Bei Anfragen hat die Gastgeberin schnell und zu unserer Zufriedenheit reagiert.
Wir konnten leider nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen wegen der Strassenbahngeräusche. Wir sind das einfach nicht gewohnt. Dadurch aber, dass die Fenster top dicht schliessen, war es schööön ruhig.

Great central location and easy stay
I really loved how central this property is—it made getting around incredibly easy. The balcony was a great bonus, adding a nice touch and making the space feel even more enjoyable. The apartment is a comfortable size, perfect for one or two people staying for a few days. Everything was very easy to manage, from the clear check-in instructions to communicating with the host, who was always available and helpful. The location is excellent—right in the center of Dresden, within walking distance of major attractions, and very well connected to public transportation. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and well-located place to stay
The only downside I experienced was related to the building’s entry system. When someone rings the doorbell at the main entrance, it automatically unlocks the building door—but it also rings inside the apartment at the same time. This means that even though no action is required from the guest, the doorbell still goes off inside the flat. Unfortunately, this happened to me on two nights (around 4 a.m. and 1 a.m.), which woke me up. I understand this isn’t directly the host’s fault, but it did affect my sleep. It might be worth looking into whether this can be adjusted or muted during late hours.

Toller Aufenthalt in Dresden mit kleiner Oase zum Ausspannen
Lage mitten im Zentrum, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar
Viel Straßenbahn Lärm, aber mit Ohrstöpsel ließ es sich auch bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen

Habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war angenehm eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral und die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und richtig zentral. Wer jedoch für längere Zeit zu zweit hierher kommt, wird leider nicht sehr viel Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten vorfinden. Es gibt leider keinen Schrank und dadurch, dass die Wohnung recht klein ist, ist es nicht so optimal Koffer zu platzieren. Ich war die meiste Zeit allein und hierfür war alles für mich persönlich optimal.

Estaba en el centro de la ciudad, era muy cómodo de llegar a todas partes . Estaba muy completo, cocina, baño, ropa de camas, etc. Realmente muy bueno.
