Sadly uncomfortable
Good location short walk from beach and shopping area. Staff in the hotel were helpful. Balcony was lovely to sit out at night.
Air Conditioning in our room did not work. Reported this immediately, it was temporarily working but stopped during the night so small room became warm and uncomfortable- we didn’t sleep. Engineer called but could not repair. We requested full refund via booking.com as we were not able to sleep. Hotel offered to waive cancellation fee but this was not sufficient to rebook alternative with late notice. We had a portable unit provided- this was noisy and difficult to place within the small room. It was an uncomfortable weekend stay. No parking- public car park nearby 13 euros a day.

Brilliant staff and location. Could be a bit more info on using the spa area as I was unsure how to book this.
Loved all the staff. Everyone of them from the cleaners to reception very friendly and happy to help.
Bit gutted it didn’t have the UK channels available on the TV for when you needed a bit of chill time in the room to recover.

La ubicación, está en La Carihuela, no en primera linea sino en segunda, a un paso de la playa, en una zona más tranquila, sin estar en pleno centro del ambiente.
Hay varios aspectos que creemos que podrían mejorar.
Lo primero, tuvimos problemas para descansar la primera noche, ya que el hotel tiene unas casas bastante cerca y por la noche hubo ruido. Es normal, es gente que está en la terraza de sus casas pero tuvimos ruido hasta las tantas.
Al día siguiente también había un grupo con un altavoz gigante poniendo música por la mañana. Entendemos que haya quien va a divertirse pero otros vamos a descansar, y hay que respetar unas normas comunes.
Luego, nos dio la sensación de que la distribución de los espacios hacía que hubiese poca intimidad en algunas zonas. En nuestro caso, la habitación en la primera planta quedaba bastante expuesta desde el solarium, y para acceder a la piscina se pasa muy cerca de los balcones de las habitaciones de la planta baja, lo que también puede quitar privacidad.
Habitaciones sin humo pero se puede fumar en los balcones, que al estar muy juntos es como si se pudiese en las habitaciones.
El baño, la mampara era insuficiente y se salía todo el agua al ducharse, aunque tuvieses cuidado. El baño se llena de agua y luego es incomodo tener que estar quitándola.
Por último, el proceso de check in nos pareció poco cuidado. Tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros, y nos dieron un papel con información, pero echamos en falta una explicación más clara sobre el hotel, los accesos (no teníamos el código para entrar directamente a la piscina desde la calle) y algunos aspectos importantes de la estancia.

Prima hotel op 10 minuten lopen van het strand.
De receptionist was bijzonder hulpvaardig en erg vriendelijk. Ook gaf hij extra informatie over douchen na het uitchecken.
Het zwembad is erg klein en het ligt niet vlakbij het strand. Op loopafstand.

El personal es de 100 !!!
El personal es excelente. Argi y Bea en la barra,. En recepción Carlos, Charlie, Rodrigo e Irene inmejorables. Nos atendieron como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa . El hotel está super limpio.

La ubicación
Piscina muy prqueña al igual que las habitaciones. No pudimos quedarnos por motivos personales a dormir solo usamos la habitación unas horas y no nos dieron ninguna solución

The staff are amazing. Especially Juan and Carlos. Great location 5 mins from the beach. Beautiful area with good restaurants
Breakfast was awful. We only ate there one morning even though we paid for 6 mornings. We had booked a room with a balcony and were put in the tinest room with no balcony. After paying 100 euro extra we got a room with a balcony after 2 nights. Rooms are very small but very clean.

De locatie hotel ligt zeer centraal. Alles op loopafstand.
Van 4 tot 6 uur happy hour, vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.
Er was erg gehorig. Zoveel van omgeving als van de buren naast en boven je. En veel licht inde nacht door balkonlicht wat je niet zelf uit kan doen en noodverlichting boven de deur. Badkamer was vrij klein.

Dream Holiday in Cariheula.
Brilliant location. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops and beach. Tully and Manolo beaches 3 minutes walk. Great to go for long walk on promenade. Very helpful reception staff. Room modern and clean. Very quiet and relaxing hotel.
The breakfast offering in the hotel restaurant could have been better. Tried it once and ate locally instead. Much better option.

Superb hotel!
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful! The room was tidy, with air conditioner and windows that open for fresh air. Plenty to choose from in a breakfast buffet. The pool area is smaller than it looks, and is situated in the middle of the buildings (if just sunbathing). Needless to say, the location is superb! 2 minutes and you're on a beach ????️

Fijn super schoon hotel geen gillende kinderen.
Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, je ziet echt de heledag schoonmaaksters lopen ze zijn altijd overal aan het schoonmaken je vind nog geen vieze vinger op een raam.
De waterval in het zwembad gaan rond 16:30 aan die maakt zoveel lawaai dat voor veel mensen het signaal is om het zwembad te verlaten het is echt heel vervelend en overweldigend.
