Location was good only
Old and noice… small ceiling

Pictures do some of the rooms!
Location. 1 min walk to the Ortakoy seaside.
We stayed one night with my daughter. The room we got was nothing like the pictures. The pictures show a modern design but we had a room with outdated furniture; chairs with visible stains, dust in every corner and stains all over the door and walls. We arrived late and with a kid, I didn’t wanna look for a new place. We ended up staying in Ortakoy another week but at a different property.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near everything you might need during your stay, such as the ferry and public transport. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly ,special thanks to them for their help throughout my stay

Pleasant
Staff was very friendly and great location
The invoice was mistakenly charged twice – once by the hotel and once by Booking. The hotel owner was not helpful with the refund process and only after repeatedly following up with Booking did the issue start to be resolved.

Great location, Great value, very comfortable.
Nice boutique, shabby chic style.
Very clean, but some recent repair work left a very musty smell in the bathroom that dissipated over the days I stayed.
Comfortable bed, quality linens and towels.
Hotels (buildings in general in Turkey) do not have much sound insulation. Noise will be dictated by who's in the rooms around you. I got very, very lucky.
The location of Hot is right in the centre of Ortakoy but just off the main road, 3 mins walk to the mosque on the Bosphorous, I did not get disturbed by traffic noise once. I had five nights of excellent VFM.
The smell in the bathroom and the shower door needed a little attention as it wouldn't shut properly. And a slightly better shower head.
These issues did not detract from my comfort and for the money I do not think anyone would complain.

odada petek olmasına rağmen çok soğuktu camdan soğuk geliyordu duşa kabinin kapağı yoktu

Not good but for ortaköy location nice
We didnt stay at the same room in the pictures. They help to carry our luagage upstairs. Room wsnt clean and didnt get much clean rather than trashes and when we asked for different sheets. There is no sound cancelation. Room is generally old. Price was okey but i would recommend different options. Location was great tho

Very nice ambience and very warm hosts. Located in the immediate vicinity of the ferry. Therefore ideal. However, the neighborhood is quite noisy at night. But absolutely recommended.

Fantastic
Property is nice and cozy, value for money near the bus station and a lot of restaurants, the owner of the property is very friendly and gentleman and also “Shahinaz” the house keeper was very nice and friendly.

It's the perfect hotel in a perfect location. Water and ferry station few minutes walk, stores, restaurants, bus stops, everything you want right there. It's in the middle of the action yet very safe and clean. Rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, nice shower, water kettle, Coffe, tea and drinking water every day. I loved it. And "Ali" made it even more special, super friendly and welcoming.

Rahat
Konser için gelmiştik. Odalar rahat ve temiz. Ulaşımı kolay. Döşemelerin içindeki dekorlara bayıldık. Sadece klima calismiyordu ama ısıtıcı verdiler.

Safe hotel
I really liked the stay at the place, it felt very homely, the hotel managers are very friendly and try to give you the attention at all times.
I traveled alone and they were very respectful of my stay there, I recommend it too much.

Herkeze tavsiye ede bilicem bir Otel .

Exceptional
Quite tiny, but really comfortable room. Everything was really clean. I really like the design of the room and shared area. There is historical building located in very good place. In just few minutes by walking you may reach crowded locations with many restaurants and cafe's. Also, just in 2 minutes you may reach a ferry boat piers.

Okay for its low prices
The inn is located in a convenient location. Near to the main road, Ortaköy jetty, and bus stop. This is simple old building with rooms over 2 floors. The ceiling is low especially in the tiny bathroom. Be prepared to crane your neck if you are close to 6 feet tall. Sound proofing is non existent, but they do provide ear plugs. You may need it if you are a light sleeper. AC blows directly at the bed and it can get either too cold or too warm quickly.

Great location, you get what you pay for, worth for a short stay
You get what you pay for, a decent sized room with a small washroom. The beds were big and comfy. the daily staff was very friendly and helpful even walked us to some restaurants . Location is great and in close proximity to a lof of things that you could just walk to. Overall would recommend for short stay
There was a foul smell in the shower that was quite unbearing, but i do think this is an issue with Istanbul in general because of their complicated yet old sewage system. We were charged extra - so check your credit cards- with a bit of a conversation and claiming it was because of the exchange rate- they did rectify it and gave us back money in liras. The location is great, but it comes with traffic- if you need to get there with a taxi- be prepared to walk extra to get a taxi that is not going to scam you because you're in the busiest part

Superb
Very cosy appartment with brilliant host- he waits until almost midnight for us! Thank you.
Inside the small hotelbis a Cafè-Bar where you can have fresh brewn coffee in the morning.
little bit hard to find

great price great location good hotel
I love the location. very close to the Ortaköy mosque and ferry boat terminals, great restaurants nearby ( must try: pizano pizzeria and Ortaköy kasabi ) the hotel was on the ground floor so it was very convenient for me to get in and out of my room. good enough facilities, could be cleaner but they do provide quite a bit of accessories to go along with your stay like throwaway slippers and towels etc. really worth the price
it’s really loud outside my room as I had the ground floor room, and not only that you can also hear all the music playing on the street and the street is right outside my window. it’s very noise and hard to sleep
15.06.2023
Exceptional
Small and family type hotel with personal approach to each guest.
23.04.2023

Great location in the centre of Istanbul with many shops and restaurants around. From here it’s easy to reach any place

Wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage.

Immer wieder gerne.

Superb
Nice and cozy room. The staff is very helping. There is a great coffee place downstairs. Location is pretty touristic, so a lot of cafes and shops nearby.
There was a disturbing noise from the street at night.
22.09.2022
Temiz, tatli ve rahat bir yer. Tek sorun denilebilecek nokta etrafta cok ses olabiliyor ve sesler odalardan odalara bayagi geciyor.
19.09.2022
commenti eccessivamente positivi
Leggendo i commenti mi sembra che siano eccessivamente positivi. Considerarlo "favoloso" è proprio voler prendere in giro le persone. Un posto semplice, normale, senza troppe pretese, anzi....
16.08.2022
poor Condition
Near Besiktas
This place is old and uncomfortable. Very noisy and bad spot. No elevators or easy access.
No soundproof
No amenities
This is like one night place for very low budget people.
10.08.2022
Totally it is great to be there.
The location is perfect, close to tourist area. Unless the property does not offer breakfast but you have bunch of option for any kind of breakfast and food. you can find perfect restaurants nearby. Almost everything you need is there.
The area is a bit crowded specially at the weekends.
09.08.2022
Perfect place to stay. Amazing Staff, Close to Centre, Perfect Coffee shop on Doorstep. Would recommend anyone to stay i
Great Staff, Good Location - Perfect Coffee shop on Doorstop!
Nothing.

Immer wieder gerne!

Warm welcome, cosy room, super clean bathroom and a nice quiet night’s sleep in the middle of the city. Ali is a credit to the hotel! Thank you.

Pleasant Stay
Very Clean, Hygienic, Cheerful and very Helpful Personnel, in the center of ORTAKOY which is the one of wonderful place must seen in the world. Budget, Hygiene, Quality Performance...

İstanbul 'a ikinci gelişim.

21.02.2020
Very clean and cute place, friendly staff and insanely close the sea side in the heart of Ortakoy. Highly recommended.
08.11.2019

Sorunsuz konaklama,guleryuzlu insanlar :)
Odamiz son derece temizdi, her sey sorunsuzdu :) cok cok tesekkurler.gonul rahatligiyla kalinabilir
22.09.2019
25.08.2019
CIt was good everything. Centered and budget accomodition.
27.11.2018
I loved it.
When I bought this budget holiday I prepared myself to stay in a hotel without any luxuries, and this was exactly what I found; Simple, a bit stingy with toilet paper, just about clean, a bit noisy because of the squeaky old wood stare cases, so on. But what I wasn’t expecting were to stay a very old lovely Ottoman house with original features and some extra eclectic decorations; comfortable bed; very friendly and helpful staff; staying in the middle of amenities; being two minutes walk away from Bosphorus and seaside coffee houses and more. I enjoyed it and loved it. Thank you.
