The one exception was bathroom overall was clean except for the shower needs the gout in some place to be fixed and clean the black grime on the runner of shower, and other places to be cleaned.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm gebucht (hohe Etage) und über 800€ für eine Nacht bezahlt. Als wir angekommen sindund den Schlüssel für Zimmer 805 bekommen haben (Etage 8) sind wir ins Zimmer und dieses war noch von den Gästen vor und nicht gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Alles war unordentlich, die Betten nicht frisch bezogen und die alten Handtücher lagen noch auf dem Boden. Auch der Mülleimer war voll und die Toilette verschmutzt. Als ich dann zur Rezeption bin und den Fall schilderte, kam nur ein „sorry“ und man gab mir eine andere Karte für das Zimmer mit der Nummer 405. Ich sagte dann, dass ich für ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage bezahlt habe. Dann wurde mir gesagt, es sei jetzt kein anderes mehr frei und ich müsste das nehmen. Keine Reaktion auf Wiedergutmachung oder Ähnliches. Nach dem Motto „Friss oder Stirb“. Von einem so exklusiven Hotel mit solchen Preisen, erwarte ich viel mehr Professionalität. Als es dann am Morgen zum Frühstück ging, bekamen wir keins mehr, da es angeblich zu spät war. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir bis 10:30 Uhr frühstücken gehen können und waren um 10:20 Uhr da und wollten nur schnell eine Tassee Kaffee trinken. Jedoch wurde uns der Gang zum Buffett verwehrt. Es kam nur ein „sorry“. Schlechtes Hotel, noch schlimmerer Service und null Gästeorientiert.

Best location, both central and incredible Effiel tower view.
Location and view which are the reason I picked the hotel - amazing! You have an unobstructed view of the Effiel Tower from your balcony - loved it! The hotel managed to give us rooms next to each other and interconnected, which made a huge difference when we had morning coffee, room service or just enjoying the night lights of the Effiel tower. Thank you.

Pullman Eiffel Paris
The location was superb as we wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower.
We made multiple requests for milk and water and eventually we got some at the restaurant downstairs after more then 24hrs after the initial request and multiple follow up requests.
My meal in the restaurant had a hair in it, which I notified the floor manager which took a while as they were busy, he took action immediately and I received a replacement however I had lost my appetite, he did comp the entire meal which was good.
The day before departure we organised to have someone come up and assist us with our luggage, however when 15mins past the pre arranged time and no one came I went downstairs and the same person I spoke to said oh yeah I forgot what room you where in, NOT GOOD ENOUGH, it was early with nonother guests around no excuse. Overall very disappointed ????

Hot, anxiety, sleepless.
The property has a convenient location.
The property was extremely HOT. The A/C was not working which made it unbearable to sleep, and the hotel rooms did not match the photos provided on the booking app. They were extremely dirty; and outdated. The floor was so dirty that the hotel slippers turned black at the bottom by only walking on the carpet.

工作人员比较有耐心，早餐好吃，交通方便设施不错，夜景无敌。房间跟国内布局稍有区别，总体还可以。
很感谢工作人员帮我把行李拿上楼，可惜背包里有镜头卡口摔坏了。应该是背包摔到了地上。后面的旅行我没法使用这个50mm镜头。

1600 € pour une chambre comme celle-ci… Autant dire que j’ai simplement payé la vue sur la Tour Eiffel, et rien de plus. En plus, le couloir de notre chambre sentait mauvais. Quand on prenait une douche, toute l’eau s’écoulait en dehors de la cabine. Les toilettes n’avaient même pas de rabat. Il y avait des taches noires dans le lavabo, certains murs et plinthes étaient noircis, comme s’il y avait de la moisissure, ainsi que plusieurs taches sur les murs. Enfin, le personnel n’était pas particulièrement agréable dans l’ensemble, à l’exception de l’équipe du buffet, qui était très sympathique.

Stosunek ceny do jakości , jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy wypada słabo ,stolik w restauracji się kiwał , podczas śniadania trzeba było nogą go dociskać do podłogi żeby zjeść normalnie śniadanie .Stan łazienki , odpadający uchwyt ze ściany pod prysznicem , rozklekotany uchwyt na żel pod prysznic , brudne fugi między płytkami pod prysznicem , brak zimnej wody , po ustawieniu na maksa na zimną wodę leciała letnia, obite drzwi , a pokój miał być niby po kapitalnym remoncie …niby takie błachostki jednak kuły w oko. Hotel nie posiada parkingu , tuż obok niego znajduje się parking podziemny jednakże max wysokość to 2 m więc wyższym autem nie wjedziecie , do tego trzeba zrobić rezerwację i oczywiście za niego zapłacić .

我覺得飯店很貼心，因為剛好是巴黎的最熱的時候，冰箱都會幫我們準備很多水。
在退房的時候，因為電梯只有兩部，所以要等很久，這件事希望以後可以改善，但是整體來說這家飯店的舒適度是很高的。

A atendente Lya foi maravilhosa: fala português e foi extremamente solícita, educada e gentil durante todo o atendimento. Entretanto, minha experiência com os demais atendentes não foi positiva. O hotel possui um fluxo muito grande de pessoas, e o ar-condicionado do hall claramente não suportava a quantidade de hóspedes, tornando o ambiente desconfortável.
O serviço de jantar no quarto também deixou a desejar: além de muito caro, a qualidade não correspondeu ao valor cobrado. O café da manhã, por outro lado, é bom.
Na minha percepção, paga-se um valor elevado principalmente pela localização, porém, considerando a experiência geral, acredito que o hotel não entrega o suficiente para justificar o preço cobrado.

The location is unbeatable! Make sure you book a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower, watching it sparkle at night from your private balcony is magical! The staff was incredible and so sweet, leaving a bottle of champagne in the room on my birthday. Staying here was an amazing experience!

The best thing you’re really paying for at this hotel is, without a doubt, the view of the Eiffel Tower. I specifically booked a room with a direct Eiffel Tower view, and it was absolutely worth it.
However, there are quite a few issues with this hotel.
First of all, before our arrival I sent several requests asking for an early check-in (just two hours earlier) and a room on a higher floor, as I was celebrating my birthday during this stay and wanted to make the occasion a little more special. I was never directly told “no”, but instead received standard replies saying that such requests could only be handled at the reception desk upon arrival.
I was traveling with my child and, unfortunately, we arrived during some of the hottest days in Paris. As a result, we had to spend two extra hours walking around in the heat because our room was not ready. The receptionist told me that I would receive a WhatsApp message as soon as the room was available. However, when we returned to the reception at 3:45 PM, we were informed that the room was still not ready. Only after we explained once again that my child was exhausted from the journey were we finally given a room. By then, a different receptionist was on duty — many thanks to him for helping us.
The room did indeed have the promised Eiffel Tower view. However, it was not particularly clean. The bed linen had yellow stains on the pillowcases, the bathroom towels were old and noticeably yellowed, and one side of the mattress was heavily worn and sagging.
The breakfast was also quite disappointing. It was included in our rate, but the selection was limited, and the fruits and vegetables did not seem particularly fresh. In addition, the omelet I ordered never arrived because the staff simply forgot about the order.
Another strange experience occurred on the day of our departure. Check-out is until 11:00 AM, and I had specifically selected a departure time between 10:30 and 11:00 AM in the hotel’s online check-out form. Nevertheless, housekeeping staff knocked on our door twice starting from 9:00 AM, which felt rather intrusive and unnecessary.
Overall, the hotel left me with mixed feelings.

The location next to the Eiffel tower was excellent. We had a great view as the twinkling lights started in the evening.
The location next to a .etro station was also very helpful.
I could also mention the staff and service we received, especially when we had messed up our original booking and they helped us coordinate a new room.
We had no issues.

Stunning Eiffel Tower views with an unforgettable stay
We had an amazing stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel while celebrating a special occasion. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room (Room 820), high floor, with sofa, balcony, and direct Eiffel Tower view- clean, modern, and very comfortable.
The highlight was the breathtaking view- watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night right from our balcony was truly mesmerizing. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the tower, making sightseeing very convenient.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable stay- highly recommended for couples and special occasions.
