$20 per night amenity charge for 'complimentary' services
Well located hotel in downtown Seattle. That's the best thing I can say. The room was small and tired. Our welcome letter included a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar and told us about complimentary Wi-fi access. When we checked out we were charged $20 per night 'amenity charge' for the the complimentary services. If we had been told about this on checking in we would have declined to use these services. Very poor and misleading by this hotel

Overall, a decent place to hang our hats
Great location in walking distance to everything we needed. The restaurant/bar on-site was great and very convenient.. had breakfast there both days and it was good food, also stopped by the bar and staff there were great. We were out most days so it served its purpose.
The room itself was a little tired/dated and the bed wasn’t the comfiest.

Everything perfect.

We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at Oliver's, delicious.
Every Mayflower employee we met were kind and considerate.
I'll be happy to stay here on my next Seattle visit.

Even though our room faced the street, the room itself was very quiet. Only an occasional siren or loud honking could be heard. The Room was well appointed and had a bar, a desk and a large closet. The bed was a true king bed, very comfortable. The Valet was amazing and secured our luggage so we could go explore before we checked in and also got us a taxi when we were ready to leave. The hotel is in a nice area of shopping and three blocks to the Market and harbor.
The front desk attendent was not very friendly and when we asked for an early check in , we were told we would be on a waiting list and they would text us when the room was ready. We never got a text and only found out it was ready by going to the afternoon attendent and finding out it was indeed ready.

A hotel with a history dating back to the Great Depression, complete with the appropriate atmosphere. The staff resolved all issues very quickly.

Great choice
Great hotel within walking distance to Puke Market Place. Easy to reach via the Light Rail from the Airport just get off at Lynwood and it’s literally a 3 minute walk. Nice bar called Oliver’s a tad expensive but a great atmosphere and an awesome bartender

Beautiful
Beautiful location right in the heart of the city. Everything is in walking distance. Train station very accessible and efficient. Overall a 9/10 experience only downside was no microwave on the property

Originally placed in room #303, there was an immediate plumbing problem with the bath shower valve turning on. Reassigned to #1007, we were very pleasantly surprised. The first suite appeared to be up for a renovation soon. The carpet looked unclean and the couch has seen its day. The second room was also a suite with corner windows and two bathrooms.

Nice classy hotel at the prime location
The hotel is classy, nice old money vibe, warm feeling.. The staff was very helpful all the time. Location is prime, many Seattle attractions are on a walking distance.
Old slow elevators makes your way to the room and down a bit slower. There is a bad smell from rugs, I believe they should be changed. Also the ventilator in my bathroom didnt work, so you could feel the smell of moisture in the bathroom.

L’hôtel a un certain charme historique et son emplacement est pratique. On sent que l’établissement a une histoire, puisqu’il existe depuis 1927.
L’hôtel m’a semblé trop vieillot et les chambres manquent clairement de confort. L’insonorisation est mauvaise, ce qui nuit au repos, et le personnel n’a pas été particulièrement agréable. Globalement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds.
Housekeeping was a bit sloppy and the reception when I arrived was perfunctory but not that helpful. Other reception staff were more helpful later so have mixed reviews about staff.

Old world grandeur
Oozing character and old world charm, it’s a lovely building. Our room was comfortable and the bar/restaurant was also really nice.
It’s well located for the promenade, in what felt like a self area with lots of parking facilities nearby.

Old World Charm in Downtown Seattle
Loved staying here after our cruise. The location was top notch - walking distance from everything in downtown Seattle. It was a block and half from the Westlake train station, giving us an easy and economical way to get back to the airport. The staff were amazing, allowing us to store our luggage before check and after check out. Tristan was so helpful at check-in and gave us suggestions for where to watch the World Cup games. They also provided welcome drink coupons at the bar. The hotel was old-school charming, quiet and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return and recommend this location for others looking for a charming place to stay in downtown Seattle.

Worth it
The manager, Richard, made the stay worth it. Fixed two issues, mostly through his phone. The valets were great! The higher in the hotel the better the view and worth paying a little more. Overall a great experience!

Perfect Pre-Cruise Hotel in the Heart of Seattle
We stayed at the Mayflower Park Hotel for one night before our Alaska cruise. We were early arrivals and the bell staff locked our luggage away while we toured Pike Place Market and enjoyed a harbor cruise. Check in was courteous. Our room was very comfortable. The clam chowder at Oliver's, paired with a complimentary glass of Sauvignon Blanc, was the best we have ever tasted! Service at breakfast was equally great.
I can't say enough good things about this beautiful hotel!

Family Trip to Seattle
We had a lovely stay with our family at the Mayflower. From the attentive front desk staff—especially Tristan and Alexis—to the tasty dinner we enjoyed at Oliver's Lounge after a full day of sightseeing, the service was excellent.
The well-appointed deluxe room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for me to practice yoga daily. The only drawback of the room was the low-seated toilet.
The location was also ideal, providing easy access to the waterfront, shopping, the Monorail, and the Light Rail to the airport.
We look forward to our return visit.

Seattle stop over.
We were on our way to an Alaskan cruise via Seattle. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food in Oliver's Restaurant was excellant! Their staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just 3 blocks from Pike Place Market.

Hotel was great, restaurant was poor.
The location was great and the room was spacious and clean .
For a large hotel there did not appear to be a greeter at the restaurant door for dinner or breakfast. We waited 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and seat us. When we ordered English breakfast tea, it was delivered in pint glasses as they had run out of teapots! The waiter shrugged and said it was the best he could do.

Mayflower Hotel on Olive is a good location.
The front desk staff was excellent. We had the pleasure of working with one of the Mayflower Managers at the desk as well as a new hire, both providing professional service. The valet team was excellent - very helpful, organized and friendly. It was an easy location to navigate and get around. Lots to do close by and easy to catch the Link.
Can't think of anything, I think the staff worked very hard to assist guests.

Great Experience!
It was a great experience staying with this hotel. The receptionists were super kind, communicative, and supportive. I wish I could had more amenities in the room, including disposable toothbrushes, tooth paste, and comb.
