Zimmer war sehr muffig und nicht richtig sauber. Außerdem war es sehr heiß im Zimmer ohne richtige Klimaanlage. Fenster öffnen wurde jedoch begleitet von durchgängigen Brummen der Lüftung des exakt gegenüberliegenden, grell ausgeleuchtetem Parkhaus.
Kommunikation mit dem Personal war unzufriedenstellend, da wiederholt zugesichert wurde sich den Problemen anzunehmen um dann jedes Mal hingehalten zu werden. An zwei Gelegenheiten wurde die Unwahrheit gesagt, als Zimmerwechsel angeboten und dann mit Verweis auf fehlende Ausweichmöglichkeiten wieder abgesagt, während andere Gäste auch zu späterer Zeit noch das Zimmer wechseln konnten. Der Manager, der sich persönlich wegen einer möglichen Entschädigung vor Abreise melden wollte, war entgegen seiner expliziten Ankündigung während des Abreisezeitraums nicht im Haus.

Perfect location but an old building
This suites has the perfect location for a tourist.
Smell from the restaurant below or nearby; no individual control of room temperature; lighting is bad if you want to put makeup on.

Fine, but could have been better
The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, and staff members fid everything they could to make the stay the best it could be.
It was very standard for the price, not the luxury we were expecting, and it was grubby and worn down in areas, although this wasnt a big issue as we were given a big discount on our room, but if we had paid full price we would have been very upset.

I liked the apartment it was a good size, with a separate lounge dining room and bedroom.
Omg, our first apartment was over a bar, it was so bloody noisy if I ever hear "the fields of athenry" sung karaoke again I'll scream. The nose stopped around 3am. The next night we got back to the apartment to find carpet soaking wet throughout a phone call to reception confirmed a water leak. We were too tired to move apartments that night. Our new apartment was away from the noise, unfortunately this apartment didn't have double glazed windows so a cold draft came in in the evening.

Property looks a bit tired and needs a good deep clean. Lots of dirty surfaces in all areas of the apartment and carpet had a coating of hair and needed a thorough hoovering. On quite a noisy street but I realise this is out of the control of the property

Location was safe with many options day or night. We had a very lovely large executive suite and enjoyed cooking in as well. Extra treats were appreciated from this room. Laundry option was brilliant.
Unfortunately our room became too hot to feel comfortable, the front desk lady was ever so lovely to bring us 2x aircon units and grateful we could access the ice in laundry to cool it further but despite this, we were still sweating it out and it was a relief to step out into the foyer which wss actually air-conditioned. A pity coz the place is really rather fancy and welcoming with the best beds we have experienced since travelling this past month.

Not good value for the money.
Staff was nice. Room was clean. Fairly close to central Glasgow.
We booked a two bedroom apartment. Our first room was not good and did not match the photos on the website. After discussion with the staff we were moved in a better room. There is a lot of noise from the bars near by late into the night, it makes it difficult to get a good sleep. While we were in Glasgow it was very hot. The room has no AC, just electrical fans. It was very uncomfortable to sleep because we could not open the windows because of the noise which meant that the temperature in the room was way too high.
Also we asked for clean up in the room but it was not done.
I would not stay here again. It does not represent good value for the money in my opinion.

L'edifici esta a una zona de festa. Tots els baixos son locals q tenen música fins les 3. Tot i estar a la tercera planta amb vistes a un parquing que te els aires que fan molt soroll tot el dia i nit. A la tarda i nit s'hi afegeix el soroll dels extractors dels locals i els baixos de la musica.
L'apartament te poca llum natural i en general ja te força tralla. No s'assembla pa les habitacions de les fotos. Els hi cal una mica mes de manteniment ..
Hi vam fer 3 nits. Les nits entre setmana la musica no es sent però els ventiladors industrials d'extracció continuen funcionant.
Realment no va ser una estada comode. Pero si el q vols es sortir de festa estas al lloc ideal...

Das Personal ist ok, für den Preis pro Nacht aber definitiv zu wenig.
Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut.
Das Appartement ist abgewohnt.
Es ist kaum möglich am Wochenende vor 2:00 Uhr nachts einzuschlafen, da die Feiernden auf den Straßen und in den Bars sehr laut sind (übernachtet im 2. Stock).
TV ist alt und hat kein klares Bild.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich schlecht.

Gut und schlecht zugleich
Super große Wohnung. Das Bett war riesig und die decken auch. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Es gab sogar 2 Fernseher einen im Wohnzimmer und einen im Schlafzimmer
Es war sehr sehr laut wir hatten unser Wohnung genauer das Schlafzimmer direkt über einem Lokal das bis 3 Uhr nachts offen hatte

Excellent central location, especially for Merchant City. Nice spacious rooms & very clean. Staff all lovely, helpful & professional. Dog friendly at a reasonable price. Excellent pressure with rainfall shower, even on 3rd floor. All you need re self catering facilities.
All was great apart from 2 things which really spoiled our first nights sleep. Our bed (2 singles pushed together) essentially made a Kingsize bed. Problem was, we had a kingsize duvet cover but with only a double duvet inside it. This resulted in the duvet not covering the bed sufficiently and us becoming cold through the night.
In addition to this, the room had large, heavy sash windows which were open on our arrival. There was no facility (sash window pole) for closing the windows and due to their height & weight we couldn't get them closed without climbing onto the window ledge to be able to reach, which is what we ended up doing on our second day! The inability to close the windows led to us being even colder on our first night and being disturbed by the noise outside. A pole in the rooms would be a simple solution to this problem.

I wouldn’t book this apartment again as we came away tired.
It was spacious, a reasonably equipped kitchen, clean linen.
It was very dark, decor & lights made it feel gloomy. Its position was central in the Merchant District however the noise was awful. People shouting until 3 am at least. Upstairs there were people walking around a lot on squeaky floorboards, also annoying.

Fenster sind einfach vor Glas, deshalb viel Lärm von der Straße zu hören. Ohrenstöpsel sollten den Hotel Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Frühstücksraum ist okay, jedoch ist eine der beiden Kaffeemaschinen außer Betrieb, deshalb kommt es zu starken Verzögerung, wenn man dieses Heißgetränk wählt.

The apartment was over a nightclub so it was incredibly noisy.
There was no door between the bedroom and living room. There blinds in the living room did not shut out the light so the bedroom was bright at 5am!
