Gran descubrimiento
Me ha encantado lo céntrico que está, lo limpio, tranquilo y cómodo que está todo en el hotel, desde la recepción hasta las habitaciones. Cama extragrande muy cómoda y la habitación tiene todo tipo de detalle para hacer de la estancia una experiencia encantadora. Sin dudarlo, este será mi hotel cuando vaya a Madrid!
Por decir algo, lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido lo duras que son las almohadas.

No me que no hubiera una estación de agua y de café, en casi todos los hoteles la tienen.

Todo nos encantó!!! Hotel UVE Marcenado es nuestro hotel en Madrid, es nuestra casa, nos tratan con tanto cariño!!! El hotel es impecable, lindo!!! Las camas excelentes, silencioso aire acondicionado, muy bueno!!! El baño muy moderno, lindo con amenities de cepillo de dientes con pasta dental, crema para manos, etc desayuno buenísimo!!! Good location for this type of hotel, nearby you can find some cafes, groceries, supermarkets, lots of bakery’s and just 200m from Metro. Hotel quite nice and newer. Good parking garage just 18€ a day, 150m from hotel. Good enough Spanish style breakfast

Szívesen jönnek ide máskor is, és szívesen ajánlom másoknak is.
Nagyon kedves személyzet, szép és minimalista szoba, kisbabával is szuper hely, van kiságy. Nem tudtuk előre, de az 5. emeleti szobánkhoz nagy erkély is tartozott, ahova kényelmesen ki lehetett ülni, miközben a 9 hónapos kisbabánk bent aludt, így nem zavartuk, és nekünk is volt lehetőségünk még nyugodtan beszélgetni, vacsorázni késő este. Buszmegálló és boltok vannak a közelben, a metró 15 perc sétára van.
A reggelinél lehetne nagyobb választék és zöldség, néhány nap után kicsit unalmassá válik a választék. A reptér megközelítése nem a legegyszerűbb.

الفندق مريح ونظيف جدا. وجديد...أنصح بالاقامه فيه... أدوات الحمام ذات جوده عاليه... التنظيف يومي للغرف... الموظفين ودودين.
فقط ملاحظة, موظفي الاستقبال موجدين الى الساعة 11 مساء..إذا كنت متأخر موظف الامن سوف يعطيك مفتاح الغرفه

Nuestro hotel en Madrid
Repetimos con este hotel. Relación calidad precio estupenda. El personal muy amable. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El desayuno muy completo. Está situado cerca de una boca de metro y en poco tiempo estás en Sol. La salida es a las 12 y les pedimos tener el coche en el parking hasta las 14h, no nos pusieron problemas ni recargo. Repetiremos sin duda en el próximo viaje a Madrid.

El desayuno, riquísimo y con un buen margen para realizarlo. La habitación, limpia y confortable. No es amplísima, pero para tres personas, era más que suficiente.
Muy buena ubicación: calle muy tranquila y con poco paso de coches para ser Madrid.
La puerta del baño no me gustó, porque por la noche, si alguna iba al baño, desde la habitación se veía demasiada luz, y yo tengo tendencia a despertarme.
Las paredes de las habitaciones: se oía todo de la habitación contigua. Hablar, reír, llamada de teléfono...

Gute Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Bus und U-Bahn fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstück

The best hotel we have found in Madrid over 15 years of trips, for the money.
The UVE Marcenado is located near the metro and several bars, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. There are dress shops and a good variety of other stores, plus wine shops and delicious bakeries. I enjoy walking around the whole area. I have even walked to the center of Madrid, which takes about 75 very pleasant minutes, if it is in the spring and not hot.
UVE has a very complete and fresh breakfast, including hard to resist chocolate pastries. It is priced so reasonably that you'd be unable to find any comparable breakfast for nearly twice the price.
What I most enjoy about the UVE are the following:
quiet location
practical location
wonderful air conditioning that I can set the temperature for myself
a small refrigerator
an easy to use safe in the closet
very clean hotel and rooms
good lighting in the room
good black out curtains
good beds: probably perfect for most people. I sleep best on a REALLY soft bed, which these are not. However, I slept well.
a room with good design, though somewhat small for two people with larger luggage
a large window that opens for fresh air in the mornings before it gets hot later
hot water in the shower, usually (not very hot while everyone else is showering)
bathroom sink large enough to wash out clothing
bathroom large enough to put up clothes drying line or two
responsive and friendly staff
no issues with noises from nearby rooms
no icky stinks in the bathrooms from the drains
large screen tv with some English programs and the ability to watch NETFLIX, I believe
We have stayed at other hotels in Madrid for the same price with fewer conveniences and pleasantries. This is not a fancy hotel. The rooms are not decorated, but that does not matter to us at all. There is so much to look at outside of the hotel room, that the room feels like a haven of tranquility after a long day out and about. We have stayed there three times (in '25 and '26) for a total of about 25 days, with no issues.
For a couple with two larger bags, there is not quite enough room for ease and comfort. Not bad with carry-on bags, though.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed
The room was adequate for a 1 night stay. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very well appointed.
It would have been great to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.

Sitio recomendadisimo para quedarte en Madrid
Todo, es la segunda vez que me alojo en él u la verdad que no será la última, esta super bien ubicado con una parada de metro a 3 minutos andando, tiene bares, tiendas de todo a su alrededor y luego todo de 10, limpieza, todo lo que necesitas la verdad que es un gusto dar con un sitio así. Super recomendable !!

Had a wonderful stay!
I stayed for two nights and I have to admit that it was a very good hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was basic but fresh. The location was also very convenient, situated on a main street with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, and very close to the metro station and public transportation. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.
The only thing I would note is that there was no coffee in the room. I have traveled to many places in Europe and this is the first time this has happened to me, but the cafés were very close by, so we just bought it from outside

Una sicurezza a Madrid
Nei pressi della metro Prosperidad, l'albergo è in un tranquillo quartiere ricco di negozi e ben collegato con il centro città e l'aeroporto. Struttura pulita, ordinata, staff cordiale. Letto molto confortevole. Ok la colazione.
