Specious clean rooms with air con. Good facilities such as bar, restaurant, spa and a good size swmming pool. Excellent location.
Some items from the breakfast such as yougrt and mushrooms was missing tbat would have improved thing. But otherwise good quality.

a perfect weekend
Lovely location with great views from the conservatory over the golf course. Lovely clean, well decorated room and bathroom with a large shower. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great gym with plenty of equipment and lovely spa facilities.

Good location. Great sports facilities and everything very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely to watch people playing golf when having a drink on the terrace.

Great location, safe, clean and comfortable.
Exceptionally clean, modern, light & airy. Really friendly local staff. Decent gym and the golf course looks great (though we didn’t play), though the gym equipment needed an app download to work properly - should be a ‘guest’ setting on equipment to allow it to be used by guests who don’t wish to download and create an account on an app they will never use again.
Lack of safe in the room.
Breakfast area (Dorchester Suite) is soulless - it’s a function room with a closed-off bar, and looks like that. No info provided saying one can order eggs done differently to fried. Breakfast was basic c/f other hotels.

My room was lovely + bathroom, air conditioning also. The facilities of pool + the rest fabulous.
Breakfast hot food had run out, and had to wait 10 mins , for it to come out, only beens and mushrooms were available.
Would of liked tomatoes,
Went to use salt conderment, and the plug was missing so no salt, orange juice was empty
The alarm went off twice in room, which was a bit concerning.

Was so happy with our stay. Me and my friend had lovely time when staying for a local wedding.

Very clean spa facilities spot on was a cheap over night stay at a 5 star honestly could not fault this beautiful hotel I wasn’t expecting it to be up to much with the price but I couldn’t thank the staff enough I asked for a little birthday msg in room they had balloons and two complimentary drinks for my daughters birthday

Very comfortable and relaxing and enjoyable!
It smelt new and was clean, and lovely decor and friendly staff and lovely facilities I was really pleased will definitely be returning again soon.
There was only one niggle and that was the cleaners were banging around in the next room very early and woke us up but they have a job to do! We were just wanting a bit of a lie in but apart from that I can’t fault the place very pleased!

Great hotel with plenty of facilities to enjoy
The whole stay was great, I was working during the day and it was a superb environment to relax on an evening. Pool if you wanted a swim, golf course if you wanted to play golf or a bright airy conservatory and bar if you wanted to just relax with a drink. Food was good and plenty of choice for breakfast. Room was immaculate and serviced everyday. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. There was nothing about the hotel that I could criticise.

Perfect , apart from the bar issue .
Loved most of our stay . The property is superb.
The drinks prices. £14.00 for a glass of wine. Also you had Cornish Orchards on draught, which I chose before I had a glass of wine. The Cider was a pinky colour and on tasting , turns out it was Strawberry and Lime flavour , which wasn’t stated on the bar. My partner took it back and the member of staff said sometimes the barrel gets changed and the bar staff don’t always know what is coming out. We should have got our £7.00 back for the cider before we purchased a £14.00 glass of wine. This wasn’t offered.

The breakfast was ok but served in a room more like school dinning room with trestle tables
The dinning room where i wanted to have dinner was too hot, so I sat in another room next door which was well past its sell by date. All the furniture was worn and shabby. it was been used to store the breakfast equipment.

We didn't eat at the hotel so I'm not sure about that, but the terrace for drinks in the sun opposite the golf course was excellent. The room was beautiful and clean and the beds comfy. So close to town for dinner. A lovely stay.

Food was tasty and the staff looked after me very well as I have serious gluten allergies.
The bedroom was great. King-size bed, zip and link. Aircon very welcome given the extreme heat during our stay.
Limited gf choices on starters and no choice at all on the desserts. I would have liked to have taken advantage of the three course meal deal but there was only the main course I could have.
I hadn't realised until the last morning that there was gf granola so hadn't been able to have cereal either morning of our stay. But, it was served in an open bowl right next to other cereals containing gluten so it was at high risk of cross contamination. I suggested to the receptionist on checkout that the granola could be stored in a container away from the other cereals which contain gluten so people with allergies like myself would be able to enjoy it safely.

bequemes großes Bett
Fitnessstudio, Schwimmbad und Spa während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer sehr voll und laut, da nicht nur für Hotelgäste, sondern ein Fitnessclub für die Locals. Im Schwimmbad extrem viele laute und springende Kinder, sodass man keine gute Schwimmerfahrung haben konnte.
Zudem schien der Service an der Rezeption mit jeder an ihn/sie gerichteten Frage eher desinteressiert. Man kam sich eher vor, als ob man stören wurde.
Zimmer zum Parkplatz
Smart-Funktion des TVs konnte auch mit Hilfe der Rezeption nicht aktiviert werden.
