Every time I visit Adana, I always come back to the Sheraton Hotel. It feels like my home away from home.
The location is excellent—right by the river and directly opposite the Grand Mosque. Everything is within walking distance, making it a perfect place to stay.

If you have a plan about visiting Adana city , you should stay in this unique hotel with the excellence of Marriott International. Great management, great staff, great amenities. Located nearby a beautiful river and a magnificent mosque and historical Taşköprü.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Adana von der besten Seite kennengelernt.
Der Ausblick, Zimmer Upgrade für3 Zimmer in der 12.Etage, große Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, gemütliche Betten.
Der Service war nicht gleichermaßen gut. Einige MA waren großartig und einige hatten keine Lust zu arbeiten. Doch die besseren Mitarbeiter haben überwogen.

The hotel itself looks nice and the rooms are comfortable, but unfortunately this did not compensate for the poor service experience.
I was very disappointed with the service. The hotel refused to issue a proper invoice for my stay and kept redirecting me to Booking.com, while Booking.com clearly stated that only the hotel can provide the invoice. This lack of responsibility and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this level.

The view
I am still waiting for my invoice. First, their staff claimed that Booking.com needed to give me my invoice, but now they are telling me that their "accounting department" will contact me. A week has passed, and I still don't have my invoice, which I urgently need.

Adana ziyaretimizde Sheraton Grand Adana’da konakladık. Genel olarak otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Odalar konforlu, manzarası güzel ve konumu oldukça avantajlı.
Ancak bazı konularda beklentimizin biraz altında kaldığını söyleyebilirim. Hizmet kalitesi zaman zaman standart bir şehir oteli seviyesindeydi; daha sıcak ve misafir odaklı bir yaklaşım beklerdik. Küçük detaylara biraz daha özen gösterilirse çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunabilir.

A lot of small things that should be taken care of and have been overlooked. Fixtures needed at room or corridors, dirty pool tables, nobody to take care about pool towels. Food/ dirty plates in corridors not tided up for hours.

Very nice stay
Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. The choice of hotel was made by our host.
The room was big, clean. The bed was large and very comfy. Was able to watch some Champions League football on the TV. Have seen better offers of complimentary snacks and drinks in more affordable hotels in the UK and Thailand.
Very nice buffet breakfast available downstairs.

Bezuinigen ontbijt soorten veel minder vergeleken met eerdere jaren. Kamer schoonmaak niet heel goed dit jaar!
Zwembad was niet echt schoon. Veel groene plekken en bodem zwembad steeds stukje wat afbrokkelt.

A Pleasant Stay in a Prime Location – Great Value Overall
The Sheraton Grand is in a fantastic location—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport—which made getting around super convenient. That said, the area can get a little noisy, especially during peak hours, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.
Check-in was a breeze. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, well-informed, and had a relaxed, easygoing attitude that helped set the tone for our stay. It made the whole arrival process feel stress-free.
Our room was a pleasant surprise—spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated. There was definitely an effort to create a stylish and comfortable space. However, a few furniture pieces felt slightly mismatched and gave off a bit of a tacky vibe, which was a small contrast to the otherwise tasteful design. Also, the temperature in the room was on the warm side, and adjusting it didn’t seem to make much of a difference.
One thing we noticed was that the staff seemed under a lot of pressure, likely due to how busy the hotel was. Still, they handled it like pros—always friendly, approachable, and eager to help, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a lot of positives, especially considering the price. Definitely good value for money!

Old hotel, doesn’t worth its money
Old hotel. Old furniture with scratches and scuffs. Had a bad experience with a restaurant manager. Provide a bad service.
Bad SPA. Everything is old. Changing rooms and pool are different floors. Very uncomfortable. If you come as a couple you can’t use hamam or sauna they are gender separated. Didn’t enjoy.
Disappointed. Doesn’t worth its money.

I liked the comfort, the service & the quality. It displays the best view of Adana. I especially liked the stuffs' welcoming hospitality which reflects the people's profile of Adana.
My room's air condition have usually been turned on despite the weather was cold during nights. There were a few mosquitoes and I expect the stuffs to take precautions to provide some pesticides etc.
