Ideale locatie waar je of te voet of met de dicht bijzijnde vaporetto overal komt. Net of de drukke straten en om de hoek van piazza Stefano Was allemaal modern , stijlvol en fijn afgewerkt, frisse luxe en mooi. Prima ontbijt. Weet dat je van de vaporetto met je koffers een klein trap bruggetje over moet,
Niets Er is in de lobby geen klassieke bar. Wel eentje boven op de piano nobile en een paar leuke zetels buiten in het voortuintje

Das Hotel war in einer ruhigen Lage von Venedig, aber dennoch waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hatte immer gute Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Zimmer sehr komfortabel, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Venedig sicher wieder hier buchen, da das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat!

Un service exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment mémorable au Palazzo Keller. Ce qui fait toute la différence ici, c'est sans aucun doute la qualité du personnel : à chaque instant, du check-in au check-out, l'équipe s'est montrée disponible, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Rien n'était trop demandé, et tout était fait avec le sourire et beaucoup de professionnalisme. La chambre était spacieuse, calme et impeccablement tenue, dans un cadre élégant qui respire l'histoire vénitienne tout en offrant un confort très actuel. Mais c'est vraiment l'accueil et le sens du service qui resteront notre meilleur souvenir : on s'est sentis comme des invités plutôt que de simples clients, avec des conseils précieux sur les restaurants et l'organisation de notre séjour à Venise. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter, notamment pour quiconque recherche un service au-dessus de la moyenne dans une ville où ce n'est pas toujours garanti !
Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner était bon mais pourrait être plus varié.

Beautiful modern boutique hotel
The hotel is in a fantastic location - very quiet but very central. Unlike a lot of hotels the interior was very modern and elegant. The room was extremely comfortable and a great bathroom - excellent aircon which was much needed!

Beautiful historic hotel with a very opulent historic dining area where breakfast was included.
Fabulous historic hotel. Very close to central Venice. Only a short walk from the public water taxi to the hotel. You'll want to take photos inside the grand dining room....fit for a king and queen! Breakfast (included) was fabulous. Spacious outside patio where you can have drinks brought to you from staff. Lovely visit.
Pricing was double for the beautiful hotel we stayed at on the front end of our cruise....but comparable with other centrally located hotels in the vicinity.

Palazzo Keller is a beautiful hotel a walking distance from San Marco Basillica. The hotel was clean and tranquil. The breakfast was lovely. Luca was a great receptionist, very polite and attentive to all our needs. Definitely will consider this location when we return!

Beautiful hotel - great location - super staff!
We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was terrific and gave us good directions and accommodated our transportation needs. Luca was especially kind and efficient. The breakfast room and bar are stunning rooms that embody the architecture of Venice. This hotel is also a short walk from the boat taxi and is in a great location to walk and explore the sights of Venice.

Luxury boutique hotel, strongly recommend
Location is excellent only few minutes walk from water taxi/bus stop. Great ambience, beautiful decor - really had a palace feel. staff and service outstanding. Beautiful room and extremely comfortable bed. Also very quiet so no disturbances.
Nothing we don’t like however would not expect to have to pay extra at breakfast for poached eggs/omelette etc - for this type of hotel and at this price point this should be available at no extra cost

The hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The water taxi was also very close so very easy to move around. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was great with lots of variety.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel
The location was great! We could walk to St. Marks Square in less than 10 minutes and catch the vaporetto in less than 5 minutes. The hotel also had the nicest breakfast room and breakfast. We would absolutely stay there again.

Elke 2 jaar bezoeken we de biennale van de kunst. Dit is dus een perfecte uutvalsbasis.. De palazzo ligt op een rustige plaats met terras voor een drankje. Lekker ontbijt, fijn ontvangst en mooie ruime kamers.

Wunderschönes Palazzo
Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig. Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Man kann alles Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erlaufen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Fabulous location, large comfortable bed, a clean room and great communication from staff. Breakfast was also good.
My biggest annoyance was that at over 500 euros a night, we were only given one bottle of water per stay and if we wanted to use the provided Nespresso capsules in our room, they were chargeable. At this price point, that is an absolute nonsense. It would cost the hotel cents and yet detracts from the guest experience. WiFi was also a pain to access, needing both a password and then email verification, which seems unnecessarily administrative in 2026. I know these might seem like very small things, but at this price point, it’s the small things that make the difference.

A Great Venice Experience!

Due giorni indimenticabili in un angolo meraviglioso della città. Un hotel raffinato dove la cortesia del personale supera la bellezza del luogo. Camere arredate con gusto, spazi comuni ampi che rievocano nel viaggiatore i fasti di Venezia da cartolina. Un esperienza meravigliosa, un hotel fortemente consigliato.

great hotel in heart of venice with incredible staff
lovely hotel, kind and helpful staff who genuinely go above and beyond to support tourists. rooms clean and location is terrific
we were put in room 36 right at the top and the skylights appeared to have no way to shut the light out. if there was there was absolutely no information provided and noone told us when we were escorted to our room. it wasnt a major issue as we had to get up early anyway but should we have wanted a sleep in it would have frustrated me

good stay just frustrated with directions and the steep price.
well kept good breakfast great service had mobility aid elevator
price was much too high. location was far from san marco. was difficult for mobility limited person to navigate city with heavy luggage. directions given by staff were difficult to understand together with the map provided too small to read. there was a bit of mould in the r shower.

I’d prefer to stay somewhere with a happier staff and some atmosphere.
The room was clean and comfortable, definitely quieter area in terms of noise and close to restaurants in the square. 8 minutes walk to St Marco square & transport.
It was a bit stuffy upstairs in dining room - need comfortable couches to relax in and chairs to eat breakfast. No one talked - there was no atmosphere or vibe a bit dull and pretentious.
