Need to get new towels. Towels are like sandpaper and look brown instead of white.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and courteous, our cleaning maid (Erica) was wonderful and provided all we needed. We were close to the centro historico. They were able to organize tours for a very reasonable price. AND the breakfast/dining room area was very clean.

I like the service there at holiday inn the beds are comfortable. I don't like the towels are too old the hotel is getting old they need to upgrade the rooms. the carpet have been the same as I remember. I order food I liked half of all the items I ordered. I love the french frieds yes but everything else I dint like

It’s only just ok, nothing too great… got a room with no AC but then I was moved to one with an AC and a view. Stayed in a suite, the room was big and had a good view of Ave Juarez once we got moved.

I traveled with my wife and 12 yoa son. We loved how the rooms were spacious and also how the staff was very accommodating. A few issues we noticed was the our room didn’t have a mini fridge and the couple we travelled with had one in theirs. Also, we had to ask for additional towels because our room had two when it was for up to four people. Other than that, we had no issues.

Love that hotel, we stay there every single time we go to GDL i just dont like that the tour van we rent for our big group of 17 doesn’t fit in the hotel parking and theres not other options for us like the hotel having a contract with another parking places where we could take it, so we have to go park it very far than get an uber or taxi back

The lobby looks nice but once you exit elevator to go to your room, it looks outdated and rooms are also outdated. On our last day we found a dead roach under the bed.

The property location is excellent if you're interested in the historical Centro area. Everything in the Centro area is walkable from the hotel. Lots of historical buildings and museums in this neighborhood. Mid-level to cheap shopping options are also available.

Comfortable bed with great pillows. Zero sound proofing. Teenagers running & screaming in the halls till almost midnight & hotel staff never shows any concern. 10 day stay & never once was I greeted entering/leaving the hotel. There must be better options in downtown Guadalajara

The location is perfect, everything is just a couple of minutes walking, the hotel was dirty and outdated, the shower towels were rough and old, bed linens were dingy and dirty, the hallway brown carpet was very old and dirty

Dated hotel. Not disability friendly. Can’t access the restaurant without using stairs and the laundry also can’t be accessed using stairs. Our room also has steps in it which made getting into the room and bathroom difficult. Everyone was friendly, food in restaurant was good, although I’ve never seen pepperoni or hotdogs at a breakfast buffet! The towels have to be at least 20 years old - rough, stained, greyish white. Othe rcouple we met ended up buying their own towels and washing them instead. Very noisy on main drag too. Couldn’t escape the noise.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I’ve stayed at other hotels in this area and so far this has been the most spacious room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The shower had nice hot water. Only thing the space from the toilet to the shower was a little tight.

Not Recommending
Was originally given a room, king size bed but as I walked in I noticed the loud noise from a vent. I requested to change my room since it’s impossible to sleep with the vent sound. I was told that he can’t change the room because I already used the toilet to pee. That’s the most ridiculous reason I’ve ever hear. I insisted and finally got a transfer. It shouldn’t be an issue to change but the hotel it like one.

The property is old and needs to upgrade, replace curtains and the parking is extremely limited, spaces are very narrow and the access way from the hotel to the parking lot is not handicapped friendly.

Older building but you could tell they took pride in their guests experience. Very clean, daily room cleaning. House keeping respected when we didn’t want the service. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. Every employee we encountered was pleasant. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Right in the center of downtown. Will be staying again.

Javier, and Pepe give guest, exceptional service in every aspect, whether it be tours, restaurant recommendations, bell boy service. You name it they do it. They recommended Pedro to us as a private driver for 6 of us. Pedro made us feel super safe and took us to cities nearby where we wouldn't have went on our own. The breakast is delicious and staff at the restaurant ROCKS! The girl that makes omelets needs help, she ROCKS but we feel she works way too hard, needs assistance. Recommend this place only because of people we named. Front desk ladies need to be more friendly and willing to help.

Bell boy was rude . Seemed like he didn’t want to be there.not helpful at all. Like we were an inconvenience. Sheets and pillow where stained and the towels where event new white.
