Lovely but could do with attention to detail in places.
Apartment was lovely, beds were comfortable, showers were strong & powerful when only one in use. Jacuzzi bath was nice when there were no bits coming out the jets.
There was a lack of crockery in the kitchen - we had booked for 4 adults & for example, there was only 3 bowls - not very handy for everyone having a cereal breakfast together or pudding. The glasses in the cupboard were very dirty, had to give them a good wash, along with the cutlery before we used any of it. The showers were strong, however became very weak or cold when the other shower or bath was running. The jacuzzi bath was nice, however don't think it had been cleaned through as loads of black bits were coming out the jets. The windows at the balcony could be doing with a good clean, as well as the balcony itself. Appreciate it's next to a main road but a once over every so often would be good. Sofa is comfy to begin with but not for long as it it a sofa bed so has no arm rest and is quite deep.

It was a pleasant stay.
The apartment was conveniently situated a 4 minute walk from the train station which was super convenient. We enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect for our family of four.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at one of the Donnini properties
We ended up at the St Meddans Mews in Troon because The Lucas was unavailable. The Donnini team - Naomi, Natasha and Nicholas - were quick to respond, very helpful and informative.
The St Meddans property was lovely, newly refurbished with nice appliances and furnitures. The place was clean and quiet. It was easy to find parking on the street. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow.
The town of Troon is a must visit place for those who wish to explore western Scotland. Local people were nice and friendly.

If this unit were to be better equipped I would definately recommend it.
The apartment was in a good location near main routes and grocery stores as well as restaurants. It was bright and sunny. Also self contained parking was a bonus
The kitchen was ill equipped. Not enough pots,pans, utensils. No working can opener. No dish towels or cloths and not enough soap for dishwasher or sink. There was not a single coat hanger in the place so hard to get organized. Also the entrance door lock has issues. Needs servicing.

Enjoyed stay had problem with key for front door but was dealt with promptly and effectively.

Good size flat in a good location.
Very dirty! Stained carpets (there was a red stain on the carpet in one of the hedrooms that looked like blood), stained bed sheets, dirty windows... Also, we couldn't use the main bathroom as it was freezing in there. The radiator in there doesn't heat up the room and it was very cold. Windows not very well insolated and the flat being on a main road it was extremely noisy. We had a cut our stay short and leave a day early as our 1 year old couldn't rest because of the noise. Also, we asked for a cot bed for her which was not provided and had to improvise her sleeping in between us on a mattress made by 2 mattresses put together. I had to put a towel in between so she won't fall.

Perfect for us !
We had a great and very comfortable stay, perfect location for us visiting family and the wedding we went to at Western House hotel. The apartment was bright warm and spacious perfect for 5 adults with two bathrooms too!
the kitchen just needed a few more cooking essentials.

Great find at a great price
The property was well laid out, spacious and clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Even had a little view of the sea which was lovely.
Even with the double glazing the road noise outside was very loud with the property being on the main road

There were a few minor things that were not up to scratch, one was put ok with in half hour was the WiFi ! ???? but noted lights flicker some time dident work ! Electric fault . Cracked sink in bedroom !was a bit expensive but most was fine for time we spent in the place

Lovely top floor flat. Flat was freezing when we arrived but someone came to fix the boiler within half an hour. Good facilities, comfortable and well equipped. Pity about cracked sink in en suite, stained living room carpet and dust on bedroom lamps- apart from these it was excellent.

A lovely, cosy, spacius and well equipped appartment. The parking space in front of the building is perfect. Supermarket almost next door and we enjoyed the Thai restaurant across the road a lot.
For us not a problem but the appartment is on the 3rd floor and we have not seen a lift. For one night not a problem but the street and neighbourhood might be a bit boring

Really noisy in all rooms from traffic, every time a bus passe on the main road outside, the floor vibrated. At least 30 minute walk to town centre. On 3rd floor with no lift.
