This is a wonderful secure place to stay in Tlaquepaquee. Our breakfast was made to order and of course delicious! Casa ALFAREROS is walking distance to El Parian and downtown Tlaquepaque. My friend and I felt very safe here and walking to town, lots of delicious places to eat and shop. Staff at Casa ALFAREROS are all very helpful and friendly. 100% recommended!

El único detalle es que solo hay espacio para un auto pero alrededor hay varios estacionamientos para dejar el auto muy cerca

Cute traditional local hotel basically
The bathroom could've been cleaned better which is very basic. There were many visible hairs they can easily improve the cleaning. The water didn't get fully hot, more like lukewarm and on and off. They need to fix the hot water which I asked about the first night but clearly it can't be a new problem. and wasn't better the second night
The key was very hard to use to open the room too

Unique and Lovely Property!!
Usually when y6he hotel says breakfaat is included you expect some cereal and toast...this breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. Restaurant quality anf served with love. Check in process was very easy and personal. The property is very unique, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay would definitely book here again.

A Peaceful Oasis
Every time I stay at Casa Alfareros is a pleasure. It is one of my favorite hotels. Each room is unique, decorated with local indigenous art, Talavera tiles, each with an attention to detail that constantly surprises me and elevates the entire experience.
The staff, from the management on down to the housekeeping staff and the cook, are very attentive. You won't want to miss Isabel's breakfasts, cooked to order. Sergio works the front desk at night, still ready to greet you with a cold drink and help carry your luggage. Fresh flowers and falling water refresh the dining room and other common spaces.
The location is a block from the busy pedestrian Calle Independencia, filled with restaurants, shops, art, beautiful green spaces, and majestic cathedrals soaring overhead. Just follow the sounds of the live music. Even near the heart of Tlaquepaque, Casa Alfareros is quiet and serene.
Cada vez que me alojo en Casa Alfareros es un placer. Es uno de mis hoteles favoritos. Cada habitación es única, decorada con arte indígena local, azulejos de Talavera y una atención al detalle que me sorprende constantemente y realza la experiencia.
El personal, desde la gerencia hasta el personal de limpieza y la cocinera, es muy atento. No querrás perderte los desayunos de Isabel, preparados al momento. Sergio trabaja en la recepción por la noche, siempre listo para recibirte con una bebida fría y ayudarte a subir tu equipaje. Flores frescas y el agua que cae refresca el comedor y otras áreas comunes.
El hotel está a una cuadra de la concurrida calle peatonal Independencia, llena de restaurantes, tiendas, arte, hermosos espacios verdes y majestuosas catedrales que se alzan sobre sus cabezas. Simplemente déjate llevar por la música en vivo. Incluso cerca del corazón de Tlaquepaque, Casa Alfareros es un lugar tranquilo y sereno.

Location was great. Beautiful place & decor. Clean overall.
We did an early drop off of our luggage since our flight came in early. We had to pay at to park the car to get out luggage out. We were at the parking lot for literally 10 minutes & they charged us for 1 hour.
The door from the bathroom wasn’t working & honestly, staff couldn’t been more friendly. The person that was the friendliest was the one making the breakfast in the morning. She definitely made us feel welcomed.

Love this hotel. The rooms and common spaces are gorgeous. The staff does a great job; they are friendly and cheerful. Arizbeth keeps everything sparkling clean. Isabel will cook you an excellent breakfast. If you show up late at night, Sergio will kindly help with baggage. Mauricio and Larissa will greet you with a cold beverage. And the hotel is located steps away from Calle Independencia, the main pedestrian street in Tlaquepaque. Check it out:

The location is ideal for exploring Telaqupaque. The bed was comfortable, the space was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee in the morning were a great touch. Definitely a great value!

I loved the location. The breakfast omelette and coffee was delicious. I wish the room had a small armoire to hang clothes. My dresses had to be hung from the curtain rod.

Love the property. Different staff from last time I stayed there …this time around initially not as empathetic to our early arrival. We had no sleep. And they insisted we needed to wait until 3 pm to check in. They did end up letting us check in at 130 pm and that was very helpful. Wonderful cook and housekeeping,

We loved this hotel. The property is very safe and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast was great. The rooms aren’t huge, but there are areas outside of the rooms to sit and relax. All of the staff was very friendly.

The professional yet kind and friendly staff most of all, from the front desk to maid service and kitchen, they are all terrific.
The beautiful and individual decor in each room that beautifully reflects Mexican cultures that makes just being in them a treat. The common areas are equally excellent.
It's located just steps from the heart of Tlaquepaque, but you wouldn't know it because it's so quiet The beds are comfortable and the linens are great.
A delicious breakfast is made to order, along with freshly squeezed juice and a mug of strong coffee. Everything is done right here.
I reserved a room for my sister in law and her family when they visit. I would not suggest anywhere else.
Gee, I guess you can tell I love this hotel.

My husband and I plan to be in Tlaquepaque for shopping of furniture, Casa Alfareros was a good choice. The location is very convenient right on the street shops. The Hotelito is small but very relaxed. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The bed was super comfortable and neatly clean.The complementary breakfast is simple but very satisfying and delicious. Isabel the chest is very good.

I love this hotel
Everything. The design and decor of the rooms and common spaces are next level. The staff are wonderful. When you check out, they even go and wait outside with you until your transportation arrives. Ever morning you get an excellent breakfast cooked to order. It's normal to be offered a beer or other beverage when you arrive. There is chocolate and bottles of water in the room when you check in. Each room has an individual design and appeal. I have enjoyed them all. The hotel is secure. The gate is locked and loaded only guests have access. There are fresh flower arrangements. Indigenous art is prominent. There are cheaper hotels. But there is only one Casa Alfareros. I have been to all seven continents and have traveled widely. This is my favorite hotel in Mexico.

Everything you want and nothing you don't.
Everything. The rooms, the staff, food, location, it's all there. The rooms are a visual treat. Each one is different. There is indigenous art everywhere. The staff are cheerful and efficient. Casa Alfareros is just a block away from the best part of Tlaquepaque, but so quiet you'd never know it.

Everything is first rate. The hotel is close to the heart of the pueblo, but just a few streets away so that it's peaceful and quiet. Each room has it's own charm and individual decor. The staff are more than considerate, they are patient and kind. The complimentary breakfast is cooked to order. Casa Alfareros is one of the reasons I enjoy staying in Tlaquepaque. There is no downside.

We loved our stay here! Would definitely love to come back. Excellent staff & service. We had a late check in and early check out & they were very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic! Very nice area with lots of great dining options around. We were mainly in town for a church wedding & we just walked there since it was so close so very convenient location. Loved this charming hotel & vibrant town!

My favorite hotel in Mexico
Everything is top of the line here. This is my favorite hotel Mexico. The location is in the best part of Tlaquepaque. The breakfast is wonderful and made to order. The coffee served is pleasantly strong. The rooms are works of art. Every staff member is gracious and kind. I love this hotel.
My only fear is that something will change. Please keep everything the same.

My favorite hotel in Mexico
Everything. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with loads of amazing details, each room is a work of art, they have everything I wanted for a bargain price. There's someone in duty 24X7, unexpected in such a small place. The hotel is small, but full of Mexican art. And in the morning, they cook you a lovely and delicious breakfast to order. It's close to everything, every person there was so great to deal with, I won't stay anywhere else when I go to Tlaquepaque/Guadalajara. It's a tremendous value. I've already been to Mexico 5 times this year alone, and this is my favorite hotel in the entire country.
