For so many years it has been me and my husbands dream to stay at this hotel, but it had always been too expensive for us, I eventually saved up, bit the bullet and I booked the hotel for my husbands birthday in March only for the hotel to close a few days before our stay, we were devastated!
Jump forward a few months, and I was contacted by the hotels manager Dan, he explained that the hotel was reopening and he wanted to offer us a stay on a date of our choice. I was so made up, I cried.
We finally got to stay last week and we were made to feel really special, all the staff were so friendly, I would especially like to give Dan and Emily a shout out, as they were awesome.
The whole hotel has this very relaxed vibe, and it has so many cool extras, like a free pick and mix station in the hall, a rooftop bar, we also particularly liked how the rooms were named after beers, I also have to mention that the shower was the best one we had ever used, it was like being in a spa.
We also had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, we were really impressed with both.
We will be staying at this hotel again, yes it is on the pricier side, but it's well worth it for the experience!

Great stay at the Doghouse
A brilliant one night stay! Check in was very efficient and friendly - and included a welcome drink!
The rooms are great. Very modern and spacious with some cool extra features - a record player, guitar, massive TV and well stocked (and fairly priced) mini bar. The bathroom was good too, excellent shower and even a 'shower beer' mini fridge! We slept really well because the rooms are absolutely silent.
We had dinner, drinks & breakfast here too. The birria burger was delicious and so was the chicken and waffles. Obviously, the beer selection is very good.
Service was very friendly too, and staff took the time to check with us that everything was OK.
We will definitely be back again & would recommend a stay here if you're in Manchester. It's well located for shopping, Canal Street, etc too.

Great experience
On Saturday we walked in for food and drinks, its was really busy but the staff fit us in!
Maddie and Jiya were really attentive and welcoming, drinks were great and the deal just as fab :)
Hopefully this is a nice bit of recognition for them because out of all the Brewdogs we have been to all of the staff especially them as well as Ben I think it was, were so kind despite being so busy which is rare these days

Lovely service!
I came in with friends on Friday and Jiya was so helpful and smiley ! It was very busy but nothing was too much trouble for her which was great. We had dietary restrictions which were catered to perfectly. Definitely recommend coming in!

As huge brewdog fans we recently stayed at The Doghouse Manchester with friends to celebrate a birthday (The only time the men were happy to be in "the doghouse" haha).
The staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, Brewdog Dan and Brewdog Ben - as they will forever be known to us were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay happen, we received excellent customer service from their whole team.
The hotel itself was fabulous, located right in the centre of Manchester and a ten minute walk from the train station. It offers the experience of staying in a urban, trendy, stylish room with a collection of vinyls to play and a guitar. Flat screen Tv, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and many more items available to use during your stay.
The room was clean with mood lighting and offers a chargeable mini bar with a variety of products. We opted for the shower beers which were included in our package. A brilliant gimmick with a variety of 10 brewdogs to enjoy.
Not the cheapest but you are paying for the unique experience and fun that this hotel offers. I will be staying again in the near future.

Manchester's hidden Gem
The room was amazing, loads of great little touches from fully stocked fridges (including in the shower!) To a guitar in the room and a sweets station in the hall i think every base was covered.
There was even a record player in the room as well as a jigsaw puzzle and books. Excellent attention to detail.
There honestly wasn't anything we didn't like.

Fantastic room !
Stayed over night and exceeded expectations! The room is very cool indeed - the vinyl player and guitar were a great touch. Extra comfy bed! Paid extra for the shower fridge and that was very quirky! Included a few drink and food which was excellent also. Customer service was very good. Breakfast was also brilliant and thanks to Jorja for looking after us.

Good weekend away without the kids
It was quirky and unique and easy to get to multiple places
It was very male focused. The bathroom door had a gap so you no privacy (might as well not have one) there was not stool to sit down and do make up or hair and the lighting was so bad and dark you couldn’t really see what you were doing anyway,
The mugs and glasses were dusty and our milk provided was out of date.

Cool hotel in the middle of Manchester. Very beer-focussed (of course!) including a beer fridge in the shower!

Great value in central location
We he a great 2 night stay. Room clean and unique in style. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. We had complementary drinks and food voucher on arrival. Whilst no parking, NPC close by was discounted if staying at hotel. Great central location.

Great find in central Manchester
Staying for 2 nights in the hotel, room is fantastic. The staff in the bar are great, really knowledgeable about the beers they sell. My OH loves the Brewdog beers, I took advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktails. DJ played some cool old school tunes and our server Nina was fab too. Ideally situated to explore Manchester and we will definitely use again. The added bonus of the vinyl in our room whilst we got ready to go out was superb!

Came as a family of 5 and took advantage of the Groupon deal which was £29 for 30 wings, 2x fries and 2 beer flights! We all had a great time, food was really good, large potions and tasty, also had a DJ on playing old school soul music bonus which was a bonus! We were served by Nina who was really attentive and helpful, would definitely come again!

This is the place for real BrewDog fans. The room was great — super cozy, comfortable, and spacious. Having fridges stocked with beer is already a win, but a beer fridge in the shower? Absolute madness ????. Every detail is clearly well thought out — from the clever room names to the room setup itself, everything feels intentional and perfectly on brand.
There’s plenty of room to relax, pets are welcome, and having the traditional BrewDog bar right downstairs makes the whole experience even better. Fun, bold, and totally on-brand — a stay we won’t forget.

Perfect for one night
Hotel Rooms are dark but with great amenities & I'd say worth the price I paid. I paid around £180 + £25 for mini fridge for 1 night. I wouldnt have paid more but the location is great.
We did get a 30 pound food voucher towards our dinner included, however this does only literally cover 2 burgers, so be expected to spend money. We also recieved a free drink, I went for an 'Elvis Juice', very nice and at £6.75 was worth the free drink voucher!
However when going for youre food, I would suggest prebooking a table. We were literally fighting for a table and staff didn't seem to want to help when we asked, even though they knew we we're hotel guests. So after 30-45 mins we did manage to get a table. It was a Saturday however so bare this in mind.
The beds are extremely comfortable. The shower and bathroom are privacy glass, so if youre self conscious or with someone youre not so close too, i would avoid.
The record selection in room was not too my taste but loved the novelty!
The rooms had robes, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and even hot water bottle.
Also wireless chargers in the bedside tables.
In all our stay was perfect for what we needed for the one night. Probably would give a miss in future due to dining situation and privacy glass in bathroom and no mirror to straighten hair in, in the bedroom area.

Great theme and superb room. Very good shower not one of those annoying low flow shower heads as in many places. Inviting bar area and the beer school was nice thing to add to the trip.
Hard to find complaints really maybe more hooks for towels in toilet. The information on if the dinner coupon could be used for breakfast was bit difficult to find.

Staff were super helpful
We booked the Captain's Suite and the room was amazing. We especially loved the record player and selection of records in the room. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were so helpful - as it was my boyfriend's birthday they helped surprise him by setting up the room with a banner and balloons I had sent to them beforehand. They communicated well through the Booking.com conversation so this was easy for us to arrange.
We also had a meal voucher that we used in the restaurant, the food was great and the staff offered tasters of the beers if you were unsure about what drink to have to go with your meal.
The staff let us drop our bags off before our check in time, and let us leave them there after we'd checked out as our train home wasn't until the late afternoon which enabled us to really enjoy a couple of days out in Manchester without having to carry round bags. We had a great stay. A big thank you to all the staff!

Location was great, easy to get to from Piccadilly station and into the city centre. Nice size room with lots of extras to purchase if wanted.
Stayed 2 nights but room wasn't serviced - sign in bathroom stated that you got a beer token if you were staying more than 1 night and kept the same towels to save the planet….didn’t receive anything. The oat milk carton in the fridge had already been opened and when I picked it up it spilt all over the floor and inside the fridge. I asked at reception about getting some more fresh milk for the room for tea and coffee and they said no problem - when we came back before dinner we still didn’t have any so I asked again. Still didn’t get any. Told them at reception when checking out and they said they had been up and knocked and no one answered….we were out for the day and not sure why it wasn’t left in the fridge. Thought that the lights in the room should have been explained as you had to click them on and off to turn them on. We had to use the torch on the phone to figure it out as the room and hallway was so dark.

Exactly what i was looking for!
Breakfast was brilliant! Location was exactly what i needed- 50 yards from the office i was visiting. Staff were very friendly- particularly Nina who served me dinner one evening, she was very attentive and helpful. the water and sweet stations were a very nice touch as was the free chocolate bar in the room upon arrival and the welcome drink. I was amazed by the £15 daily contribution to food as well.
The city centre location meant that sirens woke me up each night but that is not the fault of the hotel. The Sunday night, i was woken in the early hours by ither hotel guests (around 3am so early Monday morning).
You had a sign in the room saying to hang up the towels on the shelf rails id get a beer token, i did this every day and didn't get a single beer token. i didn't like that the tea and coffees in the room weren't re filled every day, i had to ask in the bar for these.

Quirky and comfortable!
The unique decor was great! Loved the bathroom was fantastic. Mini bar was great. Bed, bedding and pillows were so comfortable. Loved the lighting if you got out of bed in the middle of the night!
Couldn’t work out how to turn the AC unit off. Quite a bit of black mould building up in the shower area. The records we wanted to play in the room were too damaged to play.

Pick and mix sweets on the landings which were free are a great idea after a few beers.
Location is central and it's very close to transport links if you want to get out of the city centre.

I think it’s brilliant that you can use basically a voucher instead of just a free breakfast. Me and my partner like to sleep in when we get the chance and being able to have a decent lunch with a voucher was very pleasant.
Maybe a better deal with the local carpark? It was still quite expensive to park there even with the discount.

Doghouse Manchester
A great, quirky hotel with the well-known Brewdog brand bar and kitchen attached! Lots of small touches and extras are available. We had a 'Captain's Suite' and took a shower beer package. Drinking water and free pick and mix were available on each floor, and the first beer on arrival was free.
No complaints about the room at all, it was easy to adjust the temperature, low key sensor lights for getting up in the night. Bed was firm but comfortable. Plenty of pillows provided.
Was aware of the room having a record player, so brought along a few albums too (there were several available in the room, mainly Manchester-based bands).
Food was good, booking a table easy and great service, could not fault that at all! There is an open-air bar/seating on the roof top, though being late on a January it wasn't open, but it was useful to be able to go have a cigar up there!
I'd definitely try Doghouse Manchester again.

Stayed in the hotel and had food and beer in the bar - room was fantastic - very well equipped and very comfortable. Very quiet despite the central location. Food was excellent (Burgers for lunch and Eggs Benedict for breakfast). Great choice of Beer and the revised Punk was excellent along with the Hazy J. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating of requests. Highly recommended - won't hesitate to return again in the future - with thanks to the entire Doghouse team who made it such a memorable stay ????

A fantastic place to stay, where every thoughtful detail makes you feel extra special.
The location is fantastic, really close to the shops but also very close to the venue we were attending. The staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. They contact you via WhatsApp beforehand and you can ask direct questions (such as the postcode for the nearest car park) which is really handy.
The food was fantastic, our evening meal was really tasty and our breakfast the next day was delicious! There was so much that we couldn't finish it all :)
The room was really spacious and modern, and a lovely little handwritten note was left for us with a contact number incase we needed it - it's the little touches like this that really make the difference. Also had the bonus of a record player and some brilliant vinyl in our room featuring some of Manchester's finest bands (Stone Roses, Oasis, Charlatans) which was a fantastic touch.
Would highly recommend this hotel!
We hadn't realised we should have reserved a table ahead of our evening meal so a heads up on that would have been good, but we were able to get a seat so it wasn't essential

Great value, great hostelry and great staff..
The whole concept is great fun. The rooms are great, comfortable, warm, well equipped with in room drinks and snacks. Clever lighting, funny touches like the beer fridge in the shower.
The staff were all exceptionally genuine in their efforts to make sure everything was as we wished. I can’t speak highly enough of this establishment for the money we paid…
The heating wasn’t on when we arrived and the room took an awful long time to warm up as the outside temperature was 1 degree
