Everything was perfect except no hot water for shower on day four earlier morning
14.09.2025
14.09.2025

Great hotel to stay
Room was wide and clean. Great comfort.
Staff was very well trained and nice.
05.09.2025
The entrance is not user friendly for luggage rollers to enter the hotel. The shower water spilled into the bathroom and living area. The restaurant is clean and good. The overall servers is very good.
05.09.2025

Great Hotel, Small Details
This hotel is great and I would stay again. There are a couple details that didn’t make sense. In the rear entrance, there a pavers divided by grass…this concept isn’t the greatest when you have travelers coming in with luggage on wheels getting stuck in between pavers. The other detail being the amazing showers and shower head but the drainage not being able to keep up with the flow, therefore water pours out of the shower into the bathroom floor and over to the carpeted sitting area. Some kind of barrier between the shower and rest of bathroom would go a long way!
04.09.2025
03.09.2025
Very nice spacious room and super comfortable bed
01.09.2025

They are under staffed. Too long of a wait at the restaurant. I requested a bottle of water that was never brought to my room.

Excelente atencionn

Friendly and Attentive
We had breakfast here twice and it was buffet style it was very good a lot of options. The very next day when we came to breakfast again they remembered I drank tea and not coffee and automatically brought it. Little details like this are so much appreciated. All staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and the gym was nicely kept. We did spend time at the pool and drinks were brought to us. We ordered Pina coladas Also had dinner and the shrimp cocktail was soo good. I had them make me a Dirty Martini and it was strong but good just how I like it. The only feedback I would give is the towels were a little rough. Would love to stay here again and take advantage of the spa next time.

28.07.2025
The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here for the most part For being a five-star hotel several things should be improved…no one offered help with the luggage, there is a very noticeable smell of the septic system at times, the toilet didn’t work properly (we had to call for repairs), we had to call for the cleaning staff to come EVERY DAY, and most importantly, since we were told you can’t brush your teeth with the tap water, plenty of water bottles should automatically be provided without request. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful and did a wonderful job.
27.07.2025
Que no respetaron la reservacion

average hotel
Hotel is just average nothing special , limited amenities
* they give you one small bottle of water , if you need more you have to buy
*no coffee in lobby .
no attempt to offer anything more to ensure customer satisfaction, so in my opinion they are just average .
there is also a sewer odor in lobby and certain areas of hotel , this has been reported since i read some reports .
it continues !! has not been resolved
16.07.2025
Es cómoda, limpia y elegante
15.07.2025
Excelente estancia
14.07.2025
Property overall just ok .
Do not offer simple amenities such as coffee.water you have to buy and i think the worse part is a smell of sewer which is very bad in lobby and on different floors , i notice in previous reviews its has been reported
Not corrected

Excellent place!!!
21.04.2025
es muy acogedora y muy limpia
21.04.2025
02.04.2025

Need Some More Facilities & Food Options
Below are my reviews:
1. There is no place for drying the clothes after washing.
2. The water comes out from the bathroom after taking a bath. Please increase the alleviation at the entry of the bathroom.
3. No options for Indian Vegetarian Food At Dining.
4. Increase the height of tap in bathroom's washbasin.
5. Usually, same menu at breakfast at working days.
6. I cannot login into my Brisas Account when I am trying to click on forgot password.

I like the chain and I like this hotel particularly except for one thing. Sadly, the one thing is so bothersome that I will not be back. I perceive a faint smell of drainage (in Spanish: "aguas negras") all over the building. The worst thing is that I reported this several months back, also on this forum, and no attention seems to have been made to it. On the plus side, an otherwise truly perfect business hotel.
08.01.2025

19.07.2024
Restaurant staff was amazing
11.07.2024
The.hotel is, if not the best, one of the best in Irapuato.
The breakfast buffet ia also very good.
Food for dinner is fair in case of an emergency, but I would go somewhere else.
