Very good for what we were looking for given good price
Easy check-in and very good location for EIS
Room was a bit too small and would have liked coffee/tea making in room
09.07.2026
Akib and Emmanuel were very helpful
Close to Sheffield Arena
Lift was broken
09.07.2026
Stay at the Premier Inn across the road instead
Location
Rooms are like concrete cells
08.07.2026
Clean, friendly staff close to arena
Staff helpful and friendly. Room very small but was only to sleep in.only criticism is we had a family room and they didn't make up the bunk bed we had to do it.
Lift was out of order which can't be helped.

Clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Great location for visit to Sheffield Arena to see a concert. A few pubs serving food and restaurants nearby. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Free tea and coffee at all times in the breakfast area (including cappuccino, etc). 24 hour reception. Great value for money.
Room was quite small but wasn't a problem for a short stay. The shower and wash basin were in the bedroom and the toilet was in a small room on its own. Would have preferred a complete en-suite. But again, it was fine for a short stay.
02.07.2026
Room was basic but clean, comfortable and had everything you needed
nothing to dislike
02.07.2026
Very convenient for the reason we was there for that’s the arena
Having to pay extra for the food and car parking
02.07.2026
Ideal location, poor facilities
We liked the location, the air conditioning and the shower was good but basic
The fact the lift was broken and 72 steps to climb each time we left the room to go downstairs and get a coffee as no coffee in room, or to go out. There is no hair dryer if it was needed. The toilet is in a cupboard. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard. The toaster for breakfast is so slow for the amount of people dining and there should be more than one coffee machine.
01.07.2026
Great place to stay for Utilita Arena events. 5 minute walk.
01.07.2026
Excellent location for the Arena and Meadow Hall. Car park onsite which cost £8.50 per night.
Air conditioning in rooms which was a bonus on a hot night
Shower cubicle is very small so need to dry off in bedroom.
01.07.2026
Perfect for the purpose of our visit.
Perfect location for the event at the arena. Everything about the hotel was as expected and described.
There was nothing to dislike, as the hitel was exactly as expected.
01.07.2026

29.06.2026
I liked the location and the cost
The lift was broken during my visit, and there was no plug socket near the bed
29.06.2026
Staff very friendly and accommodating, and aliitle drink and water, in your room, very nice lovely that they got gluten free breakfast.
Just that soap dispenser, needed replenished, but being a cleaner my self, may off accidentally over looked it.
29.06.2026

29.06.2026

28.06.2026
Clean and modern. Proximity to Utilita Stadium.
No full breakfast option. Limited choice of drinks and snacks.
28.06.2026
Nice staff
Tiny room
28.06.2026
Great budget option.
Perfect location for the Arena at an affordable price. Clean and had all that we needed for a short stay.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. They were provided downstairs but this meant no morning coffee on waking up!
27.06.2026
Hotel very basic , no hairdryer in the room . Breakfast very basic
Close to venue
Lift out of order
26.06.2026
Overall good.
Excellent location for the arena. Only a 5 minute walk from tram stop
Only one pillow was allocated to each of our single beds.
My friend requires 2 pillows.
We requested another pillow to be told there were no spare pillows available due to the hotel being busy/? full..
My friend rolled her towel up to try and compensate for the lack of a second pillow
Disappointed
26.06.2026
Fair price and clean rooms with basic breakfast.
The rooms were faire and clean, but the lift was broken and I was in the 4rt foor.
If I was told in advance that the hotel had no lift facility I would have chosen to stay somewhere else.
26.06.2026
The staff was really helpful.
The elevator was out of service.
25.06.2026
Excellent friendly staff and perfect for any event at Sheffield arena
The room was perfect for me n son n niece as we went to the wwe event which was at Sheffield arena the staff was amazing very helpful kind excellent highly recommend just reception really warm but as soon as you got in room soon cooled down with air condition ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Reception was really hot but it was ok once we got in room soon cooled down
25.06.2026
No tea/ coffee facilities in the room.
A machine down stairs but had to get a token from reception so not a quick process, air conditioning unit outside of the bedroom, very noisy.
The key card wouldn't work ! Had to go back down to reception, the key holder in the door looked very tired and took several attempts to open.

21.06.2026

Way too expensive for a 2*, but I guess the location put the price us
21.06.2026
The location
Rooms very small. Shower was like being in a caravan, toilet small. Room smelt of staleness, no plug sockets next to bed, no hairdryer, no tea/coffee facilities. Not worth the £118 it cost for one night!!!
21.06.2026

21.06.2026
Great location for arena. Clean and comfy. Basic .

Review
The hotel was in a convenient location for me and the staff were friendly. The room was decent enough, however, there was a mark on the duvet and I struggled to sleep, as the bed wasn’t the comfiest and there was a lot of noise going on around the hotel.
19.06.2026
Clean comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Perfect location for the event we attended.
Breakfast could be better with more choice.
Hot drinks in room would also be useful
15.06.2026
We just needed a bed so fine
Comfy bed
No kettle! Tea being free downstairs but not coffee
15.06.2026

14.06.2026
It was clean and the breakfast was nice. Comfortable bed too
I liked the hotel itself but there were scary people acting like zombies at the entrance. We were a bit scared to go past them at the door. Hopefully it was a one off
12.06.2026
