Good little hotel in convenient area close to good restaurants
Very friendly small hotel, in a good location and 9 mins from RER station and very close to local shops. The staff were lovely.
Very little. Might have used air-con but it wasn't yet switched on. Breakfast basic and quantity minimised so you had to ask for more and scrambled eggs seemed a bit press and ping.

Good location and courteous staff, but an unresolved hygiene complaint and disappointing complaint handling overshadowed
The hotel is well located, the staff were generally courteous, and the room was relatively comfortable.
During my stay, I discovered what I believed to be a bed bug in my room. I first experienced significant itching and discomfort and later found an insect in the bedding which I photographed and reported to the hotel. Following this discovery, I inspected the room more closely and became concerned about the condition and cleanliness of certain bedding and sleeping areas.
I immediately raised the matter with the hotel and subsequently submitted a formal complaint, supported by photographs. The hotel later informed me that an inspection had been carried out and that no bed bugs had been found. However, despite several exchanges with management, we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution of the matter.
Regardless of the outcome of the inspection, the incident caused considerable anxiety and affected the enjoyment of the remainder of my stay. I was particularly disappointed by the way the complaint was ultimately resolved, as I did not feel that my concerns were adequately addressed. The unresolved nature of the issue unfortunately overshadowed what would otherwise have been a positive stay.

Super séjour
Très propre et joli, on s'y sent bien.
On dirait une sorte de maison !
Le personnel est gentil, respectueux et efficace.
Bouilloire avec thé + infusion + café, très appréciable !
Super climatisation.
Pourrait être plus calme, et la paroi pliante de la douche ne tenait pas bien.
Autrement, tout était super !

Literie confortable et très bien situé. Tarif imbattable pour la qualité et chambre avec de l'espace.

Mon fils m'a accompagnée jusqu'à l'hotel et nous avons pu boire un café avant qu'il ne reparte .Le matin de mon arrivée j'ai pu déposer ma valise.J'ai apprécié le mini bar dans la chambre
On ne peut pas employer le mot pas apprécié ,ce n'est qu'une remarque ,je n'avais pas trouvé le tarif papier des boissons mais ce n'est qu'un détail

Paris has lots of awful hotels, but Vivaldi definitely is not one of them
There are some hotels that treat their guests as if they are a nuisance, but Hotel Vivaldi is definitely not one of those hotels.
The main reason why I liked Hotel Vivaldi is the staff. They instinctively try to say Yes, rather than looking for reasons to say No.
The hotel was clean. The room wasn't big, but it was comfortable and warm. The wifi worked well. Tea and coffee in the room. The price was reasonable for Paris.
Vivaldi is about 15 minutes' walk from the metro, Line 1, which goes through the main tourist areas. It is in a decent and safe area.
The breakfast was okay, but if the hotel wanted to raise a four-star review to five, then that is an area that could be improved quite easily.
Would I stay again? Yes, definitely. They made me feel welcome and that is the first thing I look for. Other hotels, take note; it really isn't that difficult to treat your guests like... well, guests, really.

Bonito hotel con personal muy amable
Desayuno completo y suficiente. El personal muy amigable y con amplio conocimiento de lenguaje, dispuesto a ayudar.
La ubicación al principio pensé que era lejos pero está muy cerca de la estación de trenes Puteox, la cual es muy bonita y se ve segura.
Las habitaciones para una persona son bastante pequeñas, pero dado que yo tenía equipaje grande me dieron un upgrade de habitación. Estoy muy agradecida de la ayuda.

I found the Vivaldi Hotel, where I stayed, clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom was very small, and I had difficulty showering and using the toilet.
The bathroom is an important part of a visitor's stay, as well as sleeping.

Personeel heel vriendelijk. De badkamer is heel net. Het ontbijt is prima met veel keuze.
Iets te weinig brood bij het ontbijt. De badkamer is net maar aan de krappe kant , vooral als je wat zwaarlijvig bent is de zitplaats op toilet smal.

If there is no problem, you might have an ok experience, but if there is, apparently, staff feel entitled to yell at you and treat you like they are the prison warden and you are the inmate.
To be fair, the person working the next morning was very nice and professional, as she had been before. She apologized and told me that a defect light cable was the problem. It seemed like a safety hazard to me and it was unclear since when they knew or if they had worked on it while I was not in my room.
Avoid this place, crazy things happen there
The hotel itself is less than average, my room was extremely small, no door at the toilet, not very clean, and extremely noisy.
One evening I came back and no lights in my room were working. I told the person at the reception and she said she already knew. For the next hour I sat in the dark and nothing happened. When I came back down to politely ask for a light, she was chatting on her phone and immediately got aggressive, tearing into me for inconveniencing her.
I seriously got yelled (!) at for not being able to speak French and told there was nobody who could be reached, who could communicate with me in English at all (in 2026, in Paris!). I asked to speak to a manager, she told me “I am the manager”.
The next minutes she spent typing offensive messages into her phone and shoving their translations into my face (“Who do you think you are? You do not tell me what to do”).
It was bizarre. If somebody told me, I would have said they exaggerated. For another two hours, the light did not get fixed, but she continued to be rude, coming up with reasons why this was my fault, such as my laptop charger must be the problem.
After hours, I was told to pack my things in the dark and move to an identical room one floor down, but I first had to show her that my laptop did not cause the lights to blow out.
The receptionist was so far removed from any even remotely professional conduct, it was actually frightening. If people behave this unstable and out-of-role, there is no telling what they might do next. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything even close to this.
As a hotel, how can you let this happen and have somebody out-of-control like this work there without oversight?
If you have any other option, my recommendation is to avoid this place.

Not far from La Defense area. Several shops around for basic needs.
Too tiny. Breakfast is a joke. Overated. I was deceived by the rating on booking.com. I dont know how they got so highly rated.
