Excellent value, great air con.
The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and most importantly the air conditioning was excellent! I wouldn't have survived the heatwave without it. Staff were very friendly and polite. Location is right in the middle of the action, though the inside of the hotel was peaceful.
I have no complaints.

Good pick near Notre Dame.
Location is great. Room was ready before check in and check out time was later than most hotels, which was helpful.
Like a lot of European hotels, the shower doesn’t have a door, so the bathroom gets soaked.

Awesome location
I feel like this hotel was perfect for the price point! A little European room but comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed! The A/C was amazing in the Paris heatwave and we could see the Seine from our awesome French door window! We did not try the breakfast but I would definitely stay here again!

Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna do zwiedzania Paryża. Wszędzie blisko. Dużo restauracji i pubów w okolicy. Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne.
Jeśli ktoś jest wrażliwy na nocne hałasy dobiegające z okolicznych pubów, może się w nocy męczyć.

Mother daughter trip !
Location ! The Shakespeare book shop was right down the alley plus all great food options from Gelato to kebabs were all around the small hotel.
The rooms were a bit smaller but decent space for two small carry on bags.

Very nice hotel. I would stay again. Try to get a room away from the main street.
Breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon, croissants, yogurt. Lovely coffee. Front Desk staff were so friendly.

If/when I next travel to Paris, this hotel will be my first choice.
All the features mentioned were excellent. Having travelled from Australia, just getting here is expensive. You just don’t want to be second guessing about accommodation. You already expect that Paris will be expensive and hotel rooms small.
At Hotel Albe everything impressed me.
My room was great, including safe, coffee making, fridge. Room & bathroom both larger than many Paris hotels. Aircon, thank heavens in the 40°heatwave. Faultlessly clean and smart.
Breakfast is generous continental style. My usual choice when travelling is to eat out, but eating in was more convenient, quicker and all my choices were included.
Location is excellent, about 50 metres south of of the Seine, opposite Notre Dame de Paris. 20metres from an RER station, with direct train to CDG airport.
My only advice is, if arriving by car, enter Rue de la Harpe from northern end - that is where No.1 is, and you cannot miss HOTEL ALBE St Michel. From the other end there’s a one-way section, my taxi driver was confused and it cost a few more €s. As to the Hotel, there was nothing I could possibly dislike. The reception staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, breakfast lady delightful, and housekeeping efficient.

The location is amazing—there are so many great places to eat right outside the door.
Clean Room and amazing location. Plus, being so close to Notre-Dame and the Seine River made sightseeing incredibly easy. Everything was right at our fingertips.
We had an issue about the number of kids in the room but the reception was so helpful.
The AC unit couldn't keep up with the summer heat.

AC was amazing. I REPEAT: UH-MAZING. Bedding clean and room fresh and room stocked with everything we needed. Shower pressure great! Valuables were kept in Safe which worked and room was secure. An elevator or steps for convenience. Plenty of hangers for clothes. Appreciated that front desk had an iron and board to borrow. Breakfast was very good. I loved the French bread, fresh fruit, coffee machine and cheese selection. The staff at breakfast was so polite and really kept that area humming. I think they were the best part of the staffing experience. Front desk had a gentleman who checked us in late at night and he was a VERY hospitable worker. He provided a map and discussed the train system. What a lovely place! Great central location and within steps from Notre Dame.

An Excellent stay in a Perfect Location - no better spot from which to explore Paris
The location is awesome; the rooms are very comfortable and clean - a bit small but very nice and the showers, AC and beds are very good. The location is literally around the corner from Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter and Sainte Chapelle, and right at a Metro stop for convenience to the Eiffel Tower and other areas of Paris. We'd easily choose this for our next stay!
Some of the front desk staff were a bit less than welcoming - not sure why but they did not smile very much. One seemed to be disappointed we were able to make the reservation in a short time (we left one awful hotel that had no AC or shower, and woolen blankets in July) and were lucky enough to get a room. If we had known about Albe St. Michel we'd have chosen them FIRST, clearly. The breakfast is very nice although a bit pricey so we just ate at several great places right outside the hotel.

Ihan ok, jos sietää minihuoneen.
Kätevä lähellä RER-asemaa. Ilmastointi. Aamupala ihan jees. Kiva henkilökunta. Huone siisti, suihku erinomainen. Huoneesta löytyi minibaari, mikä oli todella kiva asia.
Vasen ranta on sijaintina kaamea turistirysä. Hotelli oli yli 300 euroa per yö ja huoneen koko 12 neliötä. Mutta eipä tuolta päin halvempaakaan saa.

Not worth the price
Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Convenient to metro
I did not like the location. It’s a very busy pedestrian street with a high noise level. Most of the restaurants in the area were tourist traps. I did not feel the cost was commensurate with the value.

La TV non era funzionante, abbiamo richiesto per 2 gg consecutivi assistenza inutilmente. Considerato i giorni di estremo caldo ci sono stati vari momenti della giornata in cui eravamo nella stanza senza poter usufruire del servizio.
Il secondo giorno non ci sono state fatte le pulizie o meglio al ritorno in camera nel pm (ore 15} ancora le pulizie non erano state effettuate ed abbiamo ricevuto telefonata per l’esecuzione del servizio (non appena ci hanno avvistato!) ma ovviamente abbiamo declinato la richiesta visto che eravamo appena rientrati per un riposo (la stanza difatti era libera dalle 9 di mattina per poter svolgere le pulizie).

Fantastic hotel in a great location
Great little hotel with superb air conditioning in a fantastic location with easy access to public transit and loads of good restaurants and stores around. The breakfast was great, rooms quiet, hotel very clean and staff helpful and friendly.
Wifi was a bit choppy and slow, but functioned.

Delightful stay
We stayed at Hôtel Albe Saint Michel from 15 to 19 June 2026. The hotel was a great centrally located base for our explorations of Paris. We were very pleased with our room which was on the first floor and had a bathtub as we had requested. There was also a kettle and a mini fridge / minibar in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the double room was spacious enough for us. And as the daytime temperature outside was 30⁰C–36⁰C during our stay, we were very pleased that the hotel had good air conditioning, therefore we were able to get a good sleep.

Location: Near the subway, Seine river, and it's a fun neighborhood. Quite modern and useful facilities in the bedroom.
Noise.. both the elevator and guests were heard from the bedroom. Earplugs were necessary. Breakfast was ok, overall ok. Staff could be more friendly, but it was fine.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta a 3 cuadras aproximadamente de Notre Dame.
La habitación es super ruidosa, no solo había ruido de la calle, sino que estaban arreglando la habitación de al lado y desde muy temprano se escuchaban como trabajaban. Al lado del hotel hay una construcción que tenia andamios y daba la sensación de inseguridad (nunca paso nada malo). El desagote del baño estaba al ras del piso y la bacha del baño se tapó el último día.

Not worth the money!
I have never, in all my years of travel been in a room as small as this room was! For the price paid i would at least expect a room where two people can move around without bumping into eachother! No place to sit; nothing as advertised. Front desk personnel very un welcoming. Only upside - the room and hotel was clean - never again!

Wir waren von Freitag bis Samstag im Hotel Albe Saint Michel zu Gast. Das Hotel ist super. Gute Lage nettes Personal auch das Frühstück (war inklusive gebucht) hat nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Es gab Speck / Rührei / sogar 4 Minuten Eier konnten man sich selbst zubereiten. Unser Zimmer Top. Bad mit Regendusche was will man mehr.
Einziges kleines Manko: abends ist es trotz geschlossener Fenster laut. Das Stimmengewirr aus dem Quartier Latin und deren Bars / Restaurants / Takeaways ist bis in den Morgen gut zu hören. Auch war bei uns die "Party Musik" aus den Clubs der Straße Rue de la Harpe bis ca. 3.00 Uhr morgens deutlich zu vernehmen. Wenn das aber nicht stört, der ist hier gut untergebracht.

La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, a pochi passi dalla RER e dalla metro, in pieno centro, molto comoda per passeggiare a piedi per Saint germain, quartire latino e ile de la Cite. La stanza è piccolina, negli standard parigini ma il bagno è comodo. Abbiamo vuto un piccolo disguido in stanza ma lo staff ha subito rimediato e ci ha offerto la colazione. Sono molto gentili.
