Excellent hotel in a great area of Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There are plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby.
I would especially like to thank the owner, Muhamed. He is a very kind, helpful, and trustworthy person. He was always available, answered all my questions, and helped whenever I needed assistance.
Thanks to this level of hospitality, you feel like more than just a guest — you feel genuinely welcome. If I visit Istanbul again, I will definitely stay here.

Wij verbleven 5 dagen in dit hotel met mijn moeder en dochter. Een zeer familievriendelijk hotel waar wij ons veilig en prettig hebben gevoeld. Alles was goed verzorgd en de sfeer was fijn en gastvrij.
Een speciaal compliment aan meneer Göksel voor zijn vriendelijkheid en uitstekende service. Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen!

The property was pretty clean, well-maintained, the bed was comfortable.
What I didn’t like is not the property itself but its location. No subway station nearby. In terms to reach the closest one by walk, you need to walk for more than 15 mins on steep streets which turns your vacation to an exercise. I still rate the hotel with 10/10 because it worth it.

Great location, kind staff, right at the heart of the city!
The room was perfect for two, spacious bed, and the couch was comfortable. Had all the amenities I was looking for, and a mini bar so I was quite impressed, all for a good price.
The room type that I got pretty much had most of the things I needed. I picked this place due to the area, which was excellent. Everyone can say the standard could be higher sure but for a 3 star hotel it met my expectations.

1 enkelt personale kunne godt blive oplæret hvordan man kommuniker i service nuviue med kunderne. Hvilket det ikke skal gå udover hotellet eller andet personale men da det kun var en jeg var utilfreds med hans kommunikation måde.

素晴らしい立地と眺めのお部屋！
今回予約したお部屋がほんとに素晴らしく、家具や内装もまだ新しい！部屋も想像以上に広く、ずっと居たくなつまてしまいました！
受付のアリさんは、いつも温かく出迎えてくれて、とても丁寧でフレンドリー！
部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、今回同じような価格帯のホテルに4カ所滞在しましたが、こちらのHotel Bosforaが圧倒的に1番でした！
立地も良いので、カフェや買い物に行くのにとても便利！

It is value for money, very spacious room
The room we got was on the -1 floor, there was a lot of noise from the bar as well as the AC unit outside our room. Generally the area is noisy, but you are better off with a room on a higher floor

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich besonders hervorzuheben und Danken möchte ich Herrn Atinc Atakan, er hat immer gute Tipps und ein Lächeln und freundlich Worte für uns. Das Zimmer war groß und wir auf den Bildern. Insgesamt war die Lage und die Umgebung wirklich sehr schön, es gibt mehre Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig. Der Marktplatz von Beksiktas ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bei unseren nächsten Istanbul Aufenthalt wieder dort buchen.
Es gab keine negativen Punkte.

Sehr zentral gelegen, freundlicher Service, moderne Zimmer.
Tolle Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sehr netter Service, unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Heizung mit AC.
Es war ziemlich kalt im Januar - da wäre eine wärmere Bettdecke wünschenswert gewesen.

The staff were not very helpful or welcoming. My partner and I woke up late, around 4pm, and by that time the cleaner had already finished our floor, so our room wasn’t cleaned. When we went downstairs to explain this to reception, the staff member said, “Well, look at the time, they won’t be here now.” I explained that they were still in the building, just on a different floor, and that I didn’t need a full clean — just fresh towels and the essentials. Unfortunately, he wasn’t helpful at all.
When we first checked in, there was no one at the reception desk and we had to wait about 10 minutes. When someone finally came out, he wasn’t polite and didn’t apologise for the wait. If you’re someone who values good customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Other than that, the stay was okay.
Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. The duvet kept coming undone, which made it difficult to sleep.

GöKSEL IS THE BEST RECEPTIONIST EVER! i rarely leave feedbacks but this is BEST EXPERIENCE. Please increase salary for this guy. First he hold securely our staff while we were in the city and then he ordered cheap taxi for our flight back home. Always was gentle and responsive with our questions. Literaly saved us money and a lot of nerves.

Расположение отеля просто шикарное. Рядом находятся магазины, а все основные достопримечательности — в шаговой доступности. Мы ходили пешком по 30–40 минут. Можно легко дойти до дворца Бахче, а оттуда, немного отдохнув, спокойно прогуляться до Голубой мечети и Галатапорта.
Мы остановились на последнем этаже. Номер был очень уютный. Нас было четверо, и номер идеально подошёл для такого количества гостей. За свою стоимость отель считаю отличным вариантом.
Отдельно хочу отметить работу персонала. У нас возникла проблема с таксистом, и парень по имени Али с ресепшена очень нам помог. Также, когда возникли сложности с доставкой еды, он всё перевёл, объяснил и помог решить вопрос — за что ему огромное спасибо.
В номере была своя терраса с потрясающим видом. Мы встретили здесь Новый год, и это было незабываемо.
Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, особенно если есть возможность остановиться на последнем этаже, в номере 701.

Bien, pero con mal olor
Habitación muy amplia y diseñada con gusto. Ubicación buena, a cinco minutos andando de toda la zona de restaurantes y tiendas.
Al cabecero de la cama no se le había quitado el polvo en meses, lo limpié yo antes de dormir. El baño olía muy mal, lo dijimos en recepción y la solución fue darnos un pulverizador de olores. El olor ha sido muy desagradable, recomiendo que solucionéis ese problema ya que, salvo por eso, el resto cumple una buena relación calidad-precio. El colchón es bastante blando, no lo recomiendo para personas con problemas de espalda.

Comfort e cortesia a Istanbul (Besiktas)
Purtroppo la colazione non è prevista perchè immagino non abbiano una cucina e una sala ristoro, ma in camera c'erano bollitore con disponibilità di thè e caffé inoltre il frigobar era fornitissimo con bevande di vario genere. Posizione ottimale ad una mezz'oretta a piedi da Taksim, nello splendido e vivace quartiere di Besiktas e vista su parte del Bosforo, almeno dalla mia stanza. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale in particolare Goksel che mi ha accolto al mio arrivo.
Con la colazione sarebbe il top, poi forse l'ingresso non è molto visibile dalla strada
