This place I advertising one bed rooms as two bed rooms. This hotel is too far and too big to not have two real beds in a room. The manager Anis is not honest. Some staff members were very nice, while some were absolutely rude and unprofessional. The manager is a such. I don’t recommend this because it far and not special. Have to ask for everything even to clean your room which I normal. Lost a gold necklace here. I think this is a 4 star hotel given 2-3 star treatment. Jut not good.

The room was nice and spacious. The service was extremely poor. They also charge €150 deposit for the room which is ridiculous because there is no mini bar in the room. The restaurant wasn’t open so you have to look for options outside which isn’t easy if you don’t have a car.

Séjour décevant
Le séjour c'est pas très bien passé, commençant par la chambre qui était censé d'avoir une baignoire mais à notre grande surprise une simple douche contrairement à ce qui était promis par les équipes.
Etat général de la chambre pas trop propre ( des chaussettes, poubelle laissé par le précédent client, serviettes sales..etc)
Absence de communication entre les équipes puisque on à remonté quelques problèmes mais n'ont pas été résolu, en plus c'est même pas transmis.

Wir waren extrem enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde uns zu viel Touristensteuer abgezogen. Zudem wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir kein Frühstück bekommen würden, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt hatten. Ein absolutes No-Go war der Anruf um 7 Uhr morgens, als wir tief und fest schliefen – ohne jegliche Notwendigkeit! Das einzig Positive war, dass das Personal beim Checkout nicht unhöflich war. Trotzdem hat der Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem nicht erfüllt. Wir können das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Definitv kein 4 Sterne Hotel

My second time staying at this hotel. I rent a car in Paris, so this is my favorite hotel. Located right next to a nice forest, close to a beautiful public garden, very close to a mall with plenty of food options at food court. Very clean, and friendly, helpful staff. Easy, free parking. Even the drive in to the city centre is along the seine river, very scenic.

Très déçu
J’ai choisi cet établissement pour 2 raisons:
1. La salle de sport avec le tapis de course présent sur les photos de présentation. Résultat un vélo mais pas de tapis de course.
2. L’utilisation d’une nuit bonus. Résultat le matin j’ai du tout de même payer la nuit car il n’ont pas pris en compte ma nuit bonus de Hotel.com. Aucun moyen de faire comprendre cela à l’accueil.
Très très déçu.

Bien, mais ...
Bel hôtel, bien placé, beau cadre. Possède un sauna mais on ne nous en parle pas lorsque l on prend la chambre, il faut le savoir, le sauna est bien mais il faut prévenir la réception au moins 45 minutes a 1h avant qu ils le mette en route et qu il chauffe, il n y a pas de vestiaire pour se charger (juste toilettes et debaras ...) et les 6 casiers pour mettre nos affaires sont fermés à clé (on n y a pas accès) quand je le signal à la réception, on me repond, c est comme ca je n y peux rien. C est dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing ....
Il y a peu de places gratuites (peut-être 12) sinon c est parking souterrain à 10 euros la nuit

Chouette potentiel mais points importants à régler
Le lit « king » était fait de deux petit lits. Le problème est qu’il y avait un trou énorme entre les deux et impossible de les recoller sans refaire tout le lit.
Les rideaux étaient cassés donc impossible d’ouvrir pour avoir de la lumière.
Le staff, tout juste aimable…
L’endroit en lui même a du charme et Meudon aussi.

Il faut absolument améliorer le check in, bcp trop long (ça n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans votre hôtel).

Personally wouldn’t stay again
Negatives: rock hard beds, (some do like this but I struggled). Do not open your window in bedroom without the voile as the room was infested with mosquitoes. (We had to move rooms). Resteraunt I’m the hotel only has French menu, nothing is written in English. Taxes was a lot more than stated on the booking what they charged me. I tried to resolve this but they couldn’t explain. I tried to get an iron, but I couldn’t. Until the following day. The room wasn’t cleaned one of the 5 days.

Staff try their best and are polite!!
Breakfast is lovely I recommend 18euros. Coffee - no decaf. Meats, breads, bacon, sausage, toast, scrambled eggs, cereals, jams
For the price I suppose it is worth it.
Easy access to the metro and can get into the Latin quarter in under 40 mins. 291 to ponte de serves then two mets to Latin quarter.
It is cheap and cheerful, I suppose you pay for what you get. I’m surprised it’s a 4*
Deposit of 150Euros on arrival. Tax is deducted. Make sure to call and check tax pricing I was charged more than stated.

Located next to the forest, it is a welcome place after spending a whole day in the congress center (20 min by car). Rooms on forest side are quite and nice.

Nothing,Staff barely speaks English Breakfast: Scrambled hot dogs in the First room with 3 Buffet dishes empty. Pancakes on the Right side of the room in a dark room, and the rest of the dishes in one place. When I was done eating and on my way out, I figured out that there were other dishes that I could have eaten.
So technically, I paid 17 Euros for 2 slices of bread, 1 cup of coffee and 1 croissant. Also, the Toaster actually toasts only 1 side of the Toast.
At 4.30 am in the morning on the 16th of October due to my early flight, I wanted coffee and in my room there was no sugar or creamer. I went to reception there was no one. the room was locked there was no sign on the reception that the person has stepped away for few minutes or will be back in 5 or 10 mins. No such sign. So I picked 8 sachets of creamer and was looking for sugar behind the bar and then I see that the reception guy walking towards me and said very rudely SIR you are not supposed to be there. I accepted my mistake and apologized for the same and tried to explain to him that since there was no one in the reception there was no sign so I took the liberty to take the creamer myself. Instead of giving me sugar, he started questioning me why I have 8 creamer sachets I explained to him that I need 2 cups of coffee and he scolded him and told me that every room can have only 2. I was pissed off and
gave him all the creamers back. I checked out without a coffee he spoilt my day which I can never forget.

un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer
Je me suis laissée aller à la découverte de cet hôtel avec les avis précédemment laissés et je dois dire que j'ai été ravie de mon séjour, depuis l'accueil respectueux et sympathique jusqu'au confort général de l'établissement en passant par la gentillesse et le soin de l'ensemble du personnel (ménage, réception, restaurant). La forêt domaniale de Meudon et le calme ambiant sont des aspects idéaux pour se recentrer.
Un immense merci au professionnalisme de toute l'équipe, grâce auquel cet établissement confère une qualité avérée de prestations.

Zimmer roch unangenehm. Wir waren im Altbau untergebracht. Der allgemeine Zustand ist sehr heruntergekommen. Zimmer war aber in der Preisklasse okay. Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr gut. Die Essensauswahl überraschte uns positiv. Allgemein für Frankreich in der Pklasse okay.

This hotel is nice but a good hour or more to anything worth seeing or $70 euro cab ride. Wish I paid more for the hotel and less on cabs and wasted time on buses and metro

Run run run this property is not safe, and sanitary I went to this hotel for my first time in my wedding anniversary unfortunately it was the bad experience ever Ac never work try to change room and nothing happen.
The toilet was dirty with mildew outside where people seat was dirty, if you think you have a problem a manager will resolve it, you guys will be dead the formaly mention they will not call their manager or technician for our issue I will never going back to this hotel go picture has prove

Trip to Versailles
Our overall stay was good room was nice and comfortable staff were nice
Only negative had to keep asking for tea and coffee for room as they do not supply unless asked also we arrived early afternoon and even though the hotel had a bar and a few snacks they wouldn’t serve us a drink or any snacks told us to use restaurant next door who didn’t serve food till 7 ??

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et j'en étais très content. Mais cette fois-ci, on m'a attribué une chambre mansardée (avec un plafond très bas), et très sombre (une toute petite fenêtre).
J'ai demandé à la réception de m'attribuer une autre chambre, mais ma demande a été refusée pour motif "hôtel complet". Même si c'était le cas (ce dont je doute fort), il était 17h et beaucoup de guests n'avait pas encore fait le check-in.
Je suis donc certain qu'il était possible d'accéder à ma demande, mais le receptionniste n'a pas voulu s'en donné la peine.
Dommage... je me déplace souvent sur Meudon, et j'aimais bien cet hôtel, mais je ne reviendrai plus.

Très décus par le service Sauna
Service Sauna non fonctionnel:
Plus d'une heure pour avoir accès à la carte magnétique accès Sauna, un fois dans le Sauna, tout le système était OFF, pas de technicien ni même d'information pour orienter sur la marche à suivre dans pareille circonstance. Très décus!!!
D'autant plus qu'il a fallu insister auprès de la réception pour que la personne nous informe qu'il fallait une seconde carde magnétique pour accéder à l'espace Sauna/Sport.
Nécessité d'avoir une information claire et précise.
Comment se fait-il que un samedi après-midi le Sauna est hors service ou en arrêt et qu'il n'y ait personne pour informer???

Much better than expected!
We were not expecting great things from a Best Western near Paris but we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, in particular Ahmed. The hotel is in very good condition. The only slightly small complaint we would have is that the air conditioning was either freezing or too warm. There did not seem to be a middle ground. The hotel is located right on the edge of a forest which is surprising considering how close it is to the centre of Paris. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good considering it is a hotel restaurant. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are visiting Paris.

During booking, breakfast was included in the price, but it appeared once at the hotel that breakfast was not included.
Local city taxes indicated in the booking were incorrect. I paid more in to the hotel.

Unable to connect to the internet from room 204...and the whole floor! No IP address...hmmm! Had to go to the reception area to connect and then go back upstairs... and the connection was ok. The lady said they had had problems with the network....definitely needs to be corrected. Everything else was perfect!

My review.
Was participating in the over 65s football competition being held in close proximity to the hotel. I noticed that I could hear every word spoken in the room next to me. I was in room 026. Sound proofing could be better. It did not affect my sleep but it may be a problem for light sleepers.

Great value
During a trip to northern France we decided to take a last minute trip to Paris. This hotel we conveniently located on a main thruway and was not hard to get to at all after surviving the Paris traffic :-)
The staff was friendly from the first hello. The room was comfortable, perhaps too comfortable as we slept through two alarms and started our day in Paris later than we wanted.
Paid parking was secure, abundant, and clean. We were able to leave our car parked after check out and pick it up once we finished touring Paris.
Thank you to the great staff for a great stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. It made me feel so bad afterwards. The hotel is good condition, just the front desk is not nice. When I arrived in the hotel, nobody told me that their heater system had an issue. The next day, when I complain about the room is too cold and request a different room, the lady told me that the entire building has a heating issue. I request an extra blanket. The lady said she would look for it but no answer after that. I complained again the third day. They finally change a room for me and the heater is working fine in that room. Where is the problem for the entire building's heating system?

They don't put shampoo or soap in the room. The French don't speak English. The shower was hot all the way and can't be fixed until am shift comes in. There's only one staff at night He said he is the only one in the desk. No iron. Beautiful hotel but not staff well.
