В целом очень хороший отель. Завтраки были вкусными, в целом состав всегда одинаковый, но этого достаточно.
Очень понравился сервис девушек на ресепшне, очень милые и доброжелательные, все вопросы и просьбы без проблем решались.
В номере не было халатов и утюга, но мы попросили и очень быстро нам их предоставили. Так же не пополняют воду.

The beach they have is just amazing, went down there every day. They also have 2 pools on the premises. Breakfast was great. Staff was very kind, they were very helpful.
Staff needs to work on their English. When I wasn't there, my friend had hard time to communicate with them.

Mooie zwembaden. Prima ontbijt.
Er zijn veel trappen aan het hotel. Dit maakt het hotel niet geschikt voor iemand die slecht te been is. De vele katten aan het ontbijt & het zwembad zijn niet hygienisch. De douche bleef maar lopen, wat storend was 's nachts. De bedden zijn zeer hard. De standaardkamers zijn klein, geen ruimte om bagage te plaatsen. Spijtig dat er 's avonds geen diner wordt aangeboden.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt.Zimmer mit 16qm gebucht für 2 Personen mit Doppelbett ,aber kein Platz für die Koffer abzustellen oder sich mit 2 Personen wohl zu fühlen.Mussten anderes Zimmer buchen für 390 € Zuschlag.Echt traurig.

Views to die for out to ocean.
Location too far from Kas town, taxi or car only. Room cleaning bad, bathrooms left dirty, room had 1 cup, 2 saucers and 1 tea bag never replenished. Worst was rip off prices in hotel, £6 bottle Efes, £14 glass of wine and between £75 and £120 one bottle of wine at bar, just total greed, new pool was ok, old pool dirty grout and slime edge tiles. £200 night B&B we expected so much more, breakfast was basic and only continental, dont consider it, booked early check in and then not ready on arrival for 90mins. Rooms look good on Bookiking.com, so booked a superior balcony room but reality much smaller, filthy linen left on balcony when we got to room. Couldn't wait to leave this hotel and would never in million years go back. Book Diva Kas hotel next door, not posh but lovely people and resterant value and lovely. Give Oleo a wide steer Inour opinion.

Schönes Zimmer mit spektakulärem Blick aufs Meer. Tolle Poollandschaft und hoteleigener Meerzugang. Ganz besonderes Frühstücksbuffet.
Das sehr junge Personal wirkt nicht sehr professionell, grüßt nicht und ist uninteressiert. Katzen auf den Tischen fressen ungestört liegengebliebenes Essen. Um den hoteleigenen Meerzugang scheint sich niemand zu kümmern, sehr ungepflegt alles.

Маленький камерный отель, с каменными ступенями, ведущими к пляжу на скалах.
Это моя третья поездка в Каш. Этот отель-один из тех, в которые хочется вернуться. Огромным плюсом является наличие приватного спуска к морю, мимо частных вилл, далее по тенистой тропинке из плотно сплетенных цветущих кустарников, потом несколько каменных ступенек, и тропика начинает плутать. Можно спуститься по указателям и попасть на сам пляж отеля, где есть несколько спусков со скальных выступов, а можно пойти правее, насколько это возможно. Там частные пляжи вилл, но никто никого не прогоняет , можно гулять и отдыхать везде, куда забредете;
По самому отелю: номера новые, есть просторные бассейны( не пользуюсь бассейнами, но приятны и радуют глаз)
Завтрак достаточно скромен, омлета или какого либо горячего тут нет, но это такие мелочи, в 10 мин езды центр Каша с любыми заведениями, ресторанами

La habitación familiar era amplia, el desayuno bufé bastante completo y las piscinas estaban muy bien.
En el check in te entregan un folio con listado de las normas y horarios del hotel. En concreto, el servicio de limpieza lo indican de 9.00 a 16.00h. Nosotros nos fuimos de la habitación a las 10.00h, dejando colgado de la puerta el cartel de "se puede limpiar". Nuestra sorpresa fue que al volver por la tarde a las 16.15h la habitación aún estaba sin limpiar. Lo peor fue que se lo dijimos a dos limpiadoras que estaban en la misma planta y se pusieron a reírse de nosotros. En recepción intentaron excusarse conque ese día tenían muchos check out, pero desde luego que ese no es nuestro problema como clientes y, mucho menos tener que aguantar tal falta de respeto; además, si no van a cumplir sus propias reglas, que no te las entreguen por escrito. Como disculpa nos regalaron una botella de vino y dos chocolatinas a los niños.

Öncelikle Halil abi ve Ahmet’e özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Her konuda yardımcı oldular, güler yüzlü ve samimi tavırlarıyla kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Otel genel anlamda beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde çıktı. Hem mimarisi hem de temizlik konusundaki titizlikleri gerçekten takdire değer.
Odalar oldukça geniş, ferah ve konforlu. Günlük temizlik gayet özenli yapılıyor, bu da tatil boyunca ekstra bir rahatlık sağlıyor. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli, her damak zevkine hitap eden lezzetler var. Havuz alanı hem temiz hem de huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor.
Plaj kısmı ise bizim için tatilin en keyifli bölümüydü. Sessiz, sakin, müziksiz bir ortam olması sayesinde kafa dinlemek isteyenler için tam anlamıyla ideal. Denizi de oldukça temiz ve keyifli.
Genel olarak hem otel çalışanlarının ilgisi hem de tesisin sunduğu imkanlar sayesinde çok güzel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Rust, schoonheid en gastvrijheid een perfecte plek om helemaal tot jezelf te komen.
Wat mij het meest beviel aan de accommodatie is de prachtige ligging en de rust. Het is er ongelooflijk rustig en ontspannen, op een manier die ik nog nooit eerder heb meegemaakt echt een plek om helemaal tot jezelf te komen. Alles is bovendien heel schoon, het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Een perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar ontspanning in een mooie en verzorgde omgeving.
Wat ik minder vond, is dat de prijzen voor eten en drinken in het hotel behoorlijk hoog liggen. In de stad die heel dichtbij is kun je voor veel lagere prijzen uitstekend eten. Het eten dat je in het hotel bestelt is zeker van goede kwaliteit, maar de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zou beter kunnen, zeker vergeleken met de lokale restaurants.
Daarnaast vind ik dat de foto’s van het strand op internet niet helemaal overeenkomen met de werkelijkheid. Op de foto’s lijkt het alsof je via een simpele trap direct op het strand bent, maar in werkelijkheid is het een behoorlijke afdaling en dus ook weer een flinke klim omhoog. Voor ons persoonlijk was dat geen probleem, maar voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn kan dit lastig zijn. Ook in het hotel zelf zijn er veel trappen en is er geen lift, wat volgens mij beter vooraf vermeld kan worden.

Great stay but breakfast was a let down
Location, views, the sun bed area near the sea.
The breakfast REALLY needs to be improved. It wouldn't take a lot more effort to get this right. Coffee was never hot, food choice was very limited and honestly boring and unappetizing (and very rarely changed), the only egg options were boiled eggs. This seems to be a repeat comment under the reviews so one wonders why the owners don't act upon it and improve this area. It would take the hotel from mediocre to great!

A slice of paradise
The peaceful location. The beautiful pools. Being able to swim in the sea. Approachable staff who went out of their way to help us with large or small requests.
Prices of alcohol in hotel were extremely high. Standard room was a little small but we paid to upgrade to a deluxe room which was much more comfortable.

Odalar çok güzel ve konforlu döşenmiş. Hem odalar, hem otel geneli oldukça temizdi. Plaja iniş biraz yürümek istiyor, dönüşte yoruyor ama kesinlikle indiğinize değer. İyi yüzme bilenler için cennet. Kozmetik ürünlerde Rebul detayı hoş, ancak odada ücretsiz çay/kahve/kettle ikramı olmaması da eksiklikti. Bir de pazar günü oda temizliğine kimse gelmedi, istemem mi gerekiyordu bilemiyorum.

A perfect view.
The view was exceptional, and the setting was very quiet and relaxing. The shower pressure was wonderful and the room and deck were very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was a little disorganized and not in an optimal location, necessitating the manipulation of a heavy sliding glass door while carrying food or coffee. The cats are overwhelming.

Great location with access to sea, lovely pools and close to regular bus to Kas. New building is modern and very comfortable. Mustafa at reception was so helpful with any queries.

A beautiful & peaceful stay
1. Glad we chose this property as it was not too near to the bustling & bustling city centre. It was peaceful & calm. Also to note, we drove throughout our visit in Antalya. Hence distance was not an issue
2. There was a breathtaking connecting beach. The trail towards the beach was lovely. However it is not a sandy beach. My children were quite big & can swim

3. The breakfast view was amazing. Enjoyed it very much EVERY morning
4. Our room was just right for a family of 4 (2 boys), spacious. We had a really good view

The pool and view from the room are incredible. You can see one of the Greek Islands (Kastellorizo) from bed in the morning which made it worth it! The location out on the peninsular was stunning and close to some lovely beaches. There is a bus that goes past and into town but it would benefit to have a car or scooter if you stay here
Staff were unhelpful with check in/out and recommendations on what to do in the area. Guests are left to find where their rooms are, carry bags to room and figure out where everything is on the property etc. Bedding was really uncomfortable - pillows, mattress and the thin sheet/blanket.

Kaş ta Çukurbağ Yarımadasında bulunan otelin konumu gayet güzel.Biz yeni yapılan binada kaldık oda tertemiz, yatak çok rahat, tuvalet ve banyo da tertemizdi. Kahvaltısı da gayet başarılıydı.Otelin 2 adet havuzu var havuzlar tertemiz ve havuzların suları klorlu değil deniz tuzlu.Otelin doğa manzarası da harika. Karşınızda Meis Adası. Doğa dostu bir otel olması da tercih etmemizde ki diğer bir faktördü. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severler.Biz çok memnun kalarak 2 gün geçirdik.Kaş'a yine geldiğimizde tercihimiz Olea Nova olur. Herkese tavsiye ederim mutlaka gidin ve görün.

Home sweet home
The staff were fantastic. Never stayed at a place where everyone had so much positive vibes. This is what makes boutique hotels exceptional and they have exceeded our expectations. We are regulars of Kas and it is great to find another gem in the peninsula, which we are already in love with. One last word for Yunus Emre, İrfan, Pakize and Leia (apologies if I got it wrong); they made our stay as if it was our own home, the establishment is very lucky to have them!
Only issue is the reception which has got nothing to do with the property but general issue of the peninsula. Also for those who complain about access to the sea; this is the same for all properties located around the peninsula, you gotta walk; period!

Cozy, quiet hotel with a beautiful sea view, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
The room was new and clean with air conditioner and everything we needed. The staff was so attentive and kind. Breakfast was good enough with healthy food.
- The air conditioner in first room was broken. This problem was solved and a day later we were moved to a new room.
- The beach is 5 minutes away and we walked through the construction site of a nearby hotel (it was June).
- The restaurant in the hotel closed early. We didn’t like the menu because it’s not possible to order dishes with meat or fish.
- Breakfast was good but it was the same food every day.

Enjoyable with nice views
It's a cute hotel. We had an issue and needed this hotel at midnight. They were very accommodating and helpful.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
The pool was nice to have for a quick dip. It's also conveniently located from a public beach (5 min) and about 10 min to Kas center.
The floor could use to be mopped. Our feet were dirt black when we first walked barefoot.
Breakfast was all wrapped up each morning which was a little inconvenient to wrap each item while carrying a plate.
The staff were very friendly but it was a little hard to communicate in English.

We loved our stay at Olea Nova so much!
The hotel grounds are beautiful, with an abundance of greenery and two pools, which ensures the pool area never feels crowded.
The breakfast was great. It offered a variety of mezze options, fresh fruit, nuts, and locally made jams. Still thinking about simit, it was that good :)
We also ordered lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Despite the limited menu options, the food and drinks were quite enjoyable. Also, they offered a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails, which we really appreciated.
Our room was clean and well-furnished. It was small, but we expected it, as it was a standard room, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
The hotel has a private beach area with a beach bar. You can also order food from the hotel restaurant, and they bring it to your spot. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which is quiet and picturesque, making it one of the top highlights of our stay.
Keep in mind that it’s a rocky beach, and you use stairs when going into the water. My wife, not being a confident swimmer, was a bit scared at first. But the staff allowed us to bring pool noodles from the hotel to the beach, making swimming more comfortable for her.
The staff was amazing — very helpful, polite, and attentive. We truly felt welcome there! One of the managers arranged an airport transfer for us. It was comfortable, on time, and the price was reasonable (compared to the fares charged by taxi drivers).
Since the hotel is located on the peninsula, we had to either take a taxi (arranged by the staff) or catch a bus (which runs every 30 minutes) to get to Kas city center. However, we didn’t mind it at all since it was just a 10-minute ride. Besides, Kas felt noisier and busier compared to the peninsula. We actually enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in a quiet location, it made our stay more relaxing.
Overall, we were very happy with our hotel choice. Can't wait to stay at Olea Nova again next summer :)
In our opinion, the only thing that could have been improved is sunshades at the beach. Since the umbrellas are made from twigs, they let in some sun, so they are not entirely shaded.

Relaxing.
Wonderful experience when staying here! Clean and comfy room and the whole hotel. Super nice, friendly and helpful staffs (the manager, guys in the bar).
We liked the swimming pool, it was a salt water pool! We spent a lot of our times by the pool with nice cocktails from the bar! The view from our room is fab, we liked the balcony, can hang your beach towels to dry.
It is very near to the Belediyesi Halk beach which has clear and peace water, you can try snorkelling there.

The location was perfect with views of the ocean from the pool and bar area. A short walk down the hill to swim in the sea off a rock platform. A quick bus trip to get into central Kas. The reception and bar staff were fantastic, welcoming us and organising day trips and transport.
Nothing, we would definitely rebook this accommodation.

Amazing hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. The room is cleaned every day. Breakfasts are fresh, with plenty of vegetables and fruits. The food at the hotel restaurant is also very tasty and served in large portions. Special thanks to the bartender Irfan for excellent service, he is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel has its own small access to the sea, which is also very nice. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so the noise of the city and the mosque won't disturb your rest.

Exceptional! Everything was wonderful. The hotel staff is like a family, always happy to help, Ahmo, Erfo, they are amazing! Of course, the owner Khedir is such a sweet guy, very welcoming, and down to earth! The room was very clean and comfortable, providing a chill and relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking views. They have a private beach within walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely repeat my stay. I loved my time at this place and would go back again and again without hesitation!

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Kahvaltısı çok başarılı. Ürünler kaliteli lezzetli ve temizdi. Odamız küçüktü ancak temizdi. Manzarası çok güzel. Yürüyerek denize ulaşılabiliyor. Dalgalı olduğu için denize giremedik. Sezonda daha keyifli olacağını düşünüyorum. Kahvaltıda filtre kahve kalmadığı için türk kahvesi söylemiştik. İkram olabilirdi ancak ücreti istendi. Bizim için otelin tek eksiği bu oldu.

Very Relaxing
Property was really lovely our room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The pool area and bar were fantastic, very quiet and relaxing. The Beach deck was a bit of a walk but well worth it the view and the water was amazing. We loved our stay at Olea Nova and wished we had a few more days there.

Also you can’t drink the tap water but they don’t supply complimentary bottled water apart from your 1st day, not a huge deal but most places do supply so it would be a nice to have.

An amazing experience.
This is a great hotel. The pool and common areas are great. The room was comfy and clean. The bed was fine. I would definitely go back.
The communication with the hotel staff via booking isn’t the best. They take forever to answer but they are attentive and friendly in person.

Nice family break in Kas with gorgeous views
Picturesque location overlooking Megisti island and Mediterranean Sea. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were good. Pool facilities are excellent especially for the August heat.
Somewhat dated look and garden needs pruning. A refresh would go a long way.

We would return to explore more from Kas area and stay in Olea Nova
It felt like we came to our relatives on holiday, very family-like atmosphere, very friendly and nice personnel. Wish they be there at the next stay.
Shower on the beach didn’t work properly and it would have been nicer if the beach area was more clean from seawater, for example sun loungers. Wi-Fi was not stable during the calls. This coincided with the arrival of more guests.

Hotel and staff were ok, but room service was substandard. We had to keep asking for room to be cleaned, fresh towels. Every time was “tomorrow”. After six day there we finally got room cleaned. Then we got accused of taking stuff out mini fridge, which we didn’t. Id say 3star rating is more that enough.
