Alles Gut, bis auf die Anmeldeprozedur.
Gutes Frühstück. Alles erwartungsgemäss.
Die Anmeldung war nicht vorbereitet. Ich habe auf Booking.com eine Gruppenbuchung von fünf Einzelzimmern (!) reserviert.
Bei Ankunft waren zwei Zimmer auf mich selbst gebucht (!). Alles musste aktuell zugeordnet werden. Hat länger gedauert und nervte.
Warum nehmen die Hotels nicht die Daten von Booking.com, wenn diese denn zur Verfügung werden?
Das ist alles nicht digital, sondern einfach nur eine Fortführung der bisherigen Zettelwirtschaft mit "digitalen" Mitteln.
In einem digitalen Prozess werden Daten nur einmal erfasst, nur einmal angefasst und ggf. geändert und dann bis zum Verlassen des Hotels verwendet.
Das war hier nicht der Fall.

A really nice hotel in a perfect location
the breakfast was great with a large choice, room really nice with possibility to have two twin beds, perfect location in the center of Menton. Nice staff which even offers cold homemade tea.
Parking fees pretty expensive even if we are in a touristic place.

Un soggiorno piacevole in una città viva e diversificata per quanto concerne le attività, lo shopping e il relax.
Struttura pulita e funzionale. Buona la cura generale.
Il personale a nostro avviso potrebbe essere più cordiale e accogliente. Alla reception sembrava piuttosto che ci sopportassero.
Quel formale annoiato… un sorriso ogni tanto non guasterebbe e si abbinerebbe bene alla struttura…

Las camas cómodas y la location está bien .
La recepcionista Karine fue muy desagradable y prepotente como nos ha tratado , el resto del staff bien .
Nous sommes très déçus par notre expérience dans cet hôtel, principalement à cause de l’accueil reçu à la réception.
Nous avons rencontré un problème concernant le paiement de notre réservation. Au lieu de nous écouter et de nous aider à comprendre la situation, la réceptionniste, Karine, s’est montrée impolie, peu professionnelle et sans aucune empathie. Elle répondait simplement « non », refusait de donner des explications claires et passait au client suivant alors que notre problème n’était toujours pas résolu.
Nous ne demandions pas un traitement de faveur, seulement des explications et un peu d’aide. Son attitude a rendu une situation déjà stressante encore plus désagréable.
C’est vraiment dommage, car un simple accueil professionnel et respectueux aurait complètement changé notre impression de l’hôtel. Nous espérons que la direction prendra ce commentaire en considération afin que d’autres clients ne vivent pas la même expérience.

Поселялася в готелі вже вдруге і так як перший раз була дуууже задоволена я порекомендувала його друзям, які спеціально прилетіли з Англіі в цей готель і нічого навіть не шукали, бо довірилися мені. Але яке було здивування і жах, коли нас заселили в кардинально інші від минулого разу номери, виявилося що нас перший раз поселили просто так в покращений, більший номер з балконом, цього разу я попала в номер, де розвернутися не можливо і якийсь старий, з пліснявими вікнами у ванній кімнаті, це був жах, а не кімната, ще й протягом дня в готелі сверлили, щось ремонтували, було шумно. Я думала що цей готель буде для мене маст хев на завжди, що я кожен раз сюди буду їхати і зустрічатися з друзями, але нажаль це крапка! Знайшли вже інші варіанти для наступного разу.
Цього разу не сподобалася кімната розміром, як кладовка.

Beware if you need wheelchair accessibility, the rooms are cramped.

Lovely hotel. Close to everything.
I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Menton. The location couldn’t be better — just a short stroll to the beach, great restaurants, and an easy walk to the train station for exploring the Riviera. It’s also conveniently close to supermarkets and the Menton food market, which made picking up snacks and fresh produce incredibly easy.
My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely sunny balcony where I could unwind and listen to the constant birdlife — such a relaxing touch. The staff were consistently helpful, and the rooftop terrace became one of my favourite spots to enjoy a cuppa while taking in the beautiful views. A fantastic stay in a perfect location.

Localisation de l'hotel, confort lit
Kit toilette inexistant, pas de présentation des équipements, horaires petit dejeuner, le choix des coussins (idée intéressante).
Certes ces éléments sont indiqués dans l'ascenseur (encore faut il le prendre car très long à attendre) mais c'eut été plus agréable de se les voir présenter.

Für 2 Nächte ok, wobei Preis- Leistung für uns nicht ganz stimmt.
Frühstück umfangreich. Bequemes Bett. Angenehmes Badezimmer. Gute Lage des Hotels.
Gestresstes Servicepersonal. Die Lage unseres Superior Zimmer hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, in den Innenhof wo alle Kühlaggregate montiert waren. Teppichboden im Zimmer.
Abenteuerliche Tiefgarage.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε ιδιαίτερα κεντρικό σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση στην πόλη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ικανοποιητικό σε μέγεθος.
Η σχέση ποιότητας / τιμής... Βρήκα ότι ήταν ιδιαίτερα ακριβό για τις παροχές του.

Un séjour terni par une règle visiblement stricte de l’établissement
Globalement hotel bien confortable et parfaitement situé dans la ville
Refus de l’accès au petit-déjeuner pour notre petit chien, pourtant installé dans son sac, sans que cette règle nous ait été signalée lors de la réservation et à notre arrivée et sans possibilité de discussion sur place. Ma femme a pour habitude de ne pas le laisser seul dans une chambre. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée, même en nous installant à l’écart de la salle principale.
C’est regrettable, d’autant que nous avions réservé plusieurs chambres pour une réunion familiale.
Les interlocutrices présentes ce dimanche n’ont fait preuve d’aucune écoute, se contentant de nous répondre que la direction était absente.
En revanche, nous avions été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée par un membre du personnel, très orienté client.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien et la chambre est spacieuse. Personnels sympathique.
La chambre était au rez-de-chaussée alors que j'avais demandé l'étage le plus élevé dans ma réservation et il y avait pleins de petites fourmis dans la salle de bain.

Parking - we reserved ahead. Beneath the hotel.
Room and common facilities were very clean.
Facilities - the property is old and needs some refreshing. But, I find this with most BW properties.
Value for Money - average.

Kellemes meglepetés a francia tengerparton.
A hotel a belvarosban, közel a tenger, megis csemdes. Kivállo az elhelyezkedése, sajat mélygarázs, foglalni kell előre, fizetős, de megéiri. A tetőtéri étterem hangulatos, romantikus. Csak ajánlani tudom.
Nekünk megfelelt.

Patul a fost confortabil, baia curată. Parcare subterană.
Restul jalnic, de când am ajuns un miros foarte urat de picioare murdare ne-a acompaniat pe toată șederea, mocheta urat mirositoare probabil, pete pe mochetă, pânză de păianjen după ușă, degete pe dulap, în spatele patului idem. La micul dejun ceștile de cafea cu dungi murdare. Și intrarea de la hotel al trebui să fie mai îngrijită, ghișeul vechi , ușile de sticlă de la intrare tot timpul pline de degete. Sincer nu cred ca merita 200 și euro pe noapte pt asemenea condiții. Nu aș mai rezerva cu siguranță în acest hotel.
