Good central stay with helpful staff
The hotel was easy to find, was able to accommodate our parking requirement, was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

最初に5泊、その後数日ロンドンを離れ、戻ってきてから2泊しました。その間、大きい荷物を預かっていただき、大変助かりました。
6月後半はすでに気温が30℃前後あり、エアコンなしだとかなり暑くなりそうだったので、着いてから急遽、エアコンのある部屋に変えていただき、おかげで快適に過ごすことができました。
また、スタッフの皆さんはとても優しく、重い荷物を持っていたら、階段で運ぶのを手伝ってくださったり、何かと声をかけてくださり、ありがたかったです。
またぜひロンドンに行く際は、泊まりたいです！

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and full of really useful information of how to get to places and venues . Free fruit and water available was very welcome on the hottest days of the year
No lifts and stairs a bit steep but not too much of a problem

Excellence in Newham around the corner from DLR and Elizabeth Lines.
1000% - would recommend to anyone planning to visit any part of London (business or tourism)! Location, location, location - Newham was an amazing spot. Affordable, accommodating, generous from the moment I arrived till I left. Excellent, excellent, excellent. 22 minutes from Tower Hill Tube, 50 minutes away from Heathrow.
Everything was superb. Nothing to add. Go for the air conditioning option in the summer.

Comfortable, affordable, and well-located stay with excellent staff and parking facilities.
We had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with good access to transport and local amenities. The parking facilities were excellent and made our trip much easier. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The property also offered great value for money. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The overall experience was excellent. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast menu, which could offer a wider variety of options to cater to different preferences.

Handy if you just want a place to sleep for a night and close enough to Excel.
Room was very clean but located in an "annex" building down the street. About 10mins walk from train station.
No restaurant on site and nothing in the immediate area.
Room was extremely hot and no air con.

Cute, familial and confort
Best thing is 7 min walk to excel center to attend EULAR conference. Family room is big for London. Ptoviding free car park in a big compound is mervelous. Breakfast did not include beacon, but fine. Fish and chip infront is famous. There is a good breakfast restaurant in 8 min walk, freemason.

The staff is very nice, accomodating and helpful.
The place is clean enough, the access is easy, it's close to ExCel (a 10-minute walk).
The rooms are a bit small and the neighborhood feels a little bit industrial.

Avoid in hot weather!
Not recommended at all in hot weather! This hotel is in a great location for the Excel as its only about 10 minutes walk away.
On arrival we were greated pleasantly and the staff member was very friendly and helpful.
He asked if either of us smoked which we don't but he offered a room with a balcony which I took anyway.
The room itself was very small, with very little space to open my case!
The bathroom was also quite small and the toilet seat slid around. There was a faint smell of sewage and damp too.
I also found 3 black hairs on my pillowcase!
I'm not too fussy so I thought to myself that it's only 3 nights and believed I could cope.
I had to sleep on top of the covers that night as the weather was very warm despite having the window open. There was no air con or even a ceiling fan.
The next morning I took a shower and when I went to dry my hair I could not get the hairdryer to work, no matter how I tried.
I asked my colleague if I could borrow his from his room but by this time I was already late for work at the Excel.
On retuning to the hotel that afternoon (33 degrees outside) I asked about aircon and was told they had put fans in all the rooms (not in my colleague's room!)
I sat for well over an hour in front of the fan just in my underwear trying to get cool. I also tried splashing myself with cold water but the room was like a sauna.
After a terrible panic attack and much debating I left the hotel a night early. I told the staff member that it was simply too hot in there even with the balcony room.
I booked myself into another hotel which ironically only cost £3 more for the night. It had a fridge, aircon and much more space! I had to pay out of my own pocket for this but I couldn't have stayed in the prince regent a moment longer.
I can see the usual priceband for The Prince regent hotel and the budget suits the location and the hotel. However the price was hiked up to a disgraceful amount due to Comiccon (leading me to believe it was of much better quality) and was certainly not worth the cost, no where near!
I hate to write bad reviews but I don't want anyone to make a decision without reading this.

Comfy stay.
Staff very friendly, offered free food and water and provided all necessary information. Smooth check in. Room was clean and comfortable, coffee and all needed things offered. A pleasant stay. Plus aircon in the room and great tv programs ????
Don't expect large rooms...it's London after all! I think it's great value for the price and the transport links are very convenient.

SUPERBE hôtel à prix bas, mais le quartier laisse à désirer.
La TV inclut Prime, netflix, Disney+, c’est vraiment un +. Équipements très récents, un vrai plaisir d’y séjourner. Staff hyper professionnel.
L’emplacement … honnêtement les 10 minutes de marche jusqu’à l’Elizabeth Line font un peu peur.

Excelente atención, limpieza, habitaciones y servicios en general.
El hotel muy limpio, habitaciones espaciosas, hacen aseo todos los días, personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar a sus pasajeros. Cuentan con agua y fruta disponible durante todo el día. La ubicación queda bastante lejos (40 - 50 minutos de sitios turísticos) pero se compenza por el precio y la buena atención.
El punto negativo fue solo la ubicación, pero teniendo en cuenta que lo escogimos a pesar de la distancia, es un factor que ya se sabía.

Good value for money, with a great location and helpful staff, but the room condition and bed comfort need improvement.
The location was very convenient, close to a DLR station and with easy access to central London, which made getting around simple. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled drinking water available at the hotel, as well as free coffee and tea in the room. The room itself was an okay size and had all the basic amenities needed, including bathroom essentials.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were black hairs found on the bed upon arrival. The shower had a fixed head only, which made it less convenient to use. The bed in room 16 was also uncomfortable and appeared to be broken on one side, creating a dip that made sleeping less comfortable.

Great little Hotel
I booked a room only rate which was excellent value for money. It is literally a 5 minutie walk from ExCeL. They had secure spacious parking facilites (great if you have a van). The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I'll be returning thats for sure.

Vernünftiges Hotel in guter Lage zum Excel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Rezeption, die flexibel und kundenorientiert auf Wünsche eingeht – insbesondere auch bei einem gewünschten Zimmerwechsel. Insgesamt ein positiver Eindruck.
