
Close to Gare du Nord and the metro. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable and clean. As a two star hotel it’s what you would expect. Works for an overnight stay when passing through Paris. Can leave your luggage for the day after checking out which is particularly handy when you have late flights out of Paris.
Nothing of note. Expected a two star hotel and that’s what we got.

Avec les fortes chaleurs, pas de climatisation. Malgré la demande formulée, la seule réponse apportée a consisté à proposer une boisson fraîche. Les clients ont dormi à l'accueil sur des sièges non adaptés et défraîchis, seul lieu climatisé. D'ailleurs l'établissement n'a pas proposé aux clients de leur mettre à disposition des fauteuils plus confortables recouverts d'un drap propre.
Sentiment d'insécurité (drogue, alcool).
Le personnel était dépassé par les évènements, le responsable de l'hôtel était abonné aux absents.
Hôtel à éviter qui mériterait un zéro.
J'ai changé d'hôtel après 3 nuits de souffrance, aucun geste commercial n'a été fait.

Tolle, zentrale Lage. Fußläufig zum Gare du Nord und der nächsten Metro Station. Außerdem am Rand eines netten Pariser Viertels.
Da es extrem heiß war, haben wir doch eine Klimaanlage vermisst - wussten wir aber vorher.
Das Viertel ist lebhaft, gesellig und sehr "parisienne" - also nicht ganz leise????.
Badezimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche ist allerdings nur etwas für schlanke Menschen.

Séjour pénible et très décevant
Chambre et douche très étroites, pas de climatiseur, uniquement un ventilateur, chambre à plus de 40 degrés. Personnel dépassé par la période de forte canicule.Seul l'accueil est climatisé mais trop petit et trop vétusté pour accueillir les clients qui étouffent dans leur chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas de qualité et le choix très restreint.
Quartier à éviter, beaucoup de violences de rue.

El personal atiende PERFECTO, la recepción es insuperable.
La habitación si bien es pequeña es muy cómoda, la ducha impecable, la ventana muy bonita.
las mucamas tienden a ser un poco duras en el trato y no manejan más idiomas que el francés, la puerta de entrada es durísima, el hotel funciona con una tarjeta de habitación que te permite dar paso a la electricidad, lo que genera un problema porque para cargar tus aparatos debes estar dentro de la habitación. El sector si bien es muy cerca de la estación tiende a sentirse un poco peligroso. Finalmente al llegar te cobran un Taxi extra en la tarjeta por "temas del país". Cobro que Booking no comenta. Siento que el valor tan elevado no refleja las características del hotel, de no ser por el sobre excelente servicio de recepción estaríamos molestos.

Das Doppelbett war für 2 Personen sehr klein - eher etwas für Pärchen.
Die Tür zum Zimmer ging nur sehr langsam zu und fiel nicht von alleine ganz zu. Man musste sie manuell zuziehen. Dadurch konnte man nicht einfach schnell das Zimmer verlassen.
Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss ist etwas trist und die Auswahl war begrenzt.

Kind and accommodating staffs with fast service. Location is great, near metro and busstops and the room was nice and clean. The room had two working electric fans and the bathroom was fresh and clean. Staff provided us with chilled waterbottles under the heatwave during our stay which was kindly appreciated!
The water pressure in the shower could be improved but not a big deal for the price.

Chambre très propre, moderne et bien équipée. Une bouilloire était à disposition avec recharge de thé, café et biscuit. Présence de la gare et métro à proximité.
L'hôtel indique disposer d'un ascenseur mais les chambres singles sont situées au 6eme étage qui n'a qu'un escalier pour y accéder... ces chambres et salles de bain sont vraiment minuscules: pas de place pour la valise, lavabo étroit etc.

В комнатах чисто , убирают каждый день, приятный бонус был чайный набор и ещё маленькие бутылочки с минеральной водой.Все необходимое есть в ванной комнате: стаканчики для щеток, мыло.Полотеце меняли каждый день.
Расположение хорошее не далеко от центра.
Окружение было не самое приятное, на улицах валялся мусор , это конечно испортило впечатление о Париже.

Parigi è sempre Parigi ma la prossima volta si soggiorna altrove.
Hotel con servizi essenziali, pulito. Parti comuni da rivedere. Vicinanza a stazione metro con due linee importanti. Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione.
Attenzione alla stazione Barbés-Rouchechouart, una vera e propria piazza di spaccio. Delinquenza anche di altro tipo e soprattutto latitudine ben palese anche se una postazione della polizia era sempre presente.

Hotellet lå i en gate som virket litt utrygg, noe resepsjonisten også påpekte. Ikke aircondition, men en vifte som laget mye lyd.

L’emplacement c’était la seule chose de positive dans cette hôtel
J’ai été très déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les serviettes étaient sales, avec des crottes de nez dessus. Le lit présentait des taches, était beaucoup trop petit et la literie était de mauvaise qualité. Les toilettes fuyaient et l’agencement de la salle de bain était peu pratique, la douche étant située juste à côté des WC.
De plus, une alarme s’est déclenchée sans raison au cours de la nuit, provoquant une fausse alerte particulièrement dérangeante qui nous a réveillés.
J’ai essayé d’évoquer ces problèmes avec une femme de chambre, qui m’a répondu que « les traces noires sur la couette étaient normales ». Je ne peux pas accepter cette explication : je n’ai jamais rencontré ce type de problème dans aucun autre hôtel. À ce niveau de prix, la propreté et l’état de la literie devraient être irréprochables.
Le rapport qualité-prix est totalement injustifié. Payer 550 € pour trois nuits dans de telles conditions est tout simplement inacceptable. Ces nombreux désagréments ont fortement nui à notre confort et ont gâché notre séjour.
