Pezoules was a beautiful place to stay in Oía. The rooms are so unique and the suites have a beautiful view. The breakfast is delicious and they have so many options. Taxis cannot fully reach the hotel so you will have to walk a short bit. The area around the hotel has fantastic dining and shopping options.

Our stay at Pezoules of Oia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality it immediately felt like a peaceful sanctuary above the caldera.
The views from our suite were nothing short of magical.The room itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and perfectly balanced modern comforts with the charm of traditional Cycladic architecture.
What truly sets Pezoules apart, though, is the incredible staff.(This amazing gentlemen carries your luggage all the way down and all the way back up the stairs with a positive attitude) Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Thoughtful touches(leaving a piece of chocolate on our pillows, preparing breakfast for our early checkout and a custom note from the owners wishing us lots of love and beautiful engagement ), helpful recommendations, and discreet, attentive service made all the difference.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight, fresh, delicious, and served with a breathtaking view. The infinity pool carved into the cliffside is another gem, offering serenity and an unforgettable backdrop.
If you’re looking for a luxurious, intimate escape in Santorini with good service and authentic charm, Pezoules is everything you could hope for and more. We can’t wait to return!

Staying at the Pezoules was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the caldera that truly have to be seen to be believed.
Our cave room had a private balcony with lounge chairs. We were able to have our delicious homemade breakfast on the balcony each morning.

Our stay at Pezoules was outstanding. The property is beautiful with stunning views! The staff is excellent and attentive. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping, close to the blue domes and best sunset spots. If I am picky I would just add that the steps are steep and can be slippery, which is really everywhere in Santorini. Just be prepared with good shoes and this will be the most enjoyable vacation you ever take!

We just returned from a week at Paula’s of Oia. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was amazing. Beautiful views and great accommodation. And we can’t say enough about the staff. They were fantastic. We highly recommend. Be prepared to walk up steps as it is at the bottom of the cliff but well worth the effort.

Amazing stay!
We were pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. It sits on the cliff of beautiful Oia with Amazing views of the caldera from the room directly and a picturesque infinity pool. It's close to everything in Oia - all the photo spots, restaurants, are all within a few minutes walk - thanks to its unique location it's always super quiet, no matter how crowded the town is.
Hotel staff were super helpful in arranging our pickup from the port, and helped us with carrying all of our luggages from the parking lot to the room (it was quite a hike!).
We absolutely loved this place and definitely will return in the future.

It's the loveliest place on the island! The view is magnificent in the day and at night. Only complaint is the toilet would keep refilling the water every once in a while so if you are super sensitive to noise (like my wife) you may not have the best night of sleep (I'm totally fine though). And you can catch the sunrise if you are an early bird!

Great view and breakfast, rooms need work
The view is beyond belief and the breakfast is off the chain, but overall the property sits down from the main strip and is hard to walk to it. We are in shape and we were constantly worried about falling. Also, there are ants everywhere. I proposed to my gf in Santorini, so this place will always be special but rooms could be bigger, and better ventilated and they need to treat the place for ants. The view steals the show and staff is nice but rest needs work. We liked our stay but if we came back to Santorini, we wouldn’t stay here.

We loved everything about our stay. Mentha suite was exactly what we needed. Tucked away from nearly everyone. So quiet and peaceful away from the crowd but nearby everything.
Gorgeous views and the breakfast every morning was a delight. I miss it already. You are given anything you need and helpful with all transfers and tours. There are stairs and particular shoe can make it difficult at times so bring rubber bottom sneakers. I wore my sneakers the. Changed into my sandals uptop. The pool bar and infinity pool is spectacular. Im going to miss everyone at Pezoules. You are treated like family. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a dream! We stayed 3 nights for our honeymoon the second to last week of August. I had done a lot of research prior to booking. Naturally, although all the reviews from Pezoules are amazing I still questioned this since I’d never been to Santorini. The property is the most breathtaking and romantic place I’ve ever been, I’d absolutely go back. With only 8 rooms, it’s serene and the pool is quiet, overlooking the Caldera. You can order drinks and food while you soak in the view. Breakfast was delivered each morning, transfers were arranged, our bags were carried to and from and dinner reservations were set up upon request. Vicky and Michael were amazing hosts. It is in the most central spot of Oia. You walk up the steps and are directly where you’d want to be. The only suggestion I have is if you have any sort of injury or lack the ability to walk steep steps this is not an ideal place to stay unfortunately. However, it is that way in most of the Oia town, very narrow and steep (felt it’s important to mention). My husband and I will hold this place in our hearts and hope to return someday soon.

This hotel was amazing! The property was so unique and had a special boutique feel. Everything was incredibly clean and the staff did a great job maintaining the property and our room throughout our stay. The room decor is so pretty and the views are phenomenal. Everything was perfect about our experience and we wished we were there for more than the 24hrs we had.
From the communication prior to the trip, to the welcome upon arrival, to the unique cave suite, to the yummy breakfast and to the porter who carried our luggage up and down the steps with a smile, everything was just right. Many thanks to Vicky for taking care of us and to Ismail for our luggage/transportation! Given the location within Oia, and the wonderful staff, this is an obvious choice for us for many Santorini trips to come!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The rooms and views are stunning. All of the staff are excellent and the service is superb. I had a 5 am flight home and they went above and beyond by having a complementary bagged breakfast when I checked out to take on the plane. I would highly recommend.

We researched properties in Santorini for several months. We were pleased with our choice. We stayed in the Althea honeymoon cave suite. The view was amazing, the service was top notch and we enjoyed the plentiful breakfast. We were in the center of the action with shopping and restaurants all around. The only negative for us was the steep, often slippery, stairs to and from the property. If you stay on the cliff, it is to be expected of course. It didn’t prevent us from going out but certainly reduced the number of times we did.

Best vacation ever
This was the most amazing trip of my life. The staff at Pezoules were awesome. We were met at our shuttle from airport to ensure we found our way to the hotel. They arranged transportation when we needed it. We had a top notch breakfast every morning and Penny worked hard to ensure we were able to make it to our tours and planned events on time and safely. The room was spotless everyday and the staff worked to not interrupt our vacation by working around our schedule.

What a wonderful experience!!! I cannot say enough about Pezoules of Oia. Great views, clean, comfortable, relaxing! Dimitris and all the staff were amazing, really friendly, personable and helpful. They provided an outstanding service before and during our stay there. They made us feel like an extension of their family.
Their recommendations on restaurants, tours and activities were excellent. They even made the necessary reservations for us. Hospitality (philoxenia) at the highest level!!! We would definitely stay there again, next time we go back to Oia.

We had such a wonderful experience at Pezoules of Oia.
The property is just amazing. It's in the center of Oia, and overlooks the caldera. In June, we stayed in one of 3 suites that has a hot tub in it and were lucky b/c the location of our hot tub was in the shade. So while it was burning hot at 3pm so the hot tub is still useable during the day. It was awesome at night.
Our 2 MVP's are Ismael, the most amazing, nicest, strongest guy was sent to help 2 jet lagged travelers with their bags. He literally carried three suitcases by himself. #baller
Victor: who delivered our breakfast every morning and who's laugh is contagious!
But for this review, I really want to focus on the service they gave BEFORE we got there:
Ioli was kind enough to help us with car rental reservations and ended up saving us over $100 as compared to the other services we found. In fact, she was on top of all of my dozens of messages that I sent to her.
Dimitri also helped with some excellent dinner reservation suggestions and other suggestions for things to do.
Panagiota (I suspect I just screwed up the spelling of her name) was absolutely a god-send for helping us out before we got there and our main contact while we were there.
And I can't stress this enough: this was all the communication we got before we got to the property. In comparison, we stayed at another hotel in Athens and they never returned our messages, much less initiated contact like Pezoules.

Wonderful experience - exactly what you are looking for in a visit to Santorini! The property is very clean and the views are “once in a lifetime”. The cave style rooms are very very cool - really unique experience.

Can’t find the words to express just how incredibly wonderful Perzoules is. In every detail it is totally exceptional - room so beautiful, clean and well equipped, location and view are breathtaking and breakfast gorgeous. The main thing that really makes it stand out though is the staff - could not possibly have been made to feel more welcome by all of them and they were all so, so helpful and lovely.

Beautiful property and room. Views out of this world. Breakfast exceptional ,brought to our balcony with a smile ! Nothing was too much trouble for staff and owner. They arranged massages for our arrival for us, organised early check in and late check out. Fresh linen on our beds everyday. It was a wonderful experience.

Excellent staff, very welcoming, offered suggestions for dinner and transportation. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast on patio was a treat, million dollar views.

Pezoules was a fantastic dream stay
So wonderful! The views were amazing. Hotel in heart of Oia but away from the crowds down the stairs. Room immaculate, service at the hotel fantastic. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delivered to your room and was delicious. Cannot say enough about this hotel. Would love to come back!
