Clean and comfortable hotel, pleasant staff. Hot breakfast included, so good value for money
Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Handy to have toiletries in the bathroom. Tea and coffee provided in the room. All the staff were pleasant.
The aircon worked well but was quite noisy, not enough to keep us awake though. Also the door was really difficult to close, had to slam it shut.
11.07.2026
Very convenient stop before an early flight
Location , staff and cleanliness
Air con kept switching off and there were no instructions
11.07.2026
Friendly, helpful staff, very clean, just a perfect stay.
Impeccably clean, super friendly staff and beautiful breakfast. Also plenty of parking!
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.
11.07.2026
Good size hotel and downstairs area nice and big
The rooms were so hot they don’t have aircon. So on a hot day. Wow just ridiculously warm. Especially when you have 2 adults and 2 kids in a room.
10.07.2026
Very friendly, reception staff and restaurant staff, would definitely recommend this hotel
Was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed, best burger I have ever had, good breakfast
Nothing I didn’t like
10.07.2026
Nice hotel but would have liked some hot water for a shower
Staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely
£100 deposit which is taken immediately but once you leave it takes 3-4 days to come back into your account. Went down to front desk on the last day as we had no hot water to which there was a shrug of the shoulders but no suggestions to what they could do so a cold shower it was
09.07.2026
Bananas at breakfast were so terribly unripened (hard and green) that I had to dispoze of them eventually.
09.07.2026

No fridge in room

Clean, friendly and efficient stay, great value for money
Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff both at the front desk and the bar.
The rooms were spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was excellent, best I've experienced at similar hotels. So much variety and ample of it.
Plenty of parking.
Nothing. Perhaps in warmer weather A/C would be a help.

06.07.2026
Good location
Great location
Breakfast included in the price
Clean rooms and hotel
Staff are helpful and friendly
Spacious rooms
I don’t like how they charge a security deposit that often takes a few days to bounce back to your bank account
Bed was really uncomfortable compared to previous stays
Stayed here a few times over the last few years and it’s starting to get really pricy compared to other hotels in the area
I kept getting woken up to a strange sound in the room but couldn’t figure out what it was
05.07.2026
Excellent stay and will definitely be back
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was amazing and good value for money.

01.07.2026
Comfortable for a few nights
Stayed here for an event at the sports village.
The staff are an absolute credit. They were all lovely (even when I was unhappy at the £100 deposit).
Just as you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean rooms, spacious and tidy. Quiet corridors on a night. Lovely, comfy beds. Bathroom well maintained with walk in shower!!
Food on an evening was OK and breakfast was nice. It had enough food, was replenished quickly and fresh.
Plentiful car parking and easy to find off motorway.
Staff are what make this hotel - they are an absolute credit.
Don't agree with taking £100 deposit for a room that only cost £67 but hey, its refunded quickly. I cant see it being a rowdy hotel for damages!

29.06.2026
Worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever experienced. DaysInn budget was better than this.
Nothing. Was not what they made out to be at all.
No AC, room was freezing. Booked a double room with the mrs but they gave us two single beds. Shower was really bad. Towels were tiny.
29.06.2026
Excellent stay, look forward to returning
THe room was very clean and more importantly with the hot weather, the temperature coltrol unit worked (unlike some other rooms we heard about). The lady booking us in on arrival was very cheerful and chatty (in a good way), so made my daugther and I feel welcome from the start. The lady managing the breakfast was excellent, she never stopped checking the food was full for customers to have their breakfast, of which the breakfast was excllent to start the day ahead
Couldn't pick a fault with it
29.06.2026
It was perfect for what we wanted.
The location was brilliant right next to the track and you could park there for free. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The shower was brilliant. The staff were accommodating.
The waiting time to get into the hotel. The £100 deposit which I wasn’t told about before.
The breakfast was okay but not amazing
29.06.2026
Would stay again
Lovely clean room, fresh towels, the fact that it had shower gels and shampoo in the bathroom was handy.
Considering it was 31°c there was no AC, the rooms where warm.
28.06.2026
In short if I had the choice between this place with the facilities I had available at the time, I’d rather buy a tent f
Location and breakfast selection
Cold shower, no fans available, really cold shower
28.06.2026

28.06.2026
Staff team were lovely and welcoming!
28.06.2026
Just what we needed for an event at the stadium.
Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was very good
Shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall. I prefer them closer to the shower or easy to reach from the bath.
27.06.2026
A lovely stat at a good handy location.
Easy to find, spacious rooms.
Lovely breakfast selection.
Lovely staff.
A number of issues were raised with staff regarding our room that weren’t corrected immediately but were taken seriously and compensation awarded to complete satisfaction.
27.06.2026
Location for athletics arena
The air con was not working and the room was far too hot even with the window open making it a horrible night trying to get to sleep.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff!
Good hotel, friendly staff, good parking and gym. Breakfast was simple, but good, plenty and hot! Bed was comfy and smart tv.
Bedroom doors are loud when closing, which you can hear down the hall in the morning.
24.06.2026
We flew into the Manchester Box Cup on the Fri - great welcome from the staff. Won the Final - FAB!!
The Staff were ALL first class from when we met Tracy and Sarah - Lovely people. I must also mention the two ladies who were on duty Sunday evening. They werte great too. friendly, bubbly, interested and genuine. Well done on finding greart staff - we struggle with staff in Marbella - any of those fancy a working holiday they can work for us!!!!!
All great!
23.06.2026
Stayed here many times and usually it is excellent. On this occasion there was a boxing tournament for juniors at the nearby sports village so there were lots of 5-15 Yr olds with parents and coaches who had no control over them they were feral grabbing food from the buffet in there hands and generally misbehaving. The supermarket just next to the hotel eventually banned them as they ran riot in there as well.
22.06.2026

Needs a little tlc, staff at breakfast weren’t very helpful
20.06.2026
Room & staff fab! Breakfast was a complete disaster
The friendly & helpful staff
The chaos at breakfast, clearly overwhelmed the service. No table for us to sit at, most things were depleted, couldn’t get any juice, no cutlery to eat with. Very large parties of sports groups that were chaotic, including banging on bedroom doors very early in the morning, before 7am!
We ended up abandoning breakfast, so extremely disappointed
20.06.2026
Good breakfast and room and close to the sports stadium where we went to see a concert. Ideal
nothing
18.06.2026
Great place definitely would stay there again.
Everything was just perfect the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Can't find any faults.
18.06.2026
Great stay, deposit process needs reviewing
room, breakfast, bed and staff were great
a deposit of £100 was held in my bank account, I was told that the charges from the bar would be deducted and the balance paid back. I was charged the full value of the charges straight away and 4 days later am waiting for the 'pending' transaction to be released. This is very frustrating and not what was agreed with the reception team
17.06.2026
Superb value, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable.
Very clean, comfortable, good sized room. Lovely friendly staff at Reception and in the breakfast room. Super breakfast, really excellent. Huge carpark. Would definitely stay here again when I am next in the area.
