Wonderful hotel and neighborhood in Paris
Thirst time staying at Nicolo and it has been wonderful every time. The staff is fabulous, the rooms are clean and comfortable and have A/C which is a huge bonus in Paris. The location is spectacular- wonderful neighborhood and so close to the Eiffel Tower, metro - very walkable.

Nice, quiet and cozy
The hotel is located in a good area. They're a lot of shops in the area. During the night there is nothing going on. The stay was nice and quiet. Their breakfast is small but did the job. The staff was friendly. One thing I didn't like was the locked thermostat at 23 c. This made the room a bit humid at night. A walk to the tower is 22 minutes, and to the metro 12 minutes passy station. I would recommend this hotel for a nice, quiet and cozy stay.

Great little hotel in Paris with great location
My family of four loved this little hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king suite with kind bed and two twins. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was lovely- we were there during an extreme heat wave so the temp was set for us for two nights, but it was still comfortable. They did provide us with an outlet converter and also helped set up a taxi for an early ride to the train station. Location was within walking distance of market, several restaurants and shops and the Eiffel Tower. Also just a 6 minute walk to Metro. Would highly recommend especially for a family looking for a room with some space.

Absolutely amazing!!
The receptionist was amazingly welcome, the bed was comfortable, they're only four rooms at least on my floor so it was quiet, the rooms were decorated beautifully, it was awesome to see the Eiffel Tower at night and sparkling from the room, the breakfast was amazing.

A gem in the 16th arr.
We have been coming to Nicolo for 30 years now for the great location, charming rooms and helpful staff. This trip did not disappoint and the renovation (which brought air conditioning!) was welcome given the record breaking heat. New ownership from the early days but truly exceptional staff still today.

The staff are kind and were very helpful.
Perfect for visiting the OECD, or for a vacation in a quieter neighborhood.

Love staying here
This was our second time staying in hotel Villa Nicole. The staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The area is safe and peaceful with lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops all very close by. It’s not crazy busy like some other neighbourhoods as the 16th arr is more locals than tourists. It is also an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower either via Trocadero or the Bir Hakeim bridge and close to the metro too. We love it and will definitely be back.

Perfect location
This charming, hidden gem was wonderful for our 5 nights in Paris. We were a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great value, location and staff to make your Paris visit perfect
We thought that the staff was extremely helpful, especially Rachid, who helped with arranging an early morning cab, dinner reservations, and anything else we needed. His kindness and friendliness made it feel like home. The location was very lovely, in a quiet neighborhood but filled with anything you would want in Paris.
We weren’t fans of the linens, which were not sheets but a heavier material. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room was very nice. The AC kept up during the heat wave too.

Great location, clean rooms, and exceptional staff
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Rashid at the reception, who was very kind, professional, and always ready to assist us. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Lovely Respite in Paris!
Loved this small, boutique hotel with charming bar area. Bedroom was decent size and decorated very nicely. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Location was a bit out-of-the-way on the right bank and we needed to walk several blocks for the metro. Just a heads up for seniors in inclement weather.
The breakfast room was basic ( breakfast itself was good) which was surprising in this otherwise smart hotel.

Great stay at Villa Nicolo
I really love the beautiful rooms. All rooms are very nicely decorated, and the hotel atmosphere makes it feel like home. The comfortable beds are also worth mentioning. Nice assortiment at breakfast. Lastly, the staff is very kind and helpful!

Es ist sauber und ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage. War sehr zufrieden.
Die Stockwerke sind nicht direkt mit dem sehr kleinen Lift zu erreichen, man muss noch über Stufen gehen. Schwierig bei schwerem Gepäck.

Great little hotel in a great location
Villa Nicolo is exactly what we were looking for. This is a quaint, small hotel in a quiet neighborhood which becomes quite lively during the day. Yet, we were only a 20 minute walk tot he Eiffel Tower. The location was perfect for close access to the Metro/RER stations, both just a few blocks away. There are cafes, pastry shops, & shopping all within close walking distance. The desk staff were very helpful with dinner suggestions, information on the Metro/RER, arranged for transport back to the airport, & were extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend and would return in the future.

Lovely hotel at nice location
Great thanks to Villa Nicolo! I stayed for couple of nights on my business trip and everything went very well and smoothly. Rooms are clean, service is good as well is breakfast. No complaints whatsoever from my part! Can easily recommend Villa Nicolo.

Boutique hotel in a residential upscale neighbourhood. No perks or bathroom amenities which was disappointing.
Good secure location. Close to cafes, high end shops and good restaurants. Easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower.
Lack of room amenities. No shampoo or conditioner. Only one container of soap that I was told was adequate for hair too. No shower cap, lotion etc. No small capsules of milk in room to go with instant coffee. Given the amount paid for 2 night stay at this boutique hotel, I would have expected a few perks such as complimentary continental breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Beautiful and comfortable stay

Die Lage war fantastisch, trotz der zentralen Lage konnte man den Verkehr nicht hören. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück schmeckte gut. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück für 16 Euro / Person war viel zu teuer. Ich kann verstehen, wenn man für Erwachsene diesen Preis verlangt, aber für Kinder hätte es eine Preisreduktion geben müssen.
Zudem hatten wir unglaublich laute Nachbarn, die in der Nacht "rumgetrampelt" sind und wir dadurch 2 Nächte lang nicht schlafen konnten. Obwohl wir dies an der Rezeption meldeten, änderte sich nichts am Lärm.

Lovely spacious room, with kids beds in separate area to the master bed. Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Room was very hot despite us turning all the radiators off. Bath filled up when having a shower. Breakfast a bit overpriced.

Good location, good value
We stayed at hotel Nicolo for a few days in January 2026. My main criteria when booking was a stylish interior and a safe and convenient location, this had both.
The hotel doesn’t look much from the street, but inside has a lovely little courtyard and stylish decor. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a small issue with the tv in our room not working, but it was resolved very quickly. They also suggested a lovely bistro nearby for dinner which was excellent.
Our room and bathroom were not big, but were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extra, and was continental buffet style with good choice for the price.
Location wise, it was 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, where there is a Batobus (boat bus) stop, which was convenient for navigating around the city. I’d heard some areas of Paris were not very nice, hotel Nicolo is situated in Passy, which is a safe area, full of boutique type clothes and shoe shops. Not a vast array of cafes or bistros, but a few nice ones.
We ate locally a couple of times, but mainly ate out in the touristy areas whilst we were out and about.
I would have liked a bigger room and bathroom, and more cafes etc. nearby, but I know that would have been a lot more expensive having looked at quite a few hotels online. Overall, we were very happy with our choice for the price we paid and the amount of nights we stayed. I would recommend.

An excellent hotel in Passy
We stayed in the hotel on 19th January to the 23rd. The hotel is located in Passy which is a really nice area and a great location as it’s five minutes walk to the metro and 10 minutes or so walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and gave us some tips on where to go and helped us a little with our French. We were given the choice to be upgraded to a suite on our arrival as the rooms weren’t quite ready. The suites were lovely and very nicely decorated and also cleaned daily . If i was to come back to paris i would definitely choose to stay here. Thank you for making a memorable trip to Paris
