Исключительный сервис и невероятно дружелюбный персонал! Ребята на ресепшене и в отеле просто потрясающие — помогли абсолютно во всём, подсказали лучшие места и окружили искренней заботой. Очень добрые, отзывчивые и гостеприимные люди. Ну и, конечно, расположение и виды на Галатскую башню — это отдельный восторг!
Не хотелось уезжать! Время пролетело слишком быстро. Всё было супер, никаких минусов.

Séjour parfait
Emplacement parfait, juste à côté de la tour galata, à -5minutes à pied des rue de Taksim et du tram.
Personnel incroyable.
Nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassé à notre arrivée.
Nous avons réservé l’aller retour en transfert de l’aéroport d’Istanbul et tout as très bien été géré par l’hôtel.
La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre.
Le café à la réception de l’hôtel était très bien aussi.
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Perfecte uitval basis om alle hoogtepunten te verkennen
Echt een super fijn verblijf gehad! Al vóór mijn aankomst nam het hotel contact met me op via WhatsApp, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf en alles heel soepel liet verlopen.
De locatie is echt top. Vlak bij de Galatatoren, op loopafstand van de brug en midden tussen allerlei leuke restaurants, koffietentjes en gezellige straatjes. Ik heb bijna alles te voet kunnen ontdekken, wat ideaal was.
Het hotel zelf heeft een leuke boutique-sfeer met beneden een gezellig café. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd aanwezig als je iets nodig had. Ook kreeg ik een gratis kamerupgrade omdat er nog kamers beschikbaar waren, wat natuurlijk een leuke verrassing was.
De kamers waren schoon en werden dagelijks netjes schoongemaakt.
Gratis koffie of een drankje beneden, behulpzaam personeel, een perfecte locatie en een fijne sfeer. Ik heb hier echt met veel plezier verbleven en zou dit hotel zeker aanraden!
Omdat je midden in het centrum zit, hoor je soms wat geluid van buiten, maar dat hoort er ook een beetje bij en ik vond het persoonlijk totaal niet storend.
Neem anders oordopjes en een slaapmasker mee :)

Miałam przyjemność zatrzymać się w Duo Galata Hotel w dniach 14–17 czerwca 2026 roku i chciałabym serdecznie podziękować całemu zespołowi za wspaniały pobyt w Stambule.
Szukając hotelu, zależało mi przede wszystkim na lokalizacji w dzielnicy Galata, czystości oraz rozsądnej cenie. Duo Galata Hotel spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania, a nawet je przerósł.
Lokalizacja jest doskonała – kilka minut spacerem od Wieży Galata, stacji metra Şişhane oraz wielu restauracji i kawiarni. Dzięki temu mogłam wygodnie zwiedzać miasto i bez problemu korzystać z transportu publicznego.
Pokój był bardzo czysty i zadbany, a cały hotel sprawiał wrażenie miejsca prowadzonego z troską o gości.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje komunikacja z hotelem przez WhatsApp jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Otrzymałam bardzo pomocne informacje oraz mapę z dokładną lokalizacją hotelu. Dzięki temu mogłam bez problemu zaplanować trasę i zawsze łatwo wrócić do hotelu z każdego miejsca w Stambule. Dla osoby odwiedzającej miasto po raz pierwszy było to ogromne ułatwienie i poczucie komfortu.
Szczególne podziękowania kieruję do wszystkich pracowników hotelu. Każda osoba, którą spotkałam podczas mojego pobytu, była życzliwa, uprzejma i pomocna. Dzięki Wam czułam się bezpiecznie i mile widziana od pierwszego do ostatniego dnia.
Bardzo rzadko zdarza mi się powiedzieć, że hotel był lepszy niż oczekiwałam, ale w tym przypadku właśnie tak było.
Jeśli ponownie odwiedzę Stambuł, Duo Galata Hotel będzie moim pierwszym wyborem. Z całego serca polecam ten hotel wszystkim, którzy szukają komfortowego pobytu w świetnej lokalizacji, czystości, doskonałej obsługi i rozsądnej cenie.
Jeszcze raz dziękuję całemu zespołowi za gościnność, życzliwość i profesjonalizm.

Ich (Alleinreisende) habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Mitten im Geschehen und fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Es war top sauber und die Bettwäsche hat nach Waschmittel geduftet (das hatte ich bisher selten in einem Hotel). Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Zum Hotel gehört ein Kaffee im unteren Bereich, was ebenfalls total nett ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super! Die Lage ist mein Favorit und ich würde für einen City-Trip wieder kommen. Danke!

Η διανομή ήταν πολύ ωραία και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό.
Η τοποθεσία και ότι ήταν ένα ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Ηταν καλό που είχε ξεχωριστά την τουαλέτα από την ντουζιέρα.
Ότι η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν εφάρμοζε σε όλα τα σημεία και ότι ο νιπτήρας ήταν εκτός του μπάνιου, μέσα στο δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχουν άβολες στιγμές καθώς πρέπει να πλύνεις τα χέρια σου ή να προσέχεις το βράδυ να μην κάνεις θόρυβο. Είχε μόνο έναν πάγκο που ήταν και για το μπαρ αλλά κ για τα καλλυντικά.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Galata Tower and the bustling streets nearby.
We were also given a free room upgrade upon arrival, as the hotel felt our original room might be a bit small for two people. That was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – zentraler kann man eigentlich kaum wohnen.
Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und die Mitarbeitenden waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen hat problemlos funktioniert und wurde zu einem fairen und bezahlbaren Preis angeboten.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

für mich optimale Lage, ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, jederzeit ansprechbar, Kaffee im Erdgeschoss.
Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, praktisch würde ich mir im Badezimmer einen Spiegel an der Wand wünschen, muss nicht gross sein und eine Ablage bei der Steckdose im Zimmer um die Geräte ablegen zu können, Kabel könnte zu kurz sein um das Gerät auf den Tisch zu legen

Le bruit incessant de la rue, dû à sa localisation en plein cœur du centre touristique, les chambres donnant sur la rue. Sans boules Quies, oubliez le sommeil. Vers 2h du matin ça commence a se calmer,...
Que les gens qui cherchent un petit peu de calme passent leur chemin.

Absolutely the best hotel in Istanbul
The location is the absolute best, right in the heart of Istanbul next to the Galata tower. The Host was the most friendliest and helpful person I ever met. He gave me a free room upgrade and helped me with every question I had. The room was fantastic: cozy bed, spacious room and awesome view through the window.

We had a wonderful stay at Duo Galata Hotel. The location is very central and within walking distance of so many great areas, restaurants, cafés and attractions.
The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay and really made us feel welcome. They upgraded our room for free and had a special view of the Galata Tower!
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. They also arranged our airport transfer at a very reasonable price.
Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Even though we did not spend much time at the property, we felt comfortable and safe leaving our belongings in the room.
The location was ideal and very convenient. The property was neat, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. The staff were welcoming from the start, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful Galata view.
The room design was not very practical, as the sink was inside the room which made the floor wet quite often after using it.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade, über das wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos – es wurde wirklich jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Auch die Lage ist absolut top, man ist mitten im Geschehen.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Da wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, können wir diesen Punkt nicht bewerten, aber alles andere war perfekt.

The location is perfect. The Galata area is very lively and also within a short walking distance to the bridge that leads to where the Grand Bazar and more touristic attractions are located. I would say it's a perfect spot to move around Istanbul.
The room is great, and it was cleaned every morning with new towels. The reception is also a cafe, with great coffee and pastries, and the environment is super welcoming. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay in Duo Galata Hotel
I stayed at Duo Galata Hotel for six days, and I truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Galata Tower, with many shops and cafés nearby.
The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, clean, and comfortable. Due to a change in my schedule, I arrived earlier than expected, and the hotel kindly arranged an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the housekeeping service was excellent. They also arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price, which made my trip even more convenient.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

Çok merkezi biyerde, Sahipleri ve çalışanları çok ilgili biz çok memnun kaldik. Hava alanından metro ile geldik ve metro durağına çok yakındı hemen otele vardık. Odamız biraz ufaktı ama temiz ve çok güzel dizayn edilmişti 202 numarada kaldık yataktak direk galata kulesini görüyorduk çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Birdahaki sefere düşünmeden yine aynı otelde kalırım. Tavsiye ederim fiyat olarakta civardaki otellerden daha uygundu biz memnun kaldik. Sizde şans verin ????
