Great location and wonderful staff, but the room needs better lighting.
The location was excellent, especially if you have an early or late flight. It is very close to Izmir Airport and also near Optimum Shopping Mall, which was very convenient. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. The balcony was also a great feature. It was very spacious and pleasant to use, although it almost felt too large for just a small table and two chairs. A few more seating options would make the space even better.
The biggest downside was the lighting in the room. It felt too dark, especially in the evening. There simply wasn't enough light, and the existing lights were not placed where they were most needed. For example, there was no proper lighting near the mirror, which made getting ready quite inconvenient. Improving the room lighting would make the stay much more comfortable.

The staff were nice and friendly.
It's an airport hotel that does not run airport shuttle unless you arrive or leave between 6am and 2pm. We arrived at 4pm and left at 5am the next morning, so we had to take a cab both ways. Our bathroom drain wasn't working. Horrible view facing construction site. The room smelt of mold and the floor was not properly cleaned, as it was sandy or something? Not staying there again.

Great location right next to the airport the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our room was a major disappointment. The floor appeared to have significant water damage and looked very worn and uninviting. A room in this condition should either be repaired, offered at a discounted rate, or not assigned to guests at all. We did not expect to pay for a standard room and be faced with such obvious damage. Very disappointing experience.

An der Rezeption hat man beim Check-In keinen Ton dazu gesagt, dass man sich für das Flughafen-Shuttle am Vortag anmelden muss. Am Abreisetag hat man dann leider keine Chance mehr.

The Staff at the reception is so friendly, they make you feel welcomed right away.
Gym has the basic equipment which was good. Huge variety of food for breakfast. The view from the balcony was very nice.
Just for everyones notice: Apparently you have to request certain things at the lobby which you may expect to find in your room, dental kit, shaving kit, etc. which you may have forgotten. Other than that comfy hotel with gym close to the airport.

Not far from the airport
The place reeked of cigarette smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. Both me and my partner coughed and wheezed all night and barely slept.
Also, it is advertised as having an airport shuttle service, but it doesnt run on weekends so we had to pay for a taxi.

La climatisation! chambre chaude et je n'ai jamais pu réduire la température. Donc, j'ai ouvert la fenêtre et ai pu profiter des décollages...heureusement que le voyage a eu lieu en octobre!

Chef is amazing

We booked for 3 people and I slept on the convertible couch bed, it wasn't flat. When you lay on the bed you directly find yourself in the middle of the bed by rolling.

Functional but did not meet our expectations of a Hilton hotel
The hotel is a good location for the airport and the bed was very comfortable
The male receptionist was very brusque on arrival. We arrived at 6pm and the pool had already closed and there was no shuttle service to the airport on Sunday. The bar and restaurant staff were very polite but the food was poor. We ate in the courtyard and when we finished eating the hotel cats jumped onto the table to finish our food. Cats were also a problem in our ground floor room and if we had our patio door open which would have been nice for the fresh air, cats kept on coming into our room.

The property feels outdated. The entrance was adorned with fake sunflowers, creating an unpleasant appearance. The hallway lights were off, the carpets were filthy, and the balconies had dead plants with exposed wires. The breakfast area was full of cats jumping on tables and eating food from customers' plates, with no one cleaning up immediately. The staff were polite, but the overall condition of the property and rooms was terrible.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Eine sehr gute Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Izmir Flughafen. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen, hier fehlt es an nichts. Preis Leistung finde ich mehr als in Ordnung.
Das Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen.

Perfect hotel for a short stay by the airport
The hotel is very well located given its proximity with the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly and professional. We noted a considerable increase in the choices provided at the breakfast which is great! A pleasure to be back every year.
The music sound by the pool may disturb those that are willing to sleep.

Bel hôtel, loin du centre ville, personnel décevant, bruyant
Réservation de deux chambres pendant trois jours dans cet hotel. Hotel propre, excentré du centre ville, comptez environ 20 minutes en voiture. Personnel accueillant mais pas serviable. Nous comptions y revenir l'année prochaine mais après notre séjour, nous n'y retournons plus. Malheureusement, il y a des travaux sous les balcons, surement une extension ou un autre établissement qui ouvre, peu importe. Nous étions réveillés tous les matins par les bruits des engins de chantier qui creusaient la terre à partir de 7h30. Nous avons demandé à avoir d'autres chambres, laissé des messages via booking, mais aucune réponse pendant 3 jours! C'est juste inacceptable de payer presque 1000e pour dérangements, bruits, poussière ... cela a gâché notre séjour, nous étions venus visiter, nous étions fatigués par manque de repos. Hotel de standing qui ne garantie pas le confort ni la satisfaction de son client, mais se garantie d'empocher l'argent et de fermer les yeux. A notre arrivée (fin de journée), personne ne nous signala les travaux, à nous de nous en rendre compte le lendemain matin à l'aurore! C'est honteux! Quant au reste... l'eau de la piscine est très froide en plein mois d'août, dommage. Pisicne non chauffée et à l'ombre la moitié de la journée, en plus d'être plus petite que sur les photos commerciales. L'hôtel se situe tout près de l'aéroport, les avions passent juste au dessus de l'hôtel mais cela n'est pas très dérangeant.
Le personnel qui vous garantie que les chambres seront agréables mais omet de parler des travaux en cours et du bruit infernal qui réveille à 7h30 tous les matins. Le personnel, malgré nos plaintes, ne fait aucun effort pour changer nos chambres, ils ferment les yeux et les oreilles

Als ich keine Möglichkeit hatte, die Autovermietung telefonisch zu kontaktieren, hat man mir sofort geholfen für mich angerufen und das Telefonat für mich geführt
Da wir nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel waren, hatten wir natürlich das Schild an die Tür gehängt, dass wir keinen Cleaning benötigen
Trotzdem hatte man uns eine Tüte an die Türklinke gehängt, als wir am Abend angekommen sind
Mit Kaffee, Tee und Wasserflaschen was wir sehr geschätzt haben
Der Innenhof mit dem Pool ist sehr gemütlich
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder
