We had a great time in Instanbul and enjoyed our stay in a hotel located far from the busy city center. The room was big with a livingroom side apart from the bedroom. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was nice. We could park in front of the hotel for free.

Комнаты в гостинице большие,чистые ,персонал каждый день спрашивали если нам , что то нужно,тишина,бассейн чистый ,не было много людей.
Нам очень понравилось.
Рекомендую.

Place was clean People very nice and helpful there was this guy Ayoob who helped me find pharmacy walked with me veri nice fella.
I had to wait a bit to be acomodated, their sistem went down.At the end they gave me suit instead room because of the waiting.

Location is great, the staff is polite. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are a few parking spaces inside, but also the parking is free in the street if they are occupied.
I believe the spa needs a renovation.

A very nice place
Everything is fine. I just found this option in Marmara side and very satisfied. Breakfast is very good, rate was cheap, cafe is working till late and have good hookah. Staff is friendly and helpful, thanks to Ayub (reception) and Omar (restorant) and a lady in the bar (i dont know her name).
And they provide some snacks at the minibar for free, very convenient!
Wifi was a bit weak, but i believe they will fix it properly.

Хубав хотел, с големи и чисти стаи. Персоналът беше много любезен, особено момичето на рецепцията (съжалявам, че не запомних името и), което ни посрещна и Bulent, който ни изпрати. Хотелът се намира на чудесно място, близо до много магазини и ресторанти, но вечер е тихо. С удоволствие бихме отседнали пак тук.

Location was close to exhibition centre, staff were helpful and well mannered
The breakfast was absolutely shocking. I have NEVER been to a hotel that had such a subpar breakfast in my life. The only options to drink was a jug of water which was empty most of the time. The cutlery was dirty. There was a box of milk to make coffee with, when its finsihed, they dont replace it. The very least that they could offer, is juice and a decent coffee machine, some fruit.
There are no lifts, so you have to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The staff did assist with that, but there were times that we had to do it by ourselves.
Doors are very thin, and people were making noise until 2am in the morning.

La douche etait bouché l’eau il passe difficilement quand tu fais ta douche on dirait tu est dans une piscine l’eau coule partout
Il y a pas l’ascenseur c’était la galère avec la poussette des enfants et les valises on monte au deuxième étage tout les jour

Die Unterlunft ist im großen und ganzen empfehlenswert
Wir haben ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 und 3 Jahre alt) gebucht.
Ergänzend hatten wir über Booking.com ein Babybett angefragt, was das Hotel uns darauf auch gleich zugesichert hat. Wir hatten uns dies mehrmals bestätigen lassen, da für unser Kleinkind das Verletzungsgefahr ja groß ist. Doch leider haben wir vor Ort mitgeteilt bekommen, dass keine Babybetten verfügbar sind und der erste Abend war somit erstmal ein Alptraum.
Zudem waren die anderen Familienzimmern u.a. durch anderes Klientel besetzt, so dass ein reger Verkehr und Schallpegel bis spät in die Nacht die Regel war. Sogleich in der ersten Nacht hatte der Nachbar von oben bis 4 Uhr Nachts eine lebhafte Unterhaltung, man könnte meinen im Treppenhaus, geführt. Dies auch vielleicht, weil die Wände relativ hellhörig waren.
Bei meiner Beanstandung am nächsten Tag zeigte das Hotelpersonal sich äußerst verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit.
Insbesondere der Verkaufsleiter Herr Ömer hat eine Anstrengung unternommen und uns einen, wie ich annehme, neuen Babybett im Zimmer aufstellen lassen.
Den Störenfried wiederum hat man in den Geschoss darüber verlagert und es kehrte sofort Ruhe ein.
Die Unterkunft war im großen und ganzen sauber und ordentlich. Das Mobiliar ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurde der Boden im Bad nicht konsequent abgewischt und der Teppichboden auch nicht konsequent staubgesaugt.

Hotel much superior to other hotels in the area. I recommend
Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Since we arrived we were welcomed by our host at the reception Gemze who was very kind and very nice, she immediately understood our situation and needs moving very quickly to install us in our room. The next day the same Gemze surprised us again by asking us if we wanted fruit in the room or if we had everything we needed and if not to not hesitate to ask for anything we needed being again very kind and nice. The hotel was very clean and equipped with all our needs. The staff was also of a much higher quality than other hotels. We will definitely not miss this hotel on our next return to Ambarli Istanbul because I can say that we felt at home. I recommend it with confidence.

Our stay was comfortable and truly enjoyable. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is quiet and peaceful, away from noise and congestion. Breakfast was varied, catering to different tastes, and offered excellent value for money.
The staff and service were welcoming and cooperative from the moment of arrival. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Sema for her professionalism and outstanding attention, as she ensured continuous support throughout our stay. Based on our positive experience, we decided to extend our stay, which clearly reflects the high standard of the hotel.

Personal an der Rezeption war nett.
Frühstück war nicht gut, keine kalte Getränke, keine Kaffee, Butter hatten wir nur an einem Tag, kein Obst, Brot meistens nur Weißbrot und vonm Vortag.

Booked for my father to visit his friend in Istanbul. He liked airport VIP transfer(for which you pay seperately), staff are friendly and helpful, clean room. I was able to contact the staff before my father arrival by phone, messages on booking.com, and WhatsApp, and they helped him to know the area around. If there was a way to give a tip online, I would gladly do. Many thanks

Sauberes, zentrales Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer mit einem sehr geräumigen Bad, alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Die Lage ist zentral, sodass man Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit – man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Atmosphäre im Hotel, trotz der zentralen Lage.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, genau das Richtige, um entspannt in den Tag zu starten.
Die privaten Parkplätze waren leider belegt, und die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind etwas begrenzt. Das Hotelpersonal war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns erlaubt, direkt vor dem Eingangsbereich zu parken, das war wirklich super!

Conveniently located, unkempt hotel
Convenient location. Close to Tuyap center. Nearby are two large malls. There is a swimming pool. Good transportation.
We were there for the third time. Because the location is the best to Tuyap. But each time the hotel looks more and more unkempt. The team has completely changed. It is difficult to communicate with them. Nobody speaks English. No elevator, no iron, no ironing board, no luggage scales. Breakfasts are not tasty. Bathroom towels need replacing.

Otelde genel olarak bir hizmette yavaşlık var. Kapıların kilitlenme ve kart sorunu hergün devam ediyordu. Oda da çift kişi konaklacagimizi bilmelerine rağmen tek banyo havlusu varken el-yuz havlusu hiç yoktu. Buzdolabı sembolik olarak konmuş ama çalışmıyordu.

Rooms were spacious
We booked two rooms for 5 nights, all fully paid, but ended up checking out a day early because we were so disappointed. Both rooms were on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and neither telephone worked even after we told reception several times. On checkout, we asked for help with our luggage, but after waiting 15 minutes we had to carry almost everything ourselves — someone only showed up for one bag. Overall, it just felt like the hotel didn’t care about guest comfort at all.

Много неща първо и най-важно ЧИСТОТАТА апартаментите бяха в покъртително ужасно състояния пълна мизерия мноого мръсно и прашно, и когато им кажа да изчистят пак нищо не правеха, банята сифона пълен с коси водата се задържаше в душ кабината, нямахме топла вода 2 дни, имаше женски коси навсякъде и бяха мноооогооо, стените мръсни, вратите много мръсни всичко мръсно

Angemessen
Ruhige Hotel anlage mit Pool, Sonst Personal super nett ,sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders der Mustafa bellboy sehr freundlich hilfsbereitbereit . Er hat uns viele Tipps über Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben .
Kubilay Bey von der Rezeption war auch sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich.
Es hat den Kinder sehr gefallen daher haben wir 5 Nächte verlängert .
Das Leute von außen Pool mitbenutzen dürften. Das hat mich gestört, fand das mann nicht öfters essen bestellen konnte die auf der karte waren weil gerade das eine oder andere gefehlt hat ! War schade deswegen haben wir auch öfters draußen gegessen.

Douche cassée lumière ne fonctionne pas les toilettes endommagées ...rien ne va dans cet hotel petit déj pauvre pas dascenseurs alors quon nous a mis au 4 ème étage un calvaire pour monter et descendre l bagage ...lors du checkout personnz a la reception ....

Hotel hat gute Zimmer die zu finden sind, dann ist es sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer im neuen Trakt sind gut, im alten Trakt nicht. Personal hat unser Zimmer sofort getauscht.
