Шикарный вид из окна, как на море так и на горы. Убирались каждый день, еда вкусная, как и коктейли, радовало то что всегда есть развлечения для детей, как днём так и вечером.
Наверное единственный недостаток это лифт, к сожалению один лифт не работал, и приходилось ждать лифт очень долго. На балконе убирали всего два раза за неделю.

Un soggiorno perfetto per famiglie! Un grazie alla struttura per la loro decisione
Tutto perfetto. Servizi top per grandi e bambini (animazioni, corsi fitness, spettacoli, mini club) , piscine (2 grossi complessi, uno per adulti e uno per piccoli) , all inclusive, vicinanza alla spiaggia di Palma (solo spiagge libere). Davvero una delle più belle strutture in cui siamo stati (2 adulti e 1 bambino di 2 anni).
Abbiamo avuto purtroppo un problema familiare e siamo stati costretti a rientrare in anticipo, e la struttura ha deciso di rimborsarci di quanto non usufruito!

Работники бара,ресторана приветливые,все хорошо,кроме бара где кофе-там какой то неприятный бармен,постоянно выражал свое недовольство,когда его просили сделать кофе из кофемашины.Мне он не попадался,но много людей жаловались именно на него.
Большая благодарность Любе и Сандре из рецепшн- приятные,внимательные,отзывчивые девушки,которые не упустили из виду нашу просьбу.
Парень на рецепшене есть,тоже очень хороший,к сожалению имя не запомнили.
За еду не буду писать в окне "что вам не понравилось", но выбор не мешало бы разнообразить,особенно это касается вечерней выпечки и мелких закусок.
Так же мясо,которое жарили постоянно было жесткое.Возьмешь ребро,соус вкусный,а мясо резиновое.
Соки хотя бы из пакета,а не юппи,который подается в самых дешевых отелях,которым Sol Melia не должен соответствовать.

PISCINE: per bimbi piccoli con acqua alta 30cm...e piscina per bambini con acqua alta 36cm. 2-3 bagnini solo in questa zona. Poi c'è una piscina con acqua alta 1,40 m con scivoli d'acqua, per bambini e adulti. Servita da 4 bagnini. In più una piscina per adulti con aqua Gym, cyclo Gym e altre attività.
RISTORANTE E BAR: Ristorante ben fornito, ogni giorno c'è una sera a tema con piatti ottimi. Sushi, grigliata di pesce, cena messicana...ecc! Tanta scelta. Dal salato al dolce. Buffet ricco. Bar con pochi cocktail ma ottima Cerveza! In più al "Bar dello Sport" accanto al MiniClub c'è un ristorante per bambini, con hamburger, nugget, patatine, crocchette, gelato, frutta e caramelle...che naturalmente è preso d'assalto anche dagli adulti.
PERSONALE: Eccellente, gentilissimo. Dopo il checkout, se avete l'aereo nel pomeriggio o la sera, è possibile lasciare le valigie lì. Con possibilità di fare la doccia e cambiarsi nello spogliatoio, GRATIS.
ANIMAZIONE: Animatori preparatissimi, per i bambini. Ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso. Dalla serata Rock, allo Show di Magia, Ballo e intrattenimento. Schiuma Party, White Party nel weekend.

CAMERE: Pulite, tutte con balcone con tavolo e 2 sedie. Con bollitore e tazze. Ogni giorno c'è la pulizia della stanza.
POSIZIONE: Negozi ovunque. Idem ristoranti e pub. Accanto al Nikki Beach. A pochi passi dalla zona commerciale con Taco Bell, Starbucks, Domino's, KFC, McDonald's ecc....
A questo hotel do 9. L'unica pecca da migliorare è la scelta dei Cocktail. Il Bar non fa veri e propri Cocktail...o almeno 2-3 di numero. Mojito, Capirinha e Margarita. Altri erano senza Alcol. In compenso la Cerveza è buona.

Huge hotels with a lot of floors and only 3 tiny elevators, there were loooong queues to get one. The only thing that saved us was having the room on the 3rd floor. For people above the 5th, well - you spend a lot of time waiting for the lift.... Other than that

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant. Le personnel était peu accueillant et souvent désagréable, ce qui a fortement nui à l’expérience. La chambre était moyenne et manquait d’équipements essentiels, notamment une armoire pour ranger les vêtements. De plus, il n’y avait pas d’accès à Internet dans les chambres. Quant à la climatisation, elle était pratiquement inexistante : malgré sa présence annoncée, elle ne rafraîchissait pas la chambre, ce qui rendait les nuits très inconfortables. Enfin, la gestion de la piscine a été particulièrement décevante : elle n’ouvrait qu’après 10 h et, bien que l’heure de fermeture soit annoncée à 18 h, le personnel commençait régulièrement à installer les barrières bien avant cette heure. Un jour, ils ont même commencé à fermer la piscine dès 17 h 25, empêchant les clients de profiter des installations jusqu’à l’heure prévue. Nous avons trouvé cela totalement irrespectueux envers les clients. Au vu de tous ces points, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The staff were polite. Service was great. Enjoyed the snack bar. The pool area was lovely and the games played were fun. Buffet breakfast and dinner both had a great selection of different cuisines.
The room was a little small. The air con kept it at a cool level. However couldn't adjust for when the heat really picked up. The elevators aren't the biggest and get extremely hot very quickly at times.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è ottima e la struttura è pensata perfettamente per chi ha bambini: c'è tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno comodo e piacevole per le famiglie.
Le camere sono confortevoli, gli ambienti puliti e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i servizi dedicati ai più piccoli, che hanno reso la vacanza ancora più rilassante.
Consiglio questo hotel soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini, perché offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per trascorrere un soggiorno sereno e piacevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Underwhelming
Stayed here as a family of 5 and was quite underwhelming. Air con is atrocious in the room we had which made the holiday with young kids more stressful.
The lift situation is crazy only 3 small lifts for the full holiday you can be stood waiting for one for quite a while.
Food is not good at all. Very cheap and did not taste good at all. We ended up eating out a lot due to this. The all inclusive isn't the best. Drinks are the usual cheap stuff plus having to have a token to get a drink is very annoying.
Staff seemed quite moody and lacking in enthusiasm. The entertainment team were great but other staff like waiters / bar staff / look like they don't want to be there.
Location is great. Rooms not the cleanest. We actually had an issue one of the days the toilet / bath / sick all got blocked and flooded. Not good.

O ponto menos positivo foi o horário da piscina, das 10h às 18h. Na nossa opinião, abre um pouco tarde e fecha demasiado cedo — faria sentido prolongar pelo menos até às 19h. Há crianças que fazem a sesta durante a tarde e depois não conseguem usufruir. Além disso, o staff da piscina poderia ser mais simpático e cuidadoso.

Terrible stay
We chose this hotel with high hopes, but our trip ultimately turned into a nightmare.
Every noise from outside could be heard clearly in the room, making it impossible to relax or get any proper rest. The rooms are in poor condition and far from clean. The promised daily housekeeping was more like smearing the dirt around than actually cleaning.
We also requested a baby cot, which was delivered broken and with food scraps hidden underneath the mattress. The handle on the bathroom door kept falling off whenever we tried to close it. It was obvious that the room had not seen any proper maintenance for years.
And the worst was yet to come. On the third day, my husband came down with food poisoning, followed by me and our one-year-old daughter. The reception staff were not helpful at all. At first, they even denied being aware of any similar cases, but it soon became apparent that guest after guest was coming to the front desk with the same complaint.
It was a horrible experience. Choose a different place to stay if you don't want to spend your entire holiday suffering! !!!!

We had a wonderful week.
I can't believe all the negative reviews. I spent a week with my daughter and grandson and had a wonderful time. There are 5 pools to chose from. Lots of activities going on throughout the day. My grandson went to the kids club and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is a 3.5 to 4 star. The food was good and very varied even for a picky eater. So don't be put of with the negativity.

A lovely family holiday and a great hotel
Had a family holiday . We took our two granddaughters 11/10 my son and he’s wife took their 1 yr old son . We upgraded to AI on arrival which was worth the money as the children could have unlimited drinks.
The hotel pools were lovely for the children but they wouldn’t let my granddaughter have her rubber ring which wasn’t very big . I saw loads of lit kids with inflatables being told no and they had all bought them from shop opposite which was upsetting for them . The pools were massive so they wouldn’t fill the pool up . I understand it might be more arkward for life guard to see lido if children go under . But my granddaughter had a rubber ring

Not a 4 star
We were moved to this hotel after an issue at the one we were staying at. According to Jet2 it's a 4 star hotel. It is not.. The reception staff were rude, check in took an age. The room was dirty, and the bathroom smelt like stale urine.
If that all wasn't bad enough, the restaurant was a glorified canteen. There was food that should have been chilled just on the side no chiller, everything seemed to be on the cheap.. the coffee was poor... I only ate bread for the 2 days we were at the hotel as the food didn't looked like it was stored correctly.
Avc the all inclusive drinks.. the token idea is just a germ spreader. If you have a wristband why do you need a token.
All in all don't stay here.

Highly recommended.
Arrived as expected to a receptionist who was very polite, knowledgeable and considerate. A quick and happy experience once checked in, however the room was not available for a few hours (early morning arrival), so invited to put our luggage in a secure room before taking lunch in the restaurant. A wide selection of both cold and hot food greeted us as well as drinks and sweets. The staff in the restaurant are pleasant and there is no bother when it comes to cleaning up after previous residents.
The rooms, more than happy with the cleanliness, hygiene and the overall layout the bonus being a pool view and all UK channels on the TV.
Ok, the pools, having a grandson in tow we mostly found ourselves using the pool with slides etc. Opens at 10:00am with plenty of beds and umbrella's, not an issues getting a spec. There is a poolside snackbar and with the use of the token system inuse you can get a drink and snacks. The other pool complex is separate and again all amenities you require.
Entertainment, the kids club 10:30 - 12:30 is ideal for both a break for the parents and the children to meet up and get entertained, furthermore a kids spot at 20:30 for an hour in the entertainment hall before the adult evening show.
Didn't venture much outside of the complex other than to the nearby beach (5 mins) and a trip on the 104 bus to Palma.
Overall highly recommended, not a big review writer but well deserved in my experience of the Sol Barbados.

Horrible do not go to this hotel
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The fact this place is advertised as a 4-star hotel is laughable and completely misleading.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear standards were extremely low. The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were dirty, and there were ants crawling around. The housekeeping staff were pleasant, but they are clearly fighting a losing battle because the hotel itself is not being maintained properly.
The food was absolutely dreadful. Not only was the quality poor, but after eating there, my wife, my 5-year-old daughter, my mother and my father all became ill for three days. Whether this was food poisoning or not, I cannot say for certain, but the timing speaks for itself. What made it even worse was witnessing a member of staff cut her finger while preparing bread and get blood on the food. I was genuinely horrified.
The so-called "all-inclusive" package is a complete joke. Guests are forced to use drink tokens, and despite wearing all-inclusive wristbands, staff refuse to serve you without them. It feels less like a holiday resort and more like a prison canteen where management are determined to make getting a simple drink as difficult as possible.
The customer service was equally appalling. I was refused an apple juice for my daughter because the bar was not yet open. I've travelled extensively and stayed in many all-inclusive hotels, and I have never encountered such petty, inflexible, and unhelpful service.
To top it all off, another guest left a filthy nappy full of faeces in the hallway. The smell was disgusting. When I reported it to reception, they laughed. Not apologised. Not acted immediately. Laughed. That response alone tells you everything you need to know about how this hotel is managed.
The entire place feels neglected, unhygienic, and poorly run. After only two days, we gave up on the all-inclusive package entirely and spent additional money eating elsewhere because we simply did not trust the food being served.
This hotel was the worst part of our holiday. It falls nowhere near the standard of a genuine 4-star property, and I would strongly advise anyone considering booking here to look elsewhere. We certainly will never be returning.

Mixed review
Firstly the Hotel isn’t a 4*. The room cleaning is almost non existent, we had to clean our floors with some dirty clothes some days & we had to take the cleaners brush & pan to clean our floors on the other days & I emptied our bins and took the rubbish out daily. The all inclusive is terrible and I swear we never complain about this stuff but the food constantly ran out and we were left with scraps to pick from! The staff on the reception was mainly lovely but one was terrible, laughing at me when I tried to explain I’d lost our towel receipt! One thing I will say is the manager was amazing! We moved rooms and he gave us complimentary drinks! He’s a keeper sol Barbados! The pools were good too!

Honest review, young couple with 2 year old
Location 4.5/5 only a 5-minute walk to the beach, with a small supermarket directly outside the hotel which was ideal for water, snacks and other essentials.
Atmosphere was quite good overall, 4/5.
Rooms were fine, but the A/C was terrible. We struggled to sleep for the first few nights because it was too hot. The TV wasn’t great for UK guests, although luckily we brought a Fire Stick. Unfortunately, the WiFi in the rooms was awful, so we had to rely on phone data. The “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together which slid apart quite a lot. I ended up falling between them several times. It was funny at times, but with young children it could potentially be dangerous. Overall, I’d give the rooms 2/5.
Value for money was around 3/5. The food wasn’t anything special and things could feel quite busy and unorganised at times, room temperature was a big factor, being unable to get a good nights rest sets up the following day for a less enjoyable time.
Cleanliness would be a 4.5/5.
The drinks system was quite good. You receive tokens instead of constantly going back and forth for drinks, which meant there weren’t half-finished cups left everywhere like at many other hotels.
Noise level was 4/5. Very minimal and nothing I’d complain about.
Service started off seeming quite good, but overall I’d have to give it 2/5. The staff could come across as quite ignorant at times. I asked about the A/C and whether somebody could take a look at it, but we were essentially ignored. Table service was also poor most of the time, with plates piling up on tables. Luckily there were only three of us at a four-person table, so we had the space, but we expected dirty plates and drinks to be cleared much quicker. This led to a lot of accidents around the restaurant. During our stay there must have been at least a dozen broken plates, and on one occasion a staff member dropped a glass which shattered on a table where children were seated.
Something to be aware of, reserve Sunbed quick, although it states you can’t do this everyone else does so inevitably we had to do the same as after 9/10am you’d struggle to get one close to the pool with an umbrella, children’s pools downstairs you need to queue before 10am when it opens for a good spot as the gates don’t open till then so people already wait.
Worst part of the hotel> Elevators, if you’re on a high floor, good luck during peak hours, worst elevators I’ve experienced at a hotel, often waiting up 10 minutes+, you’d get in, the elevator would go up rather than down despite stopping at your floor, then you’d have to stop at most other floors on the way down, if we didn’t have the pushchair we’d have used the stairs as it would’ve saved a lot of time
Overall, a decent hotel in a great location, but there are definitely areas that need improving, we would stay again but only if we got a good deal on the price but wouldn’t be our first pick.

Great stay family of 10
We came for a week as a family of 10 age ranging from 7yo to 60yo and everyone within the party was well catered for. Some of the negative reviews I have read seem slightly harsh. The Hotel was very clean and the room cleaners did a good job. Most of the staff are very friendly particularly the animation team who were so lovely. They work extremely hard and always had time to have a chat and made everyone feel very welcome. The evening entertainment was fun on most nights our favourite was the Michael Jackson tribute. There was a really big selection of food and everyone found something they enjoyed so no one went hungry. The kids really enjoyed being able to help themselves to the ice cream and sweets all day! It is in a really good location, if you go left out of the hotel it brings you to steps that take you to the beach. The area is very family friendly with lots of bars and restaurants suitable for kids but once you reach a certain point on the strip you’ll know not to go any further as that’s the proper party side of Magaluf you hear of and a real no go zone for small kids ???? the beach is absolutely stunning! drinks tokens were a little annoying at the start but we did get used to it and the system did appear to work well once you understand it. The pools were great and everyone enjoyed them however I do think there could be more sun loungers put out as there were quite a few open spaces left around the pool so it seems a shame the space isn’t put to use as it can be a struggle getting a bed. For those who have children, be mindful of the pool toilets as the lock mechanism is quite tricky for a child to figure out. Overall we had a really great time and I would definitely recommend to those seeking a fun family holiday.

Great holiday at Los Barbados
Our holiday with 3 kids at Los Barbados was great! Hotel was situated in good place with a short walking distance from the beach and shopping streets.
Atmosphere was great at hotel and it is full of families and kids. Which was also a reason for big noise expecially in restaurant. Restaurant stone floor and walls are not the best for suppressing the noise :) Also i felt that some of the parents did not care so much about how their kids behaved.
Our room was basic room , with double bed and sofa. Room is quite small for 4 and there is not so much room to sit down. But it worked well for our holiday as we spend most of the time on the pool.
Room, hotel and area was clean, however toilets were quite messy sometimes even cleaners made their best. It was also nice to see that Magaluf was really clean town.
We read before the trip reviews and were a bit caution about stomach flu, elevetor things and food. But food was great if i compare the price we paid of the full board. Elevators sometimes where a bit busy but when you knew it before it did not bother us. And about the stomach flu...i think that not any hotel can stop stomach bugs if they let their children open ice cream sauce bottles with their mouth, or cut ice cream from the machine with they bare hands or even adults are touching food and putting it back for the next one.
So beside the noise in restaurant and hotel guest who are not thinking other guests holiday at Los Barbados hotel was excelent.

More a 3 star hotel and 2 star for food
The hotel its self is ok and the water park is really good but you cant get a sun bed unless you queue and run for your life at 10am. The food is horrendous and spoilt our holiday to the point we went out on food most days. There was muffins that were nice and the ice cream machine was set up the day before we left.
Stale fruit, burnt chicken nuggets, burnt cold chips. Im no snob but that is not a 4* hotel. Honestly spend your money else where or go self catering. For drinks there was one person behind the bar and a big queue most of the time. We drank water all week because we could fill that up on the side of the bar. Much better hotels to spend your money on. We went 29th may - june 5th.

Falta de baño en el lobby. Y también en la zona de baño y teatro por la noche.
Hacen falta más ascensores, para la gente que hay.
