Decepcionante
Su ubicación dentro de la selva está increible, te alejas de todo el ruido y conectas con la naturaleza.
La comida del restaurante a pesar de nos ser muy variada es buena más no increible, por el precio puedes comer mejor en el centro. Los precios rondan entre los $250 a $350 por platillo. El personal de cocina fueron muy atentos.
Este hotel cuenta con un toque de queda a las 10:00 p.m. nada de ruido, nada de musica y no puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones.
Tuvimos la mala experiencia, ajena al hotel que se fue la electricidad por un poste caido en la carretera y el hotel NO CUENTA CON PLANTA DE ENERGÍA, por lo tanto sin restaurante, no habia servicio de alimentos ni bebidas. Las habitaciones no cuentan con mosquitero en las ventanas, hacía demasiado calor y habia demasiados mosquitos.
Solicitamos al hotel alguna compensación o ayuda para movernos al centro para poder comer y mencionaron que no podían hacer nada porque eran causas externas.
Otro dato que deberian tener en cuenta si quieres conocer Bacalar este hotel no es el ideal ya que no mencionan qué para llegar hay que solicitar un taxi del centro al hotel o viceversa y su tarifa fija es de $300 porque se llega por carretera Federal y un camino de terraceria que si está lloviendo algunos taxistas podrian no darte el servicio o cobrar extra.

Fabulous hotel
The location was beautiful (it is a bit out of the way but so scenic and quiet). The staff were so nice and helpful. The food and drinks were great (the breakfast that was included was made to order and it was lovely).The facilities were great and the room was spotless.
There was a WhatsApp number to communicate with the front desk which was brilliant but replies were sometimes a bit delayed. A small criticism.

Het is een super en rustige plek aan het meer. Ruime en mooie kamers. Fijn ontbijt en menukaart
Sommige plekjes in de kamer hadden was onderhoud nodig. Maar er waren elke dag klusjesmannen bezig op het terrein en ze kunnen ook niet alles in één dag. De weg ernaartoe is met heel veel hobbels. Het is te doen, maar houd rekening met extra reistijd. Let op! Er kan wildlife je kamer inkomen want je zit in de jungle.

Monique au restaurant est en plus le seul membre du personnel qui parle anglais dans tout l’établissement.
Plus que non fumeur mais établissement anti fumeur, il y aurait de quoi faire un coin sympa dedans mais on te colle sur le parking entre la grosse poubelle et le chantier plutot que d’installer un fauteuil dedans à l’extérieur … aussi il n’y a pas un membre de l’accueil ne parle anglais, comment c’est possible dans un établissements 4 étoiles ? Chambre 9 une catastrophe sans déco même pas une lampe de chevet … des fuites bref …

Nice location at the lagoon, very quiet. Large rooms and free kayaks to use. Beautiful scenery.
The location is really remote and the road to get there is quite rough. There is literally nothing around the hotel, which is probably a bit boring after a few days as you only get to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. The common areas are quite small which leads to the fact that it’s partially quite noisy due to other guests. The staff at the restaurant was very kind while we didn’t feel very well taken care of by the reception.
Overall the hotel is really beautiful but also a bit used up I felt.

Never again
The street leading to the property was almost impossible to access, completely broken and filled with large stones.
Our villa—described by the reception staff as “the best”—had a broken door lock, so we had to sleep with our own luggage blocking the entrance for safety. The next day, it took them two hours to fix it, drilling nonstop right outside our room, making it impossible for us to rest.
The worst part happened when we woke up to find the entire room flooded due to a broken pipe, with all our luggage soaked.
No one apologized or offered any form of compensation. Their only concern seemed to be making sure we paid for a cappuccino that wasn’t even included in the bill.
After all this, and despite the terrible experience, we paid and left

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns unsere Villa, sowie der Steg und der wunderbare Ausblick. Auch die Kajaks, die man umsonst ausleihen konnte waren super. Der Reinigungsservice war exzellent und unsere Villa stets sauber.
Die Küche hatte nur drei Teller (bei einer Villa für bis zu sechs Personen!) und nur zwei Pfannen anstatt Kochtöpfe, das war für uns sehr unpraktisch weil wir geplant hatten mehr zu kochen. Man ist in diesem Hotel auf das hauseigene Restaurant angewiesen, das zwar ein sehr gutes Frühstück hat, jedoch ansonsten sowohl auswahl- als auch qualitätsmäßig etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt – und das bei sehr satten Preisen. Am letzten Abend mussten wir mit der Kellnerin diskutieren, da uns acht 2-für-1 Aktionen für Getränke verrechnet wurden, anstatt den fünf die eigentlich konsumiert wurden. Darüber hinaus wurden Daiquiris anstatt Sprite mit Vodka verbucht, was auch noch einmal einen preislichen Unterschied machte. Mit Übersetzungsapps konnte das Problem dann zwar geklärt werden, wir hätten uns aber trotzdem zumindest eine Entschuldigung erhofft.

Nos quedamos sin energía por la tormenta, eso incluyo estar sin AA durante varias horas del dia... Por favor en Google necesitan poner como referencia la entrada más corta y en mejores condiciones al hotel ya que es la más segura, perdí una noche de estancia por qué tome el camino que me indico Google maps pero está demasiado inseguro y decidimos regresar a Bacalar centro a dormir esa noche.

Zimmer 7 mit ständigem Lärm. Personal total unpersönlich, mehrheitlich desinteressiert. Pavillon wird für romantische diner genutzt, dann wird ab Mittag aufgebaut und die Hotelgäste müssen weg.

Nice hotel, not sure it’s worth the cost
The view from the pool is amazing, the room is big and spacious.
The location is not great. You have to take a taxi to get out, and the road to the hotel is a bit bumpy. There is no elevator, if you’re located in the rooms that are close to the lagoon, there’s a lot of steps to get there.

Un pt bout de paradis à Bacalar :)
Très joli boutique hôtel au calme directement sur la lagune, avec un service excellent.
Notre chambre était parfaite et les équipements de l'hôtel (piscine, ponton, kayaks, etc.) en superbe état.
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : très varié, avec des plats mexicains ou à l'international au choix.
Petit bémol pour la literie à revoir pour le standing de l établissement.
A noter que le chemin qui mène à l'hôtel est une piste d'environ 2 km (pour nous, ça n'a pas été un problème, il suffit d'avancer doucement)

Increíble Amanecr en la laguna, Bacalar muy lindo
Está ubicado en un lugar muy especial en la laguna si quieres paz y tranquilidad. Buenos desayunos y el momento amanecer y hacer kayak a primera hora de la mañana es impresionante. Se comía bastante bien aunque poca variedad. Muchísimas cosas que hacer en Bacalar, nos encanto!!!
Por poner un pero si eres muy activo te tienes que mover bastante y el camino para llegar tiene muchos baches, mejor con un 4x4 aunque no es imprescindible.

Propre et joli. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel de menage sympa. Idéal si vous êtes 4 personnes dans l’hôtel autrement pas assez de places pour se détendre.
L’espace commun est vraiment étroit, avec pas beaucoup de chaises longues comparé à la capacité de l’hôtel, pas du tout idéal pour se détendre.
Le personnel à l’accueil et au restaurant est au mieux correct, loin de la sympathie dont on a eu l’habitude pendant nos séjours ailleurs.
On a eu une coupure d’eau pendant que mon conjoint était sous la douche, je suis partie en parler à l’accueil et disons que la seule réponse que j’ai eu c’est ça revient dans 20min et débrouille toi. L’eau heureusement n’a pas mis 20min à revenir.

El camino para llegar al hotel despues de la carretera esta en pésimas condiciones, muchos hoyos muy grandes que no se ven por el encharcamiento, Sugiero que la propiedad aplane de vez en cuando el camino.

Bonito hotel, pero la experiencia no estuvo a la altura del precio
Que aceptaban niños, la alberca y el personal tanto del hotel como del restaurante muy amables. Las fotos son congruentes con la realidad, es un espacio muy bonito y con mucha intención, la presión y temperatura del agua perfectos!
Las aguas del restaurante muy ricas.
1-No hay nada alrededor del hotel; está a 20 minutos en auto del centro, los restaurantes y la zona más bonita de la laguna (de los cuales unos 10 minutos son camino de terracería). No ofrece una vista atractiva del lago. No sé si fue por la época del año, pero mientras en otras partes de Bacalar el agua se veía espectacular, desde el hotel parecía un lago cualquiera. Además, el área de acceso al lago se siente un poco tenebrosa, con muchas piedras y sientes que te puede salir un cocodrilo (hay letreros que mencionan que puede haber)
2- Que me dijeron que podía llevar mi carriola y fue imposible usarla por que todo el complejo está conectado a través de uos 100 escalones.
3- Las almohadas duras y altas
4- El restaurante muy pobre en sabor, porción, y muy alto en costos. (fue una locura mi hamburgues de $350 pesos para lo que fué, con 15 papitas), hasta si pides un pan, te dan la mitad de uno con el pretexto de que el original es muy grande, la salsa de mis chilaquiles sabía a puré de tomate de cajita, hasta pregunté si mi comida era recalentada de otro día. Por ratos sentí que me querían tomar el pelo vendiéndome algo de buena calidad y no se sentía asi.
5- Creo que en las noches se queda sola la recepción o por lo menos cuando me fui super temprano a tomar mi vuelo, que todavía estaba oscuro.. no había nadie en recepción y por lo tanto no hubo nadie que me ayudara a subir mis maletas por todos esos escalones a esa hora, a pesar de que intenté comunicarme con ellos.
6- La comunicación con la recepción fue algo deficiente desde la reserva hasta la salida.

Het ontbijt was voor ons het meest ontgoochelend.. van het ‘inclusief ontbijt’ waren de verwachtingen veel hoger. Vooral omdat het zo’n mooi hotel is verwacht je meer van het ontbijt. Een koffie, een eitje en een toast.. alle andere keuzes zijn extra bij te betalen ..
