Avoid this hotel. It was overpriced, unhygienic and one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

The hotel was extremely poor value for money. The room was dirty, with hairs in multiple areas, and it was uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. The staff were rude, unhelpful and appeared disorganised. Towels were stored in what looked like a shed or bunker, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Overall, the cleanliness, service and facilities were far below what should be expected for the price.

Cheap and clean but nothing else

Looks can be deceiving. Pretty shabby once you’re past reception. Extremely narrow corridors, rooms very close to one another, tiny rooms and bathrooms. Shower was ridiculously small, like you can’t bend down inside without opening showing door small!! Think caravan bathroom. Very shabby fittings and broken fixings, in desperate need of painting. They take a £50 deposit on arrival and charge your card. Supposedly release this £50 on check out but take 14 business days to do so!

La superficie de la chambre single et de la salle de bain : microscopiques ! Impossible d'ouvrir la valise sans bloquer à la fois la porte de la salle de bain et celle de l'entrée ; lavabo minuscule, jamais vu une chambre aussi petite en 40 ans de voyage !
Le manque d'insonorisation : on entend chaque bruit de la chambre voisine, impossible de dormir paisiblement.

Immer wieder!
Besonders gut hat uns das freundliche Personal sowie die Sauberkeit gefallen. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer aufgeräumt und geputzt und war jeden Tag super sauber.

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata decisamente pessima.
Siamo stati costretti a soggiornare senza aria condizionata con temperature esterne di circa 33°C. L'unica soluzione proposta dalla struttura è stata un piccolo ventilatore, assolutamente insufficiente a rendere la stanza vivibile.
La situazione è stata aggravata dal fatto che la finestra aveva il vetro rotto e non poteva essere aperta perché anche il meccanismo di apertura era danneggiato. Di conseguenza, la stanza era caldissima e impossibile da arieggiare.
Le condizioni della camera erano ben lontane da quelle che ci si aspetta da un hotel: la porta del bagno aveva un foro enorme, degno della celebre scena di Shining; le pareti presentavano evidenti tracce di umidità; dietro la tenda della finestra era evidente che le pulizie non venivano effettuate da moltissimo tempo.
Anche il servizio è stato molto deludente. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere per ben due volte alla reception della semplice carta igienica prima che ci venisse consegnata. Inoltre, il penultimo giorno la nostra camera non è stata pulita e gli asciugamani non sono stati sostituiti. Siamo stati costretti ad attendere oltre mezz'ora nella hall affinché il personale completasse le pulizie.
Come se non bastasse, ogni volta che veniva aperto un rubinetto in qualsiasi parte dell'hotel, compreso il nostro bagno, si sentiva un fortissimo rumore, simile a quello di un'autoclave, estremamente fastidioso sia di giorno che di notte.
Nel complesso, si è trattato di un soggiorno molto al di sotto di qualsiasi aspettativa. La struttura necessita di una manutenzione urgente e di una gestione del servizio clienti molto più attenta. Purtroppo non ci sentiamo di consigliarla e certamente non torneremo.

Lokace byla absolutně fantastická! Personál byl velmi příjemný. Pokoj jsme měli v nejvyšším patře, kde klimatizace už ani na chodbě nebyla, takže noci při vlně veder byly krušné, ale to nic nemění na spokojenosti. Pokoje jsou menší, ale na Londýn je tato velikost normální.

Very disappointed and feel we did not get value for money as we couldn’t stay in our rooms to cool down from heat

I occupied a ground floor room, and my family were on the first floor, both rooms were stifling hot, due to the adverse heat. The size of the room did not help at all, there was no room to move,i had 3 fans my family had 1 that were no good whatsoever, the room on ground floor was disgusting and very dated, definitely did not stand up to the reputation I expected. My families room was a but bigger, however they were unable to use there shower as the dirty water was coming back up through the plug in the bath. One member of staff on reception was unable to understand us when we tried to speak to her, therefore we were unable to raise our concerns with her

Posizione ottimale, vicinanza con metro e stazione
Servizi igienici pessimi nella struttura, un lavabo talmente stretto che non riuscivo neanche a lavarmi le mani per quanto il rubinetto fosse attaccato al lavabo, figuriamoci potersi lavare il viso….la mensola di vetro dello specchio sovrastante era più larga del lavabo sottostante! Il risultato: impossibile lavarsi senza creare un lago a terra! Il secondo giorno ho optato x la doccia anche per lavarmi il viso! Pessima scelta del posizionamento dei sanitari! Per un hotel di questo livello è inaudito avere dei servizi igienici così ! Neanche in un ostello siamo a questo livello!

Decepção
Da localização.
O quarto é pequeníssimo, o armário estava fechado com fita crepe. O banheiro igualmente pequeno, sendo o pior o box que quase não dava pra tomar banho ali de tão pequeno! O café da manhã era ok. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos,mas se você tiver qualquer demanda eles não vão fazer absolutamente nada para te ajudar. A conversa é linda,mas na hora que a gente precisa, zero atitude. Não foi a primeira vez que me hospedei lá mas se fosse não teria havido segunda vez. Essa seguramente foi a última.

I travelled with a wheelchair user, I had to change lifts to get to the restaurant from the room however having a room on a different floor would solve this problem.

The location was suitable for my needs as I was staying one night following an event I had attended.
The breakfast supervisor was very attentive and helpful. I had forgotten that my booking didn't include the breakfast, but she was very good and advised me that my room number was not on her list but she said that I could continue to enjoy the breakfast and she would enquire if I was eligible for the breakfast.
I spoke to a manager who advised me that the breakfast was at an additional cost, too which I accepted.
Reception staff not very slow and indifferent to me. Having arrived I was asked to wait while the receptionist attended someone else who came after me and then she took her time to process my request. She was unaware that I had previously communicated with the hotel and was going through the routine. I was only dropping my luggage off early due to the event starting at 2pm.
The next day I returned my room key and the receptionist was not attentive.
Additionally the room was a single room, which in its self, but it was so small I struggled to walk around the bed to get to the wardrobe, plug in my phone charger and fan, as there was no A/C.

Izvrsna lokacija, vrlo blizu stanice Paddington, a tu je još jedna - Lancaster Gate. Lijep kvart, ljubazno i nenametljivo osoblje, pristojne cijene u hotelskom baru, čisto, mijenjanju ručnike i čiste sobe svaki dan, odlična vrijednost za novac.
Sve je bilo dobro. Nema klime i sobe su male, no to smo znali. Imali smo ventilatore (čak 2 u sobi), a soba je dovoljno velika za prespavati, istuširati se i sl.odnosno za tiristički izlet u London

The location was nice, very close to the Paddington metro station. Curb appeal and lobby were nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The AC did not work that well, it was hot as we got ready for bed. The room was not as renovated or spacious as we've seen in pictures.

Bu oteldeki konaklamamız baştan sona son derece hayal kırıklığı yarattı.
Otele gelmeden önce üç ayrı yatak istediğimizi açıkça belirtmemize rağmen bize bir çift kişilik ve bir tek kişilik yatak bulunan bir oda verildi. Talebimiz tamamen göz ardı edildi. Ayrıca oda, normal bir misafir odasından çok bir personel odasını andırıyordu.
Odanın durumu kabul edilemezdi. Kullanılabilir priz yoktu, klima yoktu ve giderler düzgün çalışmıyordu. Küvetteki su çok yavaş boşalıyor, hatta sadece elimizi yıkarken bile lavabo suyla doluyordu. Bunlar bir otel odasında bulunması gereken en temel standartlardır.
Daha da kötüsü, resepsiyon personelinin büyük kısmı konaklamamız boyunca kaba, ilgisiz ve yardımseverlikten uzaktı. Tek istisna, son derece nazik ve profesyonel davranan Tahir idi. Ne yazık ki diğer çalışanlar misafir memnuniyetinin onlar için önemli olmadığı izlenimini verdi.
Son hayal kırıklığını ise çıkış sırasında yaşadık. Check-out yaptıktan sonra çantalarımızı kısa bir süreliğine otelde bırakıp bırakamayacağımızı kibarca sorduk ve sadece iki çanta için 5 sterlin ücret talep edildi. Yaşadığımız tüm sorunların üzerine bu durum da oldukça rahatsız ediciydi ve otel hakkında bıraktığımız son izlenimi daha da kötüleştirdi.
Genel olarak bu otel, konfor, bakım ve müşteri hizmetleri açısından en temel beklentileri bile karşılayamadı. Talep ettiğimiz odayı alamadık, odanın fiziksel koşulları yetersizdi ve personelin büyük kısmının tutumu profesyonellikten uzaktı. Bir daha burada konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve başkalarına da tavsiye etmiyorum.
