Friendly small hotel

J’ai passée un super beau séjour dans cet hôtel . Je le recommande.
L’hôtel est très bien situé juste en face de la gare , la chambre était bien propre et calme,le personnel était très sympathique notamment Nadia avec une autre dame à l’accueil m’ont super bien accueilli et merci encore pour le geste .

La camera non ha l’aria condizionata. Avevamo un ventilatore in camera con il quale era impossibile dormire per il rumore che faceva, idem aprendo la finestra, la vostra camera era affacciata sulla strada e durante tutta la notte c’era chiasso.

Établissement vieillot, chambre très étroite et climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, propreté limite.
Climatisation, propreté absence de parking sauf un parking privé à 500 m très cher, 21 € pour la nuit ce qui aggrave le prix de l'hébergement !!! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel ! Sauf le personnel agréable.

The long and short the price-quality is okay, the hotel smells good, however the cleaness can be improved.
The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is facing the Cannes railway station and its basically located some steps away from the old center. You can move very easily everywhere. The staff was helpful and kind, during the night I had a problem and they imidiattely changed my room and refunded me the next morning.
Had a small problem with a bug during the night in one room. But the staff members took initiative and provided assistance right away.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait, en face de la gare, et on arrive rapidement à la plage ou aux restaurants/bars.

Pour ma part j’ai eu à changer de chambre 2 fois car la 1er chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la deuxième chambre les rideaux n’étaient pas adaptés c’est a dire que des 6h 7h du matin la lumière du soleil me dérangeais et j’avais du mal à dormir j’ai demandé aux personnels de changer de rideaux mais ça été impossible
J’ai souvent dormis dans des hôtels mais je ne conseillerais à personne de dormir là bas je n’ai pas pas eu une bonne expérience dans cet hôtel

Séjour très bien !! Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la responsable.
L'hôtel était bien placé, en rapport qualité/prix rien à dire...
Au niveau du petit déjeuner, quelques améliorations peuvent être apportées...en comparaison avec d'autres hôtels où je suis allée pour 20 euros d'écart sur la note, il y avait des céréales, du fromage blanc, du fromage, charcuterie mieux, des fruits...
Isolation à améliorer....

Let’s start off by saying I have no clue how this is rated 7.9. It is FAR from that standard. I do not usually ever write these reviews but this one is so deserved.
The room was very dirty, there was hair underneath the sheets EVERYWHERE, blood stains, and even insects crawling out from the bed at night. I wish I was joking but unfortunately I am not. See the photos! I can confirm that I wasn’t the only one having this same issue as I heard one neighbour from my room calling reception to inspect the room and another as I walked by reception. I am not sure what “cleaning” they are doing.
To top it all off they couldn’t move me to another room and the hotel refused to reach an agreement with booking.com after I complained! But hey at least I got a $10 refund!
Finally, shower head was broken and the breakfast was literally just stale croissants and warm juice, and they advertise it on their website as “Pastries, eggs, yogurts, fruits, cakes and many other products will enhance your tray” It’s quite honestly a joke. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here, even if it’s a cheaper alternative. You’ll end up frustrated and spending unnecessary amounts of time trying to get basic issues fixed.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura tramite Booking, ma l'esperienza è stata talmente negativa da costringerci a chiedere il rimborso e cambiare hotel il giorno stesso dell'arrivo.
Ecco i motivi della nostra fortissima insoddisfazione:
Ritardo e bugie dello staff: Il check-in era previsto per le 15:00. Al nostro arrivo la stanza non era pronta. Lo staff ci ha mentito dicendo che le pulizie erano già in corso, quando in realtà sono iniziate solo alle 15:10 (situazione documentata da noi con dei video che testimoniano gli orari reali). La camera ci è stata consegnata alle 15:40. Trenta minuti sono insufficienti per garantire una pulizia igienica.
Aria condizionata guasta: Appena entrati in camera l'aria condizionata non funzionava. La direzione era palesemente già a conoscenza del guasto, ma ha fatto finta di nulla. Solo dopo le nostre insistenze hanno chiamato un tecnico, il quale ha rifiutato di intervenire perché era sabato (in stanza c'erano 29 gradi... da star male!)
Mancanza di assistenza e professionalità: Di fronte ai disservizi, la signora alla reception si è dimostrata totalmente immobile e non professionale. Continuava a ripetere che non poteva fare assolutamente nulla e che dovevamo tenerci la stanza così com'era, senza proporre alcuna soluzione.
Posizione e sicurezza: L'hotel si trova in un angolo mal frequentato. La nostra camera era al piano terra e non abbiamo mai potuto aprire la finestra a causa della presenza costante di un clochard proprio sotto l'infisso.
Gestione del cliente: Abbiamo dovuto protestare animatamente per oltre mezz'ora prima che la struttura decidesse finalmente di annullare la prenotazione e restituirci i soldi.
Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata. Mancanza totale di professionalità, onestà e comfort.

Meine sehr spontane Buchung (halbe Stunde vor Check in) war kein Problem und der Herr an der Rezeption war extrem freundlich und behilflich bei meinen Problemen.
Um zum Bahnhof zu kommen muss man lediglich über die Straße gehen und ist direkt da, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ähnlich nahe.
Mein Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank, was mich ebenfalls sehr gefreut hat.

Location was great, between the station and la croisette. Right in the centre of cannes.
Room was small, safe was locked and couldn't be opened. Fridge didn't cool much. Shower was fine but water leaking under shower screen. We only stayed one night which was OK but too small for a long stay. On departure the lift didn't work so for breakfast and our luggage we had to use stairs. On 4th floor so not great.

Very well located, walking distance to the Croisette. Train station is literally across de road. We went during the Cannes festival, so we were able to enjoy the night cinema on the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Very friendly staff. Having a fridge in the bedroom was a nice touch.
The cleanliness could be improved.

Gute Klimaanlage. Nah zum Bahnhof und Filmfestspielen. Sauber.
Zimmerblick in Hinterhof, wenig und eher sterile Ausstattung, Bilder stimmen nicht mit Webseite überein, absolut überteuert. Kein Frühstück im teuren Preis inbegriffen. Kein Wasser, Kaffee/Teefacilities auf dem Zimmer. Hoher Badewanneneinstieg.
