Checked in and found urine in toilet, on bowl and on floor. Asked for a new room and they offered me a “drink voucher” at 8pm. I can’t drink that late at night or it will screw up my sleep. Got new room and toilet sits very low and knees smash the toilet paper holder. Poor design. In morning, took shower and found out there’s literally no ventilation in room. No fan, no window, so it was hot in my room for an hour. Went to breakfast and came back to a hot room (it’s October and cold outside) had to leave my room door open to try and get it cool inside room. I was literally sweating in my room. Breakfast was ok, seemed like the scrambled eggs were made from powder. Parking was ok. Hotel is not near downtown area, so if you’re looking to go for a walk, there’s literally nothing around except the airport parking lot.

The service at the restaurant the first night was horrible I sat pretty much ignored for an hour while people who came after me were served eaten and had left before I had to ask when I could order Horrible I don’t like to complain and I know they were busy BUT they are in the service industry a simple can I get you some water They did offer a complimentdrink but it was a little too late

Modern hotel a short walk away from the terminal and rental car facility at Inverness Airport. The room was clean and well-maintained. Staff are very friendly and happy to help out wherever possible. We arrived in a rental car, and left via the Inverness Airport rail station, which was a 15 minute walk via a paved path. Both options were convenient.

I typically look for Marriotts when I'm near an airport, even though they've been pretty hit or miss for me, depending on the airport. This one is, by far, the best airport Marriott I've ever stayed in. First of all, the staff was amazing--very friendly and hard-working. They were short-staffed on one of the times I checked in (I stayed here on two non-consecutive days), so my room wasn't ready when it should have been. So they gave me a free drink at the bar and I very happily waited until my room was ready. I hope my room isn't ready next time I stay there too, haha. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the restaurant area was very comfortable. And it's walking distance to the airport, so you can't beat the convenience if you have an early flight. Once again, best airport Marriott ever!

Large room. Newer seeming although carpet already with some small stains. I wish they had put in laminate/wood floors.
Expensive dining for mostly mediocre food. Paid more to eat here than on most of my 2+ weeks traveling in Scotland. No other options nearby so they kind of gotcha.

I think it was a bit over to riced for what you receive.
The bath mat was torn, they don't replelish, the tea bags, milk etc.
Breakfast should really be included when you are paying £186 a night.
The location is great but there is no other hotel.

We booked our room in November and arrived just before 3 the day we had booked we got a room with a shared door. Our neighbors watched tv, talked loudly and their baby cried until 1230am. We had to get up at 330am.
Make sure you don’t get a shared room. It was a disaster.

With a 4AM wake up we went to bed early. About two hours later the fire alarm went off. Get dressed, go outside and hang around. No one seems to know what's going on other than there may be a fire!! However staff did say this happened a few days ago and it was a false alarm. After asking staff what the procedure was we were told we had to wait for the fire brigade to arrive and check out the building. Until that time no one was allowed back in. 20 minutes later still no sign of the fire department. Another 5 or 10 minutes went by, the alarm stopped and everyone went back inside. No search by the fire department, in fact I don't believe they ever turned up. I realise system errors occur, but twice in a few days at an not too cheap hotel is unacceptable. We never did receive the wake up call we booked. Not a very impressive performance.

Expensive but what we needed
It was perfectly fine. We wanted to stay where we could walk to the airport. It was great for that. Only complaints were that the sofa bed was really hard for my daughter and the price. Whew! You PAY for being close to the airport. I booked another hotel near the Heathrow airport that was almost half the cost of this one. I guess when you’re the only hotel next to the airport, you can charge whatever you want.
But other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Really close to the airport. The only issue was the man at check in was really rude to us for literally no reason. As far as convenience to airport I would recommend it, but I doubt I’d stay again based on their employees. It was so weird because literally everyone else we met in Scotland was SO EXTREMELY NICE so a bit taken aback. Also if you rent a car be aware the closest gas station is like 15 mins away.

Super convenient location, sadly let down by the lack of cleanliness of the room. Crumbs, fluff and bits all over the floor, very dusty and dirty chair. The carpet was heavily stained but this is common in most hotel rooms these days. This was reported to the front desk and a duty manager then did come and clean my room and was very apologetic.
Bed was poor and uncomfortable and sheets didn’t actually cover the bed.
Aircon worked well, bathroom was great.
Overall, staff did well, but such a newish hotel really shouldn’t have these problems.

Almost Perfect
Friendly check in and an uneventful stay. In a good way. Room was clean and a good size for my fiancée’s wheelchair, and the accessible bathroom was excellent. Only issue was the air conditioning which ran all night despite it being turned off. Led to a fitful sleep.

Everything was good except the one evening meal which bad. Tinned tomato soup heated but all congealed and stuck together and some kind of tasteless pancakes. I stay at this Hotel Twice a year, each time for 2 nights, and I think I have been doing this for about 4 years. All that I was offered is an apology and told to bring it up when I return! Not happy. Also why is a Ginger beer that sells in a store for less than a pound £ 7 !!

Parking fine
Hotel room was fine, I paid for additional parking to cover my days away in London.
I was adamant I needed 3 extra days and the staff member argued I only needed 2 for wick I paid £16. This was evidenced by my daughter who also thought we needed 3 days extra.
I then come home to a £100 parking fine.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s fairly new, very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. The only downside was the shower pressure, which could have been better. Overall, though, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay again!

Excellent location adjacent to the airport, reasonable value, big rooms, very modern, but inefficient staff management in the restaurant.
Danielle showed us to our seat and gave us menus, then served other customers food and drink, returning to the bar past our table for 15 minutes before asking what we wanted, by which time we were gasping! Simply, she could have used any of the return journeys to the bar to ask what we’d like. She apologised, but I would suggest training is needed.
