It was over priced…dirty cracked and window in bedroom wish I read the reviews but I panicked when booking due to a family emergency, room 15 spacious top floor headboard wasn’t attached properly floor was dirty shower well I didn’t even use it was that bad, bed was comfortable.. tea and coffee was just scattered on a tray.. fan was broken but they replaced it immediately… there is free parking but on a 1st come basis only can’t reserve, I say enough room for 4 small cars we was lucky we did get a space.. I paid £285 for this room I never felt so ripped off in my life this room is worth no more then £80 a night and that’s pushing it but it is London unless you have no choice then do not stay here how they get away charging that amount I do not know.

Overall i would recommend it, for the prize is good and its comfortable
The staff was really amazing and so polite! They get everything sorted quickly and will truly help you with anything

It was fine, but the main issue was cleanliness.
It wasn't very clean which despite the price, the room should've been clean to the best of it's ability and the room next door were partying until 4am which kept me and my friend awake. Also the bathroom had a weird smell that lingered.

Was glad only staying two nights

Window latches missing on windows so couldn’t close them. Very warm in the room and couldn’t open windows as they opening out to lane way with other rooms and risk of someone getting in the window at night.
Bathroom needed work. Large gap between shower tray and flower. Fridge not cleaned properly.

Turned up to check in told to ring a number and the phone was on the desk . Waited ages to be greeted.
Went onto the room, looked like the door had been kicked in several times. The window where open when going to shut the closers where half hanging off after being screwed on .
It was hardly clean!
I had to book another hotel room .

The location was good.

Okay for a night.

Staff very friendly an provided plenty information an was happy to help should we have needed anything.

Slap dash cleaning and tea and coffee facilities and kettle were just thrown on a tray no room to hang any clothes and main light did not work. Bed was comfortable. Rooms at this standard should be half the price charged room was so small it was like a cupboard

Liars
The property page says it offers "free parking (no reservation needed)", as well as "EV charging". These are the only two reasons why I booked with them. However, when I arrived there were no available parking spaces and the "EV charger", which was basically an ordinary 3-pin household socket, was blocked by a parked car. I was told to park on the street, which was not free (and there weren't any space available there either, because it's London). On short, I was sold services (free parking and EV charging) which were not given. I decided to leave and find another property that would hopefully not lie about the services they provide.
The property said, upon contacting them for a refund, that the parking is provided on a "first-come, first-served basis", but that's not written anywhere on their page.
They refused to give a refund, but I managed to get my money back using my bank (booking.com ignored my refund request completely).

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. Do not book!!! Was really unhappy with the room after being shown 3 different rooms. Smelly, unclean, unsafe. When we returned to the room in the evening staff had been in our rooms which made us feel u safe so we drove the long drive home at midnight. Complained to the hotel who lied to booking.com saying we stayed for the entire visit, the receipts for many stops for coffee on the way home proves otherwise. Also say we didn’t raise concerns whilst there, if that is the case why can I provide photos of the 3 rooms offered? Do not book this hotel or use booking.com they both ruined a special weekend for us. This hotel should not be open.

Avoid at all costs – serious cleanliness and safety concerns
I booked two rooms for a special trip to see Harry Styles and can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The price was expensive, due to everywhere putting prices up for Harry Styles playing.
Upon arrival, my sister’s room had clearly not been cleaned. There were wet towels on the bed, used tissues with bodily fluid on it at the side of the bed, rubbish, pubic hairs on the toilet seat, and the bedding was in complete disarray. When we reported this to reception, we were initially told the room had been cleaned until we showed video evidence.
We were then moved between several different rooms. One room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and had used condom wrappers on the floor. Other rooms appeared dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. We found what appeared to be bugs on the bed, flies throughout the room, dirty and damp toilet facilities, a leaking toilet, a strong smell of urine, and numerous broken fixtures. Even the toilet roll was dirty.
Despite raising our concerns immediately, we were unable to find alternative accommodation because hotels in the area were either fully booked or charging extremely high prices due to the Harry Styles event. We felt trapped with no suitable alternative.
After returning later that evening, we no longer felt safe staying at the hotel. One of the rooms still smelt strongly of smoke, and it appeared that somebody had entered while we were out, as lights had been switched on and items appeared to have been moved. At that point, we decided we could not stay.
We checked out shortly after midnight and were forced to drive more than three hours home. We were so tired that we had to stop and sleep at a motorway service station before continuing our journey.
I have photographs and videos of the conditions we encountered because they were genuinely hard to believe. In my opinion, the rooms presented a serious hygiene concern and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or guest safety.
This hotel completely ruined what should have been a memorable weekend away. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here reads recent reviews very carefully before booking. I tried to get my money back with booking.com and it was rejected

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. No matter the time of day, someone was always available to assist us with a smile. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful with all our requests. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

Unser Zimmer Nr. 6 war direkt neben einer vom Hotel 24/7 betriebenen Reinigungsanlage. In der Nacht auch mit Ohrstöpseln hörbar. Schlaf war auch so kaum möglich, da das Zimmer sehr muffig roch aber die Fenster zur Wand und Haustür des Nachbarn rausgingen, und man beim Lüften durch diese geweckt wurde. Unebene Matratze zu zweit nicht benutzbar, Fußboden im Bad extrem rutschig. Die gesamte Ausstattung entweder extrem abgewohnt oder das Billigste vom Billigsten. Laut dem Rezeptionisten war es eigentlich ein Upgrade an uns und es hat sich noch nie jemand über die Waschanlagegeräusche beschwert. Unser Ersatzzimmer Nr. 8 war ein Raucherzimmer. Badezimmer roch so stark, dass man sich nur kurzzeitig darin aufhalten konnte, zudem Zigarettenspuren auf dem Toilettendeckel. Blumenkübel voller Zigarettenstümmel. Der Gestank ließ sich auch durch ständiges Lüften bis in die Nacht bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur nicht wegbekommen. Ansonsten kaputte Sprungfeder in der Matratze, kaputte Steckdose, kaputter Kabel am stark verkalkten Wasserkocher, kaputte Heizung, die sich nicht ausstellen lässt, der Großteil der Ausstattung reparaturbedürftig oder unansehnlich. Wir hatten für 6 Nächte gebucht und zogen aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme (Nichtraucher) nach insgesamt 2 Nächten aus, eine Teilerstattung gab es nicht, obwohl die Zimmer direkt weitervermietet wurden.

La experiencia no ha podido ser peor. Es un sitio que directamente no debería estar abierto. Las habitaciones están asquerosas y el olor a tabaco es insoportable. Es insalubre. Las duchas tienen manchas de humedad y óxido por todas partes, las almohadas están llenas de manchas y la nevera de la habitación llena de suciedad. La seguridad brilla por su ausencia. La puerta principal siempre está abierta y cualquiera puede acceder hasta la misma puerta de las habitaciones. Los trabajadores no muestran el más mínimo interés, ni preocupación por las peticiones de los usuarios y nunca hay nadie en recepción. Internet no funciona en ningún momento. Si puedes hospedarte en cualquier otro sitio, de verdad no lo dudes.

It was nice and considerably clean. I was actually upgraded to a room free of charge since the shower in the room I booked had no hot water at all, so they offered me a free upgrade to a bigger room on the ground floor. Good staff and service!

I’ve previously stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago to attend a gig in soho. It’s so easy to navigate to. There is a few parking spaces on site which is a life saver and it has everything you need. The tube is a ten minute walk. The staff are really friendly. The room was spotless. Even upgraded us to a bigger room than I’d previously booked. For what we needed it for. A comfy bed and a place to rest our head it was perfect. Even had a nice little touch of a heated/lighted mirror in the bathroom. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable night out in London without paying silly prices. Will definitely stay again. Thank you :-)

Cosy room with unexpected flooding

2nd am early ceiling in room G broke ,shower water from a room above us ran into our room + receptionist didn't turn up after we called him him . Nasty ! 1st am shower was not hot , just warm . Kettle was rusty inside .
