Pricey for what it was.
Rooms were nice and spacious and bathroom/shower were clean.
Check in was slow.
Didn’t receive breakfast voucher upon check in so breakfast staff were confused and took time to look for our booking to confirm we did indeed have breakfast already booked.
Breakfast was very basic.
Could not find a remote control for the TV anywhere in the room.

Excellent airport hotel just a short walk from Terminal 2. Highly recommended
Excellent hotel, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The biggest advantage is the location—it’s only a few minutes’ walk from Terminal 2, making it a perfect choice for travelers with early or late flights.
Nothing. Everything was excellent

Convenient stay near the airport
Super easy to get to from T1 with the Shuttle bus and a 2 min walk.

Si può fare meglio
Posizione veramente perfetta.

For an airport hotel, it was all right, but not great.
The staff was kind. That's about it.
It stated it had AC, but it barely worked. We were sweating all night.

Overall, very good value and location
Proximity to Train Station and price excellent for room
Air-conditioning across the board is not good in Italy. Room was slight warmer than I would have liked, but the lobby was hot and sitting having our meal, which was delicious was uncomfortable.

Spent less than 8 hours there but it was clean, comfortable and right next to departures for T2
Clean and great location for T2
Hand basin plug was jammed so water drained very slowly - easy fix for the hotel. We arrived late and left very early so it was not a major issue for us.

Location, very clean and great breakfast
There seems to be a major problem with mosquitoes when we arrived - everywhere - I was bitten three times whilst checking in
06.07.2026
It was unbearable to sit in the lounge because of all the mosquitoes flying around and hitting our arms, legs and neck. We ended up with amount of swollen bites that gave us hard night and restless flight.

Comfortable airport hotel stay open 24 hours and well equipped.
Comfortable stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel runs for 24 hours which was convenient as we had an early flight. There is a shuttle from the hotel in terminal 2 to terminal 1.

Good location for early morning flight
Stayed for convenience of a very early morning flight the following day. There are no connecting rooms which was challenging with young kids, but otherwise stay was good. Food served in the restaurant was very good.

Near to the airport with shuttle service right at the entrance for terminal 1

Modern, trendy to the point.
Predictable nice. Colourful and always convenient.
Need extra pillows in the room and a kettle would be a bonus.

I loved my stay at Moxy. I was given a very nice room. One I hope to get again because it was not no
I love the very youthful vibe at Moxy! The decor in the lobby is whimsical and unique. The furniture and comfort of bedding plus toiletries were above standard. Thank you Moxy for a wonderful night’s stay. I will certainly book with you again when I will travel back to Italy. In fact, I like the Moxy Malpensa so much that I am thinking of booking with Moxy at St Pete’s Florida when I will visit my friends now living there. Keep up the excellent work and before I forget… the breakfast was wonderful… the coffee machine in your dining area was a bit temperamental …please check on it. It was, however, a fun way to be surprised. I pressed the button for my particular coffee and I got instead hot chocolate! Perhaps you should add an extra coffee machine?
The coffee machine needs improving and oh just one very minor thing…the toilet was slightly slow in flushing… all this said does not deter me from
Saying I love Moxy Hotel!!!

A really great place to stay near the airport, shame about the bed.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful Top notch! And the ironing room was a pleasant surprise. : ) The entire hotel was clean and up-to-date, not to mention incredibly convenient.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. A really poor night's sleep as a result.
