Обман со стороны Букинга и полное отсутствие поддержки. Номер был забронирован где указано, что завтрак включен в стоимость. Поломанный грязный душ.

Good value for money.
When rating a hotel, it is important to consider the price paid in relation to the facilities and services provided. For the amount we paid, I would say this hotel offered excellent value for money.
We did experience an issue with the bathroom; however, a member of staff explained that it could not be resolved that day and assured us that we would be moved to another room the following day. They honoured that commitment and changed our room as promised.

Slecht meer dan slecht ik adviser niemand daar te verblijven
Eerste kamer was zo slecht er kan niet eent en hond daar leven en 2de kamer moest 70 euro meer betalen en de kamer was klein zelf de koffer pas niet in en ze zeggen er is baby bed beschikbaar en ik heb gevraagd ze hebben niet eens

I can recommend the Lola Hotel in terms of location, cleanliness and sweet restaurants nearby.
Location is lovely, near to Sultanahmet mosque and other attractions. I can give 10/10 for location
Small stairs to go to top floor IF YOU ARE WITH LUGGAGE.there was no hair-dryer in the bathroom, i did not ask reception , may be they had in reception. I was in rush all the times.

The room was nasty, dirty, every corners of the room and bathroom . Stayed for two nights, they didn’t come to clean once. But it looks like they are only interested in making sure the sheets and duvet plus toilet seat appears white, every other thing is disgusting and also rusty

The lola exprrience
Le calme et l'approximité.
Chambre sans Tv, toilette a été tombé en panne pas d'eau, connexion wifi des fois ça marche des fois non, j'ai passé une semaine avec les mêmes serviettes ils ont rien changé housekeeping service à revoir. Personnellement, je ne mettrai jamais mes pieds dans cet établissement.

Agréablement surpris
L'emplacement était idéal. À proximité des monuments. Lenprix correspond bien à la qualité de la chambre. Juste pour y passer la nuit. Des voisins bruyants. Mais l'extérieur très calme.

Bad experience
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The place is extremely dirty; you can see stains on the walls and the bed sheets were dirty with marks. They never change the bedding — they simply fold it and put it back every day, which is unacceptable.
Even if you put “Do Not Disturb” on the door, the cleaning lady will still knock, open the door, and enter, which is very disrespectful and disturbing.
Another problem is that they manage two hotels. I booked at Lola Hotel, but when I arrived they put me in Laila Hotel instead, without informing or asking me.
Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The hotel itself lacks many things, but Saeid helped us with everything we needed. Overall, the room was clean, but during our stay it wasn’t being cleaned. It’s a good and cheap place for just staying the night

Very very unclean. The room was very dirty. There was hair on the bed. There was stains on the towels. There was dirt on the walls. The ac was dirty and did not work. Only thought to book this as it was affordable and local to where i needed to stay. However, after that i would have been happy to pay more.
The staff were lazy and unhelpful. Wouldnt reccomend at all. I ended sleeping in my day clothes and putting a tshirt over the pillow. Made me very sick.

Must change the room, no fresh towels and bedding, no TV. Every time have to remain reception to change the towels and bedding, clean the floor. During 12 nights my bedding changed TWICE.

Чистое постельное белье, удобная кровать, хороший кондиционер, сантехника всё работало, есть чайник, фен, недалеко прачечная 3 мин. ходьбы, до Султанахмет по относительно ровной дороге 5 мин.ходьбы, от туда и двигались по всем направлениям.

There’s a separate building (not listed) where you’re expected to check in. Had I not randomly met someone staying at a different hotel they they manage, I would not have found it. The hotel elevator only goes up to the second floor then you have to walk upstairs to the third. Check in and check out is easy once you know the building. They provide laundry services and require cash (lira, euros or usd). The hotel is down the hill pictured. It’s a long walk to the top of the hill. The whole area is very hilly. Breakfast is good and is held downstairs in the main reception building. The stairs are narrow. Overall enjoyed my stay

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
Absolutely filthy. Stayed one night and left to another hotel. Rooms were smelly, damp, mouldy and generally made me feel disgusting just being there. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed with my own clothes covering the disgusting smelly single pillow. Honestly, couldn’t get out of there fast enough. My son felt sick, nothing physical, it just made him feel that way being there.
When we arrived, there was nobody there. The door marked ‘reception’ was locked and we finally had to knock on another guest’s door to find out how we get our keys! We finally found it, hidden in another building on another street. No mention of this when booking and no signage. The guy on the desk spent 5 mins chatting to a friend on his phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. He then reluctantly checked me in.
If it wasn’t for the stinking pillows, dirty mattress, sheets that don’t fit, black mould, no soap, tv that didn’t work, horrendous staff, dirty bathroom and there being just a kettle with no cups or anything else, it would be lovely. But it’s not.
THIS PLACE IS THE ARMPIT OF ISTANBUL. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK TO STAY HERE. You have been warned.

Location is not bad
So first of all, it was supposted to be hotel, But its like little house w apartments. For our 4 nights besides when we first day we arrived, they didn’t provide us any clean towels, toilet paper, clean sheets and etc. The sheets had stains, we didn’t have TV, although i think that it was written that we will have it. Their hair dryer broke, and we called them. They told us that they will fix it tomorrow. Althought i told them that i just washed my hair and i need hair dryer. They didn’t fix or change hair dryer until the end of our Stay (hair dryer broke on our first day)
In five days no one came to clean the Room. They didn't even throw out the garbage bag

Almost missed the transfer to airport!
Well..where to start. Points for location - near the centre. Also for price. But unfortunatley I have to mentionedour bad experience. As others said, walls were moldy. Reception in the other building. But what was worse - our card to our door never worked, we always had to go to get staff to open it with master card (they alwasy tried to program our card, but never worked anyway). Last time, an hour before the transfer to airport we had to grab our stuff from the room and the rceptionist was totally unhelpful and always saying we can get to the room next day or what was that (he was always saying tomorrow in Russian - not sure why, he was acting stupid). Only person who was helpful there was a guy from reception that had a vacation but he was living in the basement in the buliding. He opned us the door. Very stresfull situtation, Not recommending at all..

Odanın kiliti yok! Evet kiliti yok! Sorduğumda ise kilit vermediler. Dışarıdan açılmıyor dendi fakat dışarıdan açılıyordu. Sonra da kimse gelmez dendi fakat ertesi sabah dokuzta kapımızı biri açmayı denedi. Tabi ki otel yönetimine güvenmedim mecburiyetten resimdeki teknik ile kapıyı açılmaz hale getirdim.
Odaya girdiğimizde yerde hafif çamurlar vardı. Duşun kapısı yoktu ve duş alırken su dışarı akıyor hatta çok akarsa odaya sızıyordu. Bu şartlarda bu oteli tavsiye etmem. Kötü bir deneyimdi.

Garbage
The only good thing about the property was the Short distance to the center.
1. We stayed There for 5 days, of which, 3 days we had to buy another hotel stay So we can actually sleep. They were using the ground floor (we were staying at 1) as a deposit, So they dropped heavy things on the floor at all times that was the biggest problem. Its not like they are doing noise at 13:00 or even 17:00, they were doing that noise all the time EVEN ar 3:00 early in the morning. We literally couldnt sleep AT ALL! I was There trying to talk with them, but the little boy at the reception knew no english So we tried to comunicate with google translate with no result.
2. There was a constant tobacco smell in our room! I dont know What happened in that “ hotel “ which is of course an exagerated word for this location, but the 2 nights we spent in their room (out of 5 we paid) our room was filled with tobacco smoke. I went to the reception again, and the guy (it was a new guy this time) came with me and asked me to be a detective! Literally he put me to SMEELL each door So we investigate Where the smoke comes from. After i was Sherlock Holmes, we couldnt find the room, but he entered my room and a knowledged the smell. Nothing happened not even a “Sorry we cant do anything” nothing at all.
3. It was dirty as hell. For that i have a lor of pictures to show you guys, but everything was disgusting. From the main door of the room which was not closing easily, we had to PUSH the door with a lot of power So it can be closed. My girlfriend couldnt even Close it by herself. As for the other mess in the room, the pictures will explain everything.
4. They are Big liers. I was literally contacting booking non stop through out my vacation, asking them for a 3 day refund, the 3 days i got another hotel, because of course im a rational person and even though the hotel stay for first and last night was completely terrible, i stayed There So i wanted no refund for them. But guess What?

There was a door missing in the shower and when having a showered water all over. The mattress was confortable but not the base of the bed. Very noisy and old. But I must admit they are changing things now and I saw new mattresses so I’m sure things will be different next time.

I am disappointed. First, I didn’t get the room I reserved. Second, the bathroom is in very bad shape and not clean at all. The bed sheets were not the right fit for the mattress so they came off during the night. The cleaning lady knocked and then proceeded to come into my room while I was half undressed. She didn’t wait long enough for me to answer the door. Perhaps the hotel could implement some simple fix like hanging a “do not disturb” sign on the door which would solve this problem.
If you can get past the disgusting bathroom, the hotel is, however, in a good location. It’s within walking distance from the Blue mosque, Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmed Square, and lots of tiny little restaurants and grocery stores for conveniences. There is also some uphill walking so if you have bad knees then this might not be best option.

I booked this hotel for my brother from Canada following the ratings and reviews but unfortunately I felt too much disappointment hearing that my brother was shocked by my things in the hotel. It was not easy accessible, no door for bathroom , tiny room and many things were broken.
