Tolles und renoviertes Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Speiseauswahl und Qualität ist schon echt aussergewöhnlich. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, fühlte es sich nicht so an. Wir hatten zu Beginn ein unrenoviertes Zimmer, mit Lage zur Straße und Durchgangstür, konnten aber am dritten Tag direkt wechseln auf ein renoviertes Zimmer mit ruhiger Lage. Vielen Dank an Vera nochmal für das Engagement und das Ermöglichen!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Another brilliant week in this place!
Superb resort & hotel - it was my second stay in 3 years and it's been amazing again. The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. Incredible and restorative break - thank you to all staff for making it fantastic ????

Es war das was man für den Preis erwarten darf.. Starprestige Zimmer, 7 Nächte 3000 Euro, leider 2 mal die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt, die Matratzen total durch gelegen, katastrophal. Ansonsten gehört das Fuerteventura Ibersostar Palace zu den guten Hotels auf FUE. Personal sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich; Essensqualität ebenfalls sehr gut (die Beschriftung am Buffet lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig, was für mich als Fischeiweiß-Allergiker schlecht ist).
Minuspunkt ist die Größe des Fahrstuhls, der zu den Zimmern 10.., 20.., 30.. führt. Der ist winzig und bei unserer Abreise hat es 15 Minuten gedauert, bis wir mit 2 Personen und Gepäck auf der Lobby-Etage angekommen sind.

A lovely stay at this chilled hotel. Amazing sea views from the pool & terraces. The staff were very friendly & waiter service available to bring your AI freshly made delicious cocktails. The buffet meals had so much choice, you won’t go hungry. Nice entertainment on the terrace every evening with a chilled vibe. The hotel isn’t adult only but it has a chilled adult vibe. The sun beds had lovely comfortable cushions on and there was lots of nice places around the hotel to sit and chill. The spa was nice to visit too and very clean.

I travelled as a family and had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly - especially with my children. The food was varied and of excellent quality. The only problem I had was with exercise equipment being out of use - but that's a minor thing for an otherwise great stay.

Das Hotel war insgesamt als gut zu bewerten.
Personalmäßig gut besetzt und freundlich,sehr umsichtig und sauber.
Die Buchung über Expedia als sehr enttäuschend zu bewerten.
Die Zusatzbuchung eines Privatshuttle-Service war überteuert gegenüber dem ortsüblichen Taxitransfer.
Und das Schlimmste war eine Flugzeitänderung--insgesamt 3mal --der Fluggesellschaft Condor,die dazu führte,daß die Änderung nicht an das private Transferunternehmen weiter vermittelt wurde.
Meine Bemühungen,gerichtet an Expedia (Expedia fühlte sich nicht angesprochen!)und an die Fluggesellschaft Condor(die zumindest mir noch einmal eine Mail über die Änderung der Flugzeiten sendete,welche dann an das Transfersunternehmen weitergeleitet wurde ohne jedoch eine Antwort zu erhalten)führte dazu,daß ich die Kosten für ein Taxi zum Flughafen übernehmen musste. Ansonsten hätten wir ,da sich die Flugzeiten geändert hatten,niemals das Flugzeug mehr erreicht.
In dem Zusammenhang kann ich nur sagen,wenn sich ein Reiseunternehmen nicht im Stande fühlt,diese Änderung auf dem digitalen Wege weiterzuleiten,kann ich das Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel an bester Lage
Wir waren schon das dritte mal für 7 Tage zu Gast (Starprestige, AI). Wie bei den letzten Aufenthalten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Fraglich ist, ob Badelatschen und Shorts beim Abendessen dem tollen Ambiente gerecht werden. Bis anhin war das nicht erlaubt. Alles in allem ist es weiterhin ein tolles Hotel an unschlagbarer Lage.

I have stayed at many iberostars all over Europe but this one is NOT a 5 stars
- Check in: staff was rude, I understand they are under pressure but reception is the face of the hotel and we felt unwelcomed. We did not receive a welcome drink nor a bottle of wine. We were put in a room which we didn’t book overlooking the kids pool and the sunbeds with some sea views in between the sun beds. I booked side sea view and had to show her the options to book in expedia before she believed me. She then gave us set times for breakfast and dinner without asking us which times would suit us best and no words with regards to activities, amenities and or upgrade options were mentioned. Later on after a long travel and after a nap we called to change time of dinner and she was annoyed at us. Customer service is really bad and I am not used to that in iberostar, unfortunately will not let me book again and I am a horizon member.
food: breakfast is good, fresh orange juice. Be careful if you book half board as non alcoholic drinks are NOT included during dinner and you pay 3.2 euro’s for a soft drink.
amenities: basic, one elevator that takes you down to level 2 and 1 and when that was out of order no one had the decency to update the guests or put a sign on the elevator mentioning it’s not functioning again customer service!
Entertainment: good mainly catering for german/english tourists no spanish flavour at all.
All in all soulless hotel who needs to educate staff

We had a great holiday at the Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura. We had to remind the hotel of our VIP benefits a few times, but they came through with an upgrade as well as late checkout, which was fab. We had a sea view room on the ground floor, just above the beautiful sandy beach, and really enjoyed being able to access the beach so easily.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé avec accès direct à une très belle et grande plage. Excellente restauration, que ce soit pour la qualité des produits et le choix très varié. Points d'optimisation: température eau piscine, indications pour mieux se repérer dans l'hôtel qui est très grand.
Pour le choix des chambres, attention aux chambres vue latérale...qui donne sur une route et sont donc bruyantes même la nuit.

All good
We normally stay in much smaler hotels, so this was a new experience for us and the review might not be respresentative. For what a large hotel can offer, everything was fine and the personnel even did their best to make the experience more personal. A bit strange was a concept of spaces reserved for "iberostar premium" guests, like those who don't spend certain amount of nights with exactly this chain are second class guests. The beach is really nice though and you can get to most attractions in the southern part of the island quite conveniently.

The hotel was lovely and well situated. We found the insistence on masks both indoors and out rather surreal although we understand this is a Spanish government requirement. We were disappointed to be refused a late check out after explaining we were gold members.

7 Tage All inklusive in einem Meerblick-Zimmer.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, freundlich und immer zur Stelle wenn es Ihnen möglich ist. Leider kam oft das Gefühl auf das die Kellner stark unterbesetzt sind. Auch an der Rezeption war oftmals nur ein Ansprechpartner was bei der Gästeanzahl automatisch zu langen Wartezeiten führt.
Speisen und Getränke auf einem guten Niveau. Für Ruhe Suchende vielleicht nicht optimal da viele Familien, Abend Animationen und je nach Zimmerlage störende Geräusche am Morgen und Abend durch das Rücken der Stühle, Liegen etc. Alles in allem können wir das Iberostar empfehlen.

Decent Hotel - Worst food on the planet, literally
This is a large property with beautiful beaches. Overall maintained well. Staff mostly very good (big shout out to Yolanda at the front desk - she is amazing) with a few exceptions. pools are nice with plenty of space. However this is where the good stuff stops. Unless you book a premium room - you’ll be looking at a ditch with graffiti overlooking a highway and a burger king. The food is some of the worst I’ve ever had. Ever. Food handling procedures are poor. Temps of food are dangerously off. I sadly am writing this having just left the property with the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. Not sure how the restaurant cannot keep hot food hot or cold food cold. No one is checking temps and the quantities of food in the buffet are so large that it doesn’t turn over fast enough leaving food sitting for long periods. Don’t bother with the star prestige at this property. Makes little difference unlike some other iberostar locations. The location is remote with little around so you have no other options for food. The clientele is mostly German and staff speak German and Spanish. Many speak some English - but knowing basic Spanish goes a long way. In summary - nice property if you have the right room - generous beverages - HORRIBLE FOOD

Not at the level of others but great value
Stayed here for four days in January. We were fortunate with the weather. The hotel is on a beautiful beach, there isn't too much around it.
Check in wasn't as good as some other Iberostar's of this rating I've stayed at, a little surly and abrupt. Like checking into a Premier Inn.
They don't make it clear at all during check in what's included in all inclusive (mini-bar or spa etc) so make sure to ask if they don't as it's confusing.
Room was lovely, large TV with movies and Netflix, but has two single beds together, I think most are like this so worth noting if you're a couple.
Pools were a touch cold for the time of year but swimable. Staff here are great, bringing round treats and regularly taking drinks orders.
Spa is not worth 15 euros pp for two hours (we got a free voucher when booking). It has a lovely warm saltwater pool, but no jacuzzi, steam room smelled bad and wasn't much steam - the sauna just wasn't on at all. We were in there probably half an hour.
Gym is good and well equipped.
The main buffet restaurant was great, a wide selection of fresh food, some really healthy options, they changed it up every day. Wine was good and in general the waiting staff were brilliant.
Japanese restaurant was worthwhile, delicious food and the chefs are very entertaining, however the staff serving were a bit haphazard and didn't quite match the standard of the setting.
Entertainment was a bit Butlins, but had a charm that made us smile

Wonderful holiday, despite front desk staff
Really lovely week long stay on half-board at this beach-front hotel. The rooms and meals were excellent. The service at the front desk, however, left a lot to be desired, and the entertainment was verging on amateurish on some evenings. In contrast, the staff who cared for the rooms each day were stellar - very friendly and hugely helpful. The views from the hotel are spectacular, and the fitness offerings were wonderful - as was the instructor who could speak a half-dozen languages.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's right on the beach, 5 minutes walk to the nearest shopping centre and supermarket, 15 minutes walk from the main strip. As expected from an Iberostar Selection hotel, the food is an attraction in itself. The quality and variety are the best we have encountered on an all inclusive holiday. Only one issue, and it's one that probably affect a small portion of guests, it's the evening entertainment on the terrace. If you are an early-ish sleeper who wants to sleep before 11:30pm, you will want a room as far from the terrace as possible. During our stay, there were 2 evenings when terrace entertainment was scheduled to start at 10pm and finish at 11:30pm. One of these evenings the acts started 20 minutes late so their show ended at 11:50pm. This entertainment area is also home to a bar that opens until 1am. We had some drunk guests one night who shouted and laughed loudly until 1am. We reported this disturbance to reception twice during that evening, but I guess there is only so much they can do without having a negative effect on the drunk guests' holidays. However, on both occasions, reception sent someone to speak to the guests within 5 minutes. The following morning we were moved to one of the rooms furthest away from the main building. All the rooms in block 4 (rooms with 2nd digit "4" in their room number) overlook this terrace entertainment and bar area. Also, a few Star Prestige rooms are directly underneath this area too.

Anniversary Break
It was a perfect anniversary break for myself and my wife.
Everything was great and the arranged champagne, flowers and chocolates was in the room as preorderd.
Fabulous food and cleanliness through out. Facilities were great.
The only downside was on our last night when there was a mess up for us and 10 other people in the Japanese restaurant.
They failed to inform us that they changed the booking time but claimed they did. Yet ourselves and the whole group had not received any notification at all.
A receptionist attended the restaurant and apologised to us all and promised some kind of compensation.
We missed our last nights whole evenings entertainment as a result and when we asked about the compensation on check out the next morning, the manager came and told us we would be emailed or called at 2pm before we board our flight.
Still have heard nothing and felt like we was brushed under the carpet.
Only other dislike is mind your toes when opening the wardrobe as there is a metal spike in the floor to stop the main front door from opening on to the wardrobe! Must of stood on it about 10 times!!!
All in all was really great and would return but would appreciate if they would contact us as the promised concerning our last night.

This hotel is superb. From the moment we arrived in Reception we were looked after. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is better than most hotels we have been to with an exceptional choice. The beach is great for a really long walk and there is a running/walking track if you prefer leading to an array of duty free and fashion shops. Not sure what the nightlife is like as we were All Inclusive so didn’t really sample it. The hotel is very clean as it has been recently renovated. The room was great with a lovely sea view and a really large rain shower in the bathroom. The only gripe would be there is not much storage as the rooms don’t have many drawers or cupboards. A really handy surprise was charging points by the bed so you don’t need to use a travel plug as long as you have a cable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Mother and daughter, staying 4 nights, 5 day, all inclusive, adult only hotel.
There are two Iberostar hotels opposite each other, one is family, one is adults only.
Pros:
Staff are this hotels main asset, they were excellent.
Room was modern, clean and had everything you would expect of a 4/5 star hotel,
Hotel app available to download (not sure its that much use)
Restaurant: Food was very good and plenty of choice, white wine was surprisingly good.
Japanese restaurant was entertaining and made a change to the main restaurant,.
Plenty of very comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, although you are very close to each other.
Cons:
Lack of draw space made it impossible to put everything away and we had to use our suitcase for storage too.
Air-con very poor.
We had a side room opposite other hotel which was very noisy in the evenings as they had a disco in the bar most nights until 1am.
A map of the hotel would have been very useful, it is a bit of a warren when you go to the bedrooms or are trying to find your way around, certain lifts go to certain floors etc.,
Music in the evenings is geared towards their German guests (80%)

Lovely hotel, gorgeous beach and welcoming staff
Spent a relaxing week here with my teenage daughter. Staff very helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Food was surprisingly good with a huge range of fresh, healthy and tasty food to suit most tastes at every meal. Would recommend! We have nice sunny weather too which helped!

Great hotel with brilliant staff
We had a relaxing week with our 3 year old son. There was plenty of things for kids to do although he was mostly happy playing at the pool or the beach. The hotel was great especially the staff who were amazingly friendly and always took the time to speak to you. Would definitely return. As its at the southern tip of the island its probably worth hiring a car like we did. Also highly recommend the Oasis Park zoo which was very organised with lots to see.

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful and were really good with our son.
The room we were in was large looked out onto the kids pool but it was fairly quiet and fine for sitting oit on the balcony.
The food was good and what you would expect from buffet food. The choice could be better for breakfast and lunch but it is not bad.
We had a very relaxing holiday at this hotel and we will be looking at booking again for next year.

Great staff.
Beautiful location, walk out of hotel doors on to the beach. The hotel lay out would NOT suit folk that didn't like stairs or long corridors. It was VERY dark in some corridors. As with most Canary Island pools the ones here were VERY cold ... but it was January and we did go in. The walk along the beach to the small town is excellent but takes about an hour good walking.

Fantastic Hotel
Huge hotel across the beach from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. The staff are very polite and are always happy to help. The hotel mainly caters for German holidaymakers but staff at the hotel are also fluent in English. Check in and check out are very simple and quick. The rooms are a good size and there are 3 pools at the hotel. The hotel is built in to rock and so you have to work your way down to the beach.

The staff were excellant very helpful in every way. The food was out of this world Very very good.. We have travelled a lot and this hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed.in. One small detail is that we had no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I would be happy to recommend this holiday to anybody. There were lifts every where so if you had trouble climbing a lot of stairs as I have this is a great help. The one bug bear is that the hotel is 80 kilometers from the airport so book a shuttle when booking your holiday. Time from airport to hotel about 2 hours

A PERFECT VACATION!
Staying at the Iberostar Palace was like being on a dream liner cruise ship that you could get on and off when you desired. The hotel is massive, but run with incredible efficiency and care. Our sea view room was great! Our room was meticulously cleaned each day and on a couple of occasions we returned to our room to find towel animals intricately created awaiting us on our bed. One day we even returned to find that the manager had given us a beautiful potted gerber daisy, thanking us for staying at the hotel...so very thoughtful! The breakfast, which was included, was beyond amazing with cava, caviar, fresh salmon, homemade fruit smoothies, fresh eggs and breads, fruits, yogurts, and pots of coffee or tea awaiting us each morning. We opted to not have dinner at the hotel so as to experience the local cuisine from the neighboring villages of Jandia and Morro Jable. Many people choose to "hang out" at the beautiful pools and participate in activities being offered by the staff like water aerobics, water polo, wine tastings, and cooking classes, but we elected to walk a hundred meters to the beach instead. We participated in a couple of the evenings animation presentations, Michael Jackson and Beatles tribute band, which were fun! We felt we were well taken care of and given permission to forget all of our worries, a perfect vacation!

Four Star Hotel in prime beachfront location
We were late arriving but received a warm welcome from courteous English speaking reception staff. Although a sea view room had been requested we were allocated a room facing a busy road. We complained about this and were relocated without fuss to a poolside room with sea view. Food of excellent quality and variety was served buffet style in a pleasant restaurant environment. Overall the 4 star rating was well merited.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, ideally located close to the beach. We decided to go with breakfast only which was very nice. There is the town of Morro Jable 5 minutes taxi ride away which has some lovely restaurants and bars at the seafront. This is where we went for dinner as we didn't want to be "tied" to the hotel every evening. Would definitely recommend the hotel and location.

Nice hotel close to beach
We enjoyed 8 days at this hotel. It was a relaxing holiday close to the beach. There was a shopping centre very close and a bigger one still I'm walking distance. Staff were helpful and pleasant. There was a choice for swimming either in pools or in the beach. We had half board and there was a very wide choice in the buffet meals and a relaxed atmosphere.

Nice hotel but very German oriented
This was a nice hotel but in my opinion, not 4 star. The room was ok but air con was quite poor and it was actually better to open the door at night to let air in. The facilities were good and food was excellent but everything was very geared at German tourists. This is fine but we only heard one other person speaking English during our stay and all entertainment was in German. The one thing which we were disappointed with was that we paid extra for a partial sea view room and when we arrived the sea was nowhere to be seen. When I complained I was told it was definitely a partial sea view room. I said that I couldn't see the sea at all and the receptionist agreed. As we were only there for 4 days though and the room was close to the facilities I left it there but would have been very annoyed if we'd paid extra for any more nights.

Hotel blisko plazy
Witam spędziliśmy razem z żoną i dzieckiem 8 dni w tym hotelu.Hotel położony jest blisko plaży mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na ocean, super.Plaza jest długa na parę kilometrów i szeroka dużo miejsca na gry i zabawy , czysta i nie przeludniona.3 baseny hotelowe-oki.Okolica spokojna dla rodziny i na odpoczynek, parę restauracji i kilka sklepów niedaleko od hotelu.Kilka fajnych atrakcji na wyspie,auto jest przydatne do zwiedzania ale jest opcja autobusami.W hotelu wieczorami różne przedstawienia???? ogólnie hotel i miejsce godne polecenia...ale gusta są inne, my napewno tym wrócimy pozdrawiam

Fabulous position
The Hotel is in a great location for the beach and we love the walk to Morro Jobilli.Hotel Staff are cheerful and very helpful. All round excellent cleanliness. We love the decor in reception and gardens kept well.

Great location over the beach with fantastic views
We had a family holiday with two teenage daughters and had a wonderful week at the hotel. We opted for B&B only as we wanted to try the local restaurants too, but the food in the hotel was very good with lots of variety and something for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, everywhere was very clean and we all had a great time. very close to the fabulous beach and other facilities.

Great Hotel
Enormous hotel on the edge of Jandia. Clean, modern hotel with all the mod-cons. Fantastic buffet breakfast service. The hotel is on the very edge of Jandia, but the town is only a 15 minute walk away, along a safe walkway / cycle track. Great resort. Would come back.

Lovely hotel with fantastic entertainment team
This was a lovely family holiday, with loads of well organised activities and facilities for children and adults. The food was great and very varied, but also with the staples of pasta and pizza for non adventurous kids. Much less windy than the north side of Island which made it a nice warm temperature. It was mainly German guests which was fine for us adults but the kids did complain about having no one else to play with. The entertainment team were brilliant, full of energy, polite, all spoke English, Spanish and German fluently as a minimum. The evening shows were well produced and well worth attending. The mini club was well run with different activities each day and the chance to win a certificate or medal that was awarded at the kids disco in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent beach, very windy, ideal for jogging
Beautiful clean sandy beach, super friendly hotel staff, hotel facilities are excellent but rooms can be freshened up a bit.
It is very clean. You do not have to book a space at 6am at the pool - always lots of free chaise-lounges. It is extremely windy all the time. There are at least 3 fitness classes a day, very enjoyable, plus entertainment programmes, sometimes a bit amateur but still enjoyable.
A lot of smokers! Tried to avoid them but it is impossible!
There is a jogging/cycling track between the hotel and the beach - lovely to use in the mornings when it is a bit windy to sunbathe.
Restaurant provide a good variety of tasty food.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not a Hotel I would recommend
The Hotel itself is smart and clean but some of the staff are very unhelpful and completely ignored us and did not acknowledge us at all, at one point we gave up and left the reception desk, some of the staff need to go on customer service training. Some of the food in the restaurant was processed and not fresh at all, tinned or frozen vegetables for example, I expected more from a 4 star hotel

great location
Hotel was in a great position by a beautiful beach. The food and service was excellent. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. We enjoyed trips to beaches in the south of the island.

Good hotel.
One night stay during trip to Fuerteventura whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. Very enjoyable, only criticism is the bed was VERY firm which wasn't comfortable. Evenings entertainment thoroughly enjoyed.

Great find!
The hotel was well located and catered for guests very well. The food was of good quality and varied. The rooms were fine, though could do with a little updating. The only negative point about the hotel would be the temperature of the pools; far too cold, to the point that they were virtually unusable.

Hotel to suit all
An excellent hotel which the staff keep in immaculate condition. Ground are manicured,no litter anywhere. Stunning views over Jandia beach. Food quality is excellent and many dishes are prepare for you there and then.You could easily overeat. We had a superior room on the 3rd floor which was worth the extra money.Although there are lots of activities in the hotel you can easily choose to be on your own and have a peaceful time.

Iberostar Palace Hotel Jandia Fuerteventura
The hotel is at the edge of the little port/resort of Morro Jable in Jandia and thus benefits from a quiet position next to the fabulous long sandy beach. From the hotel there is direct access to the sands (across the pedestrian promenade) which means that for walking in the waves and swimming (even in January) it is in a perfect position.The hotel is not isolated though as there is a beach bar in one direction and a small shopping complex with a Spar shop 10/15 minutes in the other.The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and have sea or side sea views.The side sea views are cheaper and some have northerly views over the car park or across the hotel complex. We requested a higher level side view which turned out to be south facing and quite near to the main road so there was a certain amount of traffic noise but we did not find this a problem as the road was screened by pine trees and we had the advantage of a private sunny sheltered spot if it was a bit more breezy in the afternoon. It is possible to fax a specific room request direct to the hotel after booking. The food was buffet style - anything you could want for breakfast - vast amounts of fruit, lovely bread, hot breakfast, cold meat and cheese.Dinner had a huge choice which changed every night. Some might say some of the hot dishes were a bit "canteeny" but there were so many salads,vegetables,fish steaks or chops etc which were cooked by chefs in the restaurant that most peoples' tastes should be satisfied.

The original assigned room gave on to a main road and had no view. Fortunately the hotel staff were good about changing the room...for a reasonable additional price.

Iberostar Palace Fuerteventura
The hotel was great and one of the only ones on one of only a very few beaches on this island. The hotel was very comfortable and close to a little fun town (6 euros by cab). The only problem is that it is a 90Euro taxi ride from the airport. The much cheaper bus takes 3 hours and not worth the savings. Consider renting a car as the island is very easy to navigate with minimal traffic - if I can do it, you can too. Beware of police who are eager to hand out speeding tickets! Take a camel ride for 10 Euros at the zoo and check out "Cool Runnings" which are trikes and you will tour the island.
