Good service clean kitchen
19.04.2025
muy buen servicio
03.04.2025

Beautiful hotel great staff. They helped with directions to events.
16.07.2023
This hotel was better last year
The room was not very clean - hair balls on the floor and the shower was not very clean.
The hotel rep at check in was very aggressive about signing me up for the rewards program, including grabbing my cell phone to create a password for me because my email app was slow.
12.04.2023

This hotel is just a really nice and decent stay...nothing too fancy, but everything is newer, more futuristic, etc. It is a good stay overall. They have a great breakfast, clean rooms, usually not too crowded or busy!! I really enjoyed my stay and they do a great job of wanting you to come back. Thank you.
06.05.2022
Location is beautiful
Room for 2, only one towel in room. Asked for another towel whih was delivered immediately… Next day, went down for breakfast and when we returned, the towels were gone by 8:30 am. What’s up with that??? Don’t have enough towels?

Good Hotel with Good Views
Staff was friendly and breakfast was yummy. No restaurant onsite for you to sit down but they have a small menu for room service. Great location with restaurants, movie theater, cross fit, bowling and a cute pond with ducks. The only downside is that it does Not have a bar! Good hotel overall.

26.06.2018
The lady at front desk was nice but then later on the guy in front desk was really moody with a huge attitude problem..not sure why they give this guy a job in the front desk they should put them somewhere where he doesn’t have to talk to people cause obviously he ain’t got no manners
20.06.2018
The room had an ugly smell from the sewer and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly.
11.06.2018
It was one of the best hotels ive stayed in Mexico
11.05.2018
The AC on my room was making a lot of noise and was hard for me to sleep

Nice hotel while visiting family
We didn't get Joel with our check in this time. He is a great help with luggage . The room is clean and has amenities needed. No wash cloth is provide so take one with you. Hand , bath and floor towels are provided. They now have hairblower and iron in room. +

City @ Cananea
Everything was great, the only problem I had was they ran out of hot water.
11.09.2016
It was ok but needs improvement
I was there for a weekend for a wedding, I rate my experience there a 3 of 5, it's really nice and friendly, it was clean and accommodate just like an average hotel and above average for Mexico. My only complaint is their service as they overcharged for room service and was told I was going to receive my money or services in return but never did and the hallways smelled like drainage and sewer. I tried to call for a late check out but never answered, I just annoyed with the small things but all in all a good experience.
29.07.2016
Has a very good breakfast.
There was a good cordination between City Express and Expedia. Hotel was paid in advance and there was not issures.
