Well located, rather cozy hotel.
Nice location and relatively good breakfast.
The room was quite small and smelled like someone had smoked there earlier. I mentioned about it, but in the end, nothing changed.

Great staff poor breakfast
The staff at the main reception and the night manager were fantastic. Our room sprung a water leak during the night and it was dealt with very efficiently. We were immediately moved to another room.
The breakfast wasn’t great. Only the option of 1 coffee or tea and not enough staff on to catch their eye for another one. Food itself was good quality but only just warm when it finally made it ti the table. The gentleman on the breakfast reception was flustered and could be considered rude.

The card access to the floors was not in use. People were able to walk in off the street, up the stairs and straight to your hotel door. The sink in the room was partly detached. The carpet in the common areas was not clean on both occasions I stayed.

Incredible location!!! Literally was able to walk all London from there and take the metro which had few close stations when I got tired. Amazing cafes around. Everyone I met in the area, and the staff, were so kind and warm. I felt very safe there and the hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. The air conditioning was incredible, there were like 35°C outside and inside I was freezing.
The only thing I would change is adding more water for the guests- it was so hot when I arrived I literally drank every 2 seconds. So having more water around without bothering the staff all the time or going to the shop would have been great. Also our tv was kinda possessed, it turned on and off whenever it wanted, but wasn’t a big deal for us.

Breakfast disappointing for the price paid. Cooked option bland and not warm on arrival. Continental option limited. Toaster and ready sliced bread would be better and more hygienic than the hard loafs on offer.

A lovely hotel and excellent value for money
The staff were the stand out for me! Every single member of staff went above and beyond. Greeted with a smile every time. Especially the kind man that stored our cases for us and generally cared about our day.
The rooms are lovely decorated but slightly on the small side. Not a problem for a small break but would consider staying somewhere else if I was staying for a week etc.

All good just what we hoped for
The room was ok in size no room to put a suitcase holder which is disappointing,the bathroom was tight. But everything we expected was there. Shame the lifts were switched off for maintenance in the morning when most people check out.
Room size is all ways an issue in London the location is good just slightly bigger rooms would make this hotel stand out from the crowd

Decent price for the location
The location is excellent and the style of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing for the pricing.
Once you're out of the lobby the lift and corridor areas are quite dated. The room was clean but lots of scuffs on the paintwork and just a bit basic.

Comfortable and great location for being a tourist in London
All staff we encountered were helpful and answered all of our questions! We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, so employees showed us where we could freshen up so we were comfortable exploring the neighborhood.

Beautifully designed and modern rooms, lovely lobby with a free photobooth which was a nice touch. Nice to have complimentary Diet Coke and water in the fridge. Staff great. Loved the area being close to Marylebone.

Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The mini fridge in my room was broken so they gave me a portable one instead, which was kind.
Furnishings were very tired, and breakfast was awful. There was also q bathroom light that was on a motion sensor, so blinds you if you need the loo in the middle of the night and then takes 15 mins to turn off... which seems like a horrible design and was very inconvenient.

Great location, facility is very tired and needs upgrading.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They generally wanted to make things better and went above and beyond to try to make up for the quality issues.
Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the rooms around you, all night.
The motion sensors in the hallway have a long delay, so you walk down the hall in pitch dark if you are staying at the end of the halls.

Good hotel in excellent location
Great location with a comfortable room and good amenities. The breakfast was very good and the staff at breakfast were great! Speed of service was good.
Despite my request for a quiet room I didn’t receive one. I was not aware when I booked the hotel of its proximity to Bond Street station and as a result the noise from the underground in my bedroom. This was an irritation at 10:30 am to around midnight.

Tolle Lage! Sehr schönes Viertel, gute Restaurants und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu viert ein schönes Familienzimmer mit 2 Räumen. Gutes Frühstück.
es hätte vielleicht noch ein klein wenig sauberer sein können. Wir haben hier einen sehr hohen Anspruch.
Das zweite Bett (ausziehbare Couch) ist für Kinder gut möglich, als Erwachsener eher zu unbequem.

The hotel was wonderfully located for our stay. Close to Oxford and Bond Streets and the Marylebone High street provided a great array of specialist shops, restaurants and pubs.
It was quiet and the friendly staff worked hard in the background to ensure everything ran smoothly for the duration of our stay
